I thought GPS is fooling me when it directed me to that passage and then I went back to the street and asked around. No one knew where Lukhanyo guest house is. I then called the property for direction. The call was picked up and I asked that I be assisted with direction since I booked way in advance online. The receiver of my call didn't answer and the call was cut. I thought it was network and I called again and again until the call just went straight to voicemail. I went back to the passage to figure out where exactly GPS was directing me to. Fortunately I saw someone in the yard next door. I asked the neighbour direction to Lukhanyo guest house and the neighbour pointed at the steel gate at the end of the passage. I explained to the neighbour that I called the property many times and my call is not going through. But it went through the first time and no one responded on the other side. Fortunately the neighbour had the property's phone number and called. I was surprised bcos the neighbour's call was answered very quick. The receiver of the call indicated to the neighbour that the property is fully booked, they can't allow me in. But I booked online way in advance. I had to run around to look for alternative accommodation and it was getting dark. I've never experienced such level of insensitivity before, as a guest.

• Ramoshaba (7/5): A convenient stay. - Convenient and close to key point areas around Thabazimbi and Northam The placement of the fridge vs microwave, you have to unplug one to use another.

• Ramoshaba (7/5): It’s a lovely and clean accommodation. - It’s quite spacious, clean and is situated in a peaceful and quiet environment. The issue of electricity and the iron trapping the electricity when we use it. That was a bit of a let down. There isn’t much of a kitchen area and the place to wash dishes is outside.
• Olaf (8/5): Very good - From the outside it is a bit deceiving, however, once in the property and the room, it was nice. The bed was comfortable, shower was nice. Aircon works well. Overall happy. Unfortunately, there wasn't food available so I had to organise all meals myself. The area is affected by load shedding, meaning one cannot work if need be, as the Wifi doesn't have an inverter.

• Ngema (10/5): Top accommodation at a fair price for the quality provided. - The property is very clean and cosy. WiFi available as advertised, safe premises, hot water, smart TV, overall good accommodation. Cannot think of anything, everything was just fine.

The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place. everything was perfect for me the bathroom was spacious the room is spacious and clean.
• Mmasechaba (10/5): This was, without a doubt one of the cleanest places we’ve ever visited/booked. We really appreciated the cleanlines - It’s such a beautiful and clean room. Everything felt and looked new. Really friendly and responsive hosts. There’s no iron so pack one!
