• linda (9/5): Lovely villa perfect for groups - Had 4 bedrooms with ensuites. Very clean. The pool was great. The kitchen was amazing. The villa is located in an alleyway so a bit hard for Taxis to get in and out. We ended up meeting at the main road. The included breakfast was nice but it would be good to have Indonesian meal options available as well

• Tara (9/5): Relaxed week for 8 people (4 mums and 4 daughters) ❤️ - Beautiful, spacious villa and pool. Very close to one of the main restaurant and shopping roads in Seminyak but no traffic noise. Friendly staff who accommodated whatever we needed. Nothing!

• Jessica (10/5): - Beautiful, stylish, spacious and very comfortable villa. Great location. Private and lovely pool. Everything one could wish for in the kitchen. Lovely touches such as a beautiful beach bag each and a bottle of fizz. A little smoothie and fresh fruit on arrival. Comprehensive tour round the villa on arrival. Definitely use their driver to collect you from the airport - he is so well informed and friendly and helpful. Booked him for a day exploring inner Bali too, which was superb and incredibly reasonably priced - highly recommend it. The staff gave us beautiful breakfasts and were lovely. Incredibly comfortable beds. Easy walking to shops, restaurants and beaches. Loved it all and wished we could have stayed longer.

• Joshua (8/5): All considered, it was a great option for us. Clean, comfortable and central. - Great location, close to most everything without being in a busy lane. Staff were lovely, met us on arrival and explained everything well. The villa was great. A little bit of a strange layout, especially with two families of 4. It was hard to have the kids sleep in close proximity but in a separate room, which we thought was the case. The pool area was good and the pool itself was clean. The yard was nicely maintained and the sun beds were great. It wasn't the cheapest villa for what you got, it was fairly priced however It was a little tired around the pool and the downstairs bedroom (although clean) had that constant faint smell of mould.

Villa située dans une rue calme , proche de tout ( plage , commerces, restaurants) Rien ! Peut-être une table pour manger à l’extérieur serait un plus

• KAREN (10/5): Rai and her team went above and beyond, can highly recommend - Breakfast was excellent, Rai and her team were attentative and excellent. Building work next door was at times noisy and we were ridden with ants and flying ants, probably from the disturbance or demolition works next door.
• Jeremy (8/5): Comfortable villa - The villa was beautifully finished and extremely comfortable.it’s in a good spot to eat on the nearby high street. The pool was nice and my niece requested safety fencing for her small children. The villa was a good 15 minutes from the beach. Scooters used the road as a cut through until 4.30 am so it was noisy at night. We didn’t know that the maids would arrive at 8.00 am every day and be in the kitchen area while we were eating. The manager was away so we had to rely on a handbook for information, so didn’t benefit from local knowledge. I broke a wine glass and was charged £5, which seemed excessive.

The location was fantastic and all communication was easy with the property managers. Everything was clean and lovely, arriving at the property at night with all the outdoor lighting and pool was magical. Thank you for looking after us Yani and team.

Close to the busy main street of seminyak, restaurants, bars, clubs, massages but far enough down a quiet lane to not hear anything at night. Loved this villa
• Mcnaughton (10/5): Highly recommend the villa for a family or group - The villa was very spacious, with fully equipped kitchen, water fountain, a beautiful breakfast served every morning by the friendly staff. The pool was fantastic, with day bed and loungers provided. Easy to walk to shops & restaurants. One family member became very sick, the manager of the villa, Yani, organised a doctor to come to the villa very quickly which was a godsend. Staff very helpful at all times.

We were able to spread out and relax. The villa was in walking distance to excellent cafes, restaurants and coffee shops. The daily breakfast was freshly prepared and the villa was cleaned daily. The villa was quiet and peaceful after the bustle of the streets. Everything we needed was in the villa and we were well looked after.

• Tanya (10/5): perfect villa in seminyak - THIS PLACE IS AWESOME - book it! Location - it was in a quiet private side laneway so you never heard the traffic but it was in the heart of Seminyak. The villa - It had an enclosed lounge area so it kept the bugs out and the air con in (you can open if up if you wanted to). pool was excellent. wifi excellent., breakfast excellent. each bedroom has its own ensuite and the bedrooms were huge. The villas staff - fabulous. they hired a pool fence for us NOTHING. we will be booking here again.

