• Alicia (10/5): - It was really clean and tidy. It was stocked well and easy to find all the utensils/pots/pans. It was a good distance to get to and from Falls.
• Dan (7/5): Lovely House, but Heating Falls Short – Too Cold for Winter Stay - The house has lovely details—welcome snacks, tasteful decorations, and a cozy feel when you first step in. It’s clear that care has been put into making the space visually inviting and comfortable at first glance. The house doesn’t have central heating. Instead, there are two air conditioning units—one in the lounge and another in the main bedroom—which unfortunately leaves the second and third bedrooms quite cold at night. The quilt provided was very thin, so we had to layer up with whatever extra fabric we could find and wear additional clothes to stay warm. I contacted the owner in the morning to ask for an extra blanket, but was told, “You got what you paid for.” It was disappointing to feel that a warm night’s sleep wasn’t considered part of the expected comfort for guests staying at the property.
• Vanesa (9/5): Superb - Not a thing we dislike. The house exceeded all our expectations. The hosts seemed to think in every single detail to make your stay enjoyable as possible. Extra clean, warm and cozy, kitchen had everything you need to stay just for a weekend (like us) or a few days. Get the keys was so easy, the host messaged early on the day with the instructions and recommendations of where to go, dine in and get groceries. Location is perfect as Mt Beauty is pretty small, and everything is reachable within 5/7min with the car. The property has a small backyard and more room at the front, so 3 cars can fit perfectly. Thank you Kelly! Definitely a place to recommend and come back. Even though we were aware about the "shower issue", was not a problem at all for us.

• Otero (8/5): Very good - The place was clean and welcoming. It is located near a golf course where heaps of kangaroos come and it was amazing to see. It would be great if they had Internet, I had to hotspot my family visiting from overseas, and the TV to watch a movie, but it didn't work that well. A bbq could be also a nice add.

• Jill (10/5): Mother and son cycling trip in the high country. - Lovely quiet location, but easy access to amenities in town, and easy access to cycling routes for the weekend’s activities. Beautifully appointed comfortable, light and spacious cottage. Nothing to dislike!

• Adam (8/5): Very good - Clean, lovely kitchen area. Quite cold even with heaters on. Thin walls meant we could hear our friends in the other rooms
• Mengda (6/5): Overall is good - Very detailed Checkin instructions Bathroom leaks make the floor too wet and it caused a lot of inconveniences. This may be due to lack of sufficient drain under the bath tub. The host has reminded us of the wet floor in the checkin instructions but the leaks were a lot more worse than what’s described. Suggest the host provide more bath mat / mop/ towel to dry the floor.

• Jill (10/5): Mother and son Three Peaks hill training cycling trip. - Immaculate and beautiful cottage. Great location for easy access to the alpine region and all it has to offer. Very comfortable and beautifully presented. Especially loved the bath to relax in after a hard day of cycling. Nothing.

• Pauline (9/5): Lovely Cottage - Very cute cottage. Perfect for we three girls for a getaway. It was a little further away from the centre of town than we realised. No walking home from the pub after dinner.
