• Thibault (5/5): - I had to postpone my stay (1 week later) for medical reasons. I tried to contact Booking customer service and the property in order to change dates or find an arrangement (changing dates, relocation, partial reimbursement) but they were both putting the responsability on each other. In the end, I paid 600 euros for nothing.
• Ismael (9/5): - Ubicación Llamada por la noche tarde para decirnos que estábamos haciendo mucho ruido y que se wuejaban los vecinos. A es hora mi mujer, mi hijo de 12 y yo dormíamos plácidamente. Realmente no pueden equivocarse asi y no pedir disculpas.
• Gi (6/5): Soggiorno sufficiente - La posizione centrale e comoda per raggiungere tutto e per prendere mezzi pubblici. Bene arredato e comodo per 4 persone nella zona giorno, soprattutto per la zona cucina. Purtroppo l'appartamento non si riusciva a riscaldare bene ed era freddino in quanto é un sottotetto con lucernari e lo split non riscaldava bene. Il bagno molto piccolo senza riscaldamento e il lavandino è un lavamani. Il divano letto in pratica è un divano su cui mettere le lenzuola, quindi igienicamente non è il massimo.Purtroppo nonostante la posizione, il design, e la zona cucina comoda, non credo che ritornerei!
• Tomasz (9/5): Bardzo pozytywny wyjazd, apartament idealnie umiejscowiony dla chcących zwiedzać Madryt. - Mały ale bardzo przyjemny apartament. Warto mieć na uwadze, że to poddasze. Dobrze wyposażony, w budynku jest winda. Świetna lokalizacja w centrum Madrytu, idealna dla chcących zwiedzić miasto. Bardzo dobry kontakt z operatorem obiektu (przez booking i whatsapp). Mieliśmy drobne perypetie z przekazaniem kluczy ale ostatecznie zakończone pozytywnie.
• Federico (3/5): Falta mantenimiento y limpieza - La localización es buena, el piso tendría buenas posibilidades si lo mantuvieran en buen estado. Está muy mal mantenido y la limpieza es bastante escasa, a mínimos. La localización es buena, es el único punto favorable. Intentaron cobrar 50£ por llegar más tarde de las 23:00, finalmente llegamos mucho antes y había que recoger la llave en un cajetín con clave… No entiendo entonces por qué querían cobrar. Ni habían instrucciones por ninguna parte.
• Ana Rita (7/5): Localização incrível, suficiente no resto - Localização Falta de manutenção, falta de instruções relativamente ao fecho da persiana da clarabóia o que nos levou a dormir uma noite com ela não corrida (instruções chegaram em forma de vídeo apenas no dia seguinte)

• Priscilla (9/5): Apto nos surpreendeu e atendeu muito bem as expectativas - O apartamento é mais espaçoso do que parece nas fotos. Minhas filhas dormiram no sofá cama e ele era confortável. Tudo estava bem limpo e tinha todos os itens básicos de cozinha. O que atrapalhou um pouco foi o teto rebaixado. Você acaba batendo a cabeça às vezes, não tem jeito.

• Hugo (8/5): Very good - The location was great. Easy access from subway station and within walking distance from Gran Via. I have to say that the location of the apartment was a plus and the price was reasonable compared to similar options. Nevertheless, we noticed a couple of things that needed more attention from the host. The floor was dusty when we arrived, the shower needed a deep cleaning -which we did-, the AC only blowed air but did not cool down the room, and the kitchen was poorly equipped for four people. Thankfully, the weather was great in May and the nights were coolder. Other than that, everything else flowed as normal.

• Mehul (8/5): Good location but check the keys work. - The location of the apartment was great. I didn't mind the height issues others complained about. The main entrance key didn't work as you needed a special copy cut and the agent messed me around when I told them. Luckily the owner is on the block and bumped into her by chance and she lent me her key.