We will be returning! - There was lots of space within the villa (photos don't do it justice), staff were on hand every morning to make breakfast and clean the property which made the stay so peaceful and relaxing. Everything is in close proximity and quiet at night :) Nothing. A villa we will visit again!
• Silvana (8/5): Location and - Location is good, close to everything you need. Circle K, Laundry, cafes, restaurants and shopping. Delicious breakfast prepared every morning by team of ladies. Toast, yogurt and spreads. I bought eggs that they cooked and added. Yani was always ready to help. Thnx for the pins before we left. Highly recommend 👌 The alley is hard for cars to get in and out of, larger vehicles struggle. Also the AC couldn't be left on for long so got stuffy.
• Managie (4/5): Villa Amana - The location was good. The place was big and some parts was clean. The pool was great The manager Oliver was very rude. We traveled for 18 hours and reached the Villa at 2am. The 1st bedroom had mold in the bathroom and a horrible smell. Nobody could sleep in there. Our booking included breakfast l, but he told us that on sunday there is no breakfast and we must pay extra. This was not on the website. He also said the booking price is higher if we pay by card. This was not on the booking. The card machine did not want to work, and he insisted we pay him in cash. When we told him about the room, and the breakfast he told us we can just leave. At that late hour with 8 people, where can I go. He was very rude. The breakfast they offer is pathetic, a bowl with yogurt and 1 tablespoon of muesli with coffee. When we asked them if we can have eggs, they said no.

All of the staff went above and beyond for us, from the free pick up at the airport, to meeting Oliver who orientated us to the villa, to the girls who came in daily to ensure the villa was kept looking amazing & the pool maintenance man! The decor and facilities of the villa was amazing! Would highly recommend & will stay again when visiting Bali!

Ideal that you can close off the kitchen, dining and living area from the outside with air conditioning to cool down. The hosts were lovely and had fabulous recommendations for the area including the masseuse who that came to our villa. Nothing! Everything was perfect.

The welcome was very classy as the villa is to match. He is super accommodating and quick to respond to our needs. He gave us information of the Villa, eating and shopping around Seminyak. Very connected with resources such as transportation, restaurant recommendations and reservations. He returned on our check out and bid us farewell. The villa was clean, open, spacious and beautifully designed and decorated. It gave us a feel of contemporary mixed with cultural Indonesian decor. There are so many beautiful antiques Oliver has collected from Indonesia. Hanna who lead the housekeeping team was terrific and very warm and welcoming. She and her team came daily to clean and maintain the villa, inside and out. With a small tip, Hanna provided us with delicious traditional baked goods. We recommend the private massage at the Villa, excellent! My son enjoyed the private detached pool house very much. Six of us stayed at the Villa and no one had any complaint, just many compliments about the Villa, its services and the warm and comfortable stay. It was a little paradise within Bali.

• Sharlee (9/5): Villa Amana is a beautiful villa that is perfectly appointed to accommodate larger groups. - Villa Amana is in a great location. We had the benefit of being central to Seminyak and local facilities (Circle K, Coco Supermarket etc) but still quiet enough that we weren't affected by the hustle and bustle of the main streets. Olivier is a very accommodating and thorough host who provided a wealth of information and support during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the villa and would recommend it to any larger groups/families wanting shared accommodation. The facilities were spacious, open plan and kept very clean and tidy. There really wasnt anything significant that we didn't enjoy about the villa.

For a large villa the lounge could have been a little bigger/more couch area to accomodate more people

My safe battery died and within 5 minutes Oliver arrived at the Villa to repair the safe and all was good again. he also gave us a thorough run down of how everything worked and how we could use the facilities to their full capability. The daily cleaning staff were absolutely lovely and made sure we had a tidy and comfortable place to stay daily. I will be back to stay at villa Amana again! Thank you for the wonderful stay. NOTHING! everything was great!

• Raj (10/5): Exceptional - The villa was nothing short of amazing! Mr Olivier and his staff were at the villa waiting patiently for our arrival as we were delayed at the airport. He explain to me in detail all the amenities that were available in the villa. Shops are very close by to the villa ( there is a massage and convenient shop to the left of the villa as soon as you step out, 5 mins walk) Our family members which consist of 10 of us had a wonderful time. I have been to Bali numerous times and this is by far the best villa I have ever stayed in. Good job and well done Mr Olivier and team! Nothing
