• Davorin (9/5): Zelo dobro - Zaradi težav s hrbtom, do zadnjega nismo vedeli ali bomo sploh potovali ali ostali doma. Zato sem rezervacijo opravil na letališču na Dunaju okoli 16.30. V nastanitev smo bili sprejeti. Lastnica je odgovorila na klic in vse sva se zmenila po telefonu. Ko smo okoli 22 prišli v apartma je bil pripravljen. Navodila so bila natančna, vse je bilo pripravljeno, čisto. Nova klima, deluje zelo dobro, kuhinja ima vse potrebno za pripravo hrane (kot doma), kopalnica čista. Za spanje je ena velika postelja in 1 izvlečna, primerno za 3 odrasle in 1 otroka, lahko tudi 1 manjšega odraslega. Ključe smo prevzeli sami v škatlici pri vhodu. Parking je na cesti, brezplačen, če ni prostora tik pred vhodom (kjer smo večino časa lahko parkirali), se zapelješ po sosednjih ulicah. Parkirišče je na cesti. Prvi dan, nam je nekdo naredil škodo - manjšo škodo na avtomobilu na sprednjih desnih vratih (imel polno zavarovanje - kar je v Italiji nujno potrebno, saj se opraska zelo hitro, tako da ni bilo problema). Ključe pustili v apartmaju, z turistično takso (gotovina) z lastnico se nismo srečali, wifi-ja nismo potrebovali, smo uporabljali svoje mobilne podatke. Lastnica zelo odzivna. Velika postelja - rahlo visi proti sredini, ni najbolj udobna.V bistvu je to edina pomanjlkjivost tega apartmaja, drugače bi dal oceno 10, sploh zaradi težav s hrbtom. Mogoče novi jogi ali boljše letvice. Ostali 2 postelji sta udobni. Mogoče bi želel malo več razsvetljave.
• cecilia (8/5): Soggiorno comunque gradevole - Attrezzata con tutto quello che serve per viverci I letti,sono da rivedere i materassi.I posti letto son massimo per 3 persone,i letti singoli non sono sfruttabili entrambi perché ostacolano il passaggio da un ambiente ad un altro .Scomodità per guardare la tv perché non c’è un divano ma un lettino

• Sandro (8/5): Quaint apartment with all the amenities you'll need for a comfortable stay near the beach. - Great little apartment in Rimini at a location very close to the water and numerous restaurants and pubs. Air conditioning in both the bed room and in the kitchen area. Host's father greeted us on arrival to hand over the keys and explained everything. The host was very accessible via text and was able to answer any questions. Although parking wasn't included, and the area is quite busy because of the beach, we were able to find parking close by without too much searching. The place is very comfortable for 3 people, with two on the queen bed in the bedroom and one on the sofabed in the kitchen area. It's a little tight for 4 people, unless the other two are children.
• Daniela (9/5): Stupendo - Appartamento grazioso vicinissimo al centro ed a tutti i servizi, soprattutto il bar nelle vicinanze con colazioni squisite. Facilità di parcheggio. Personale accogliente e gentile, anche le signore delle pulizie simpatiche e cordiali. Insomma una vera chicca a Giovinazzo Non ho dato 10 perché creerei un angolo per appoggiare le valigie non per tutti è comodo disfarle e appendere nell' armadio, ma un mobiletto basso per appoggiarle lo metterei

• Tünde (8/5): - Közel a tenger. Igényesen kialakított apartman. Van ingyenes parkolási lehetőség az ajtó előtt. Internet nem működött, nem volt adatforgalmazási lehetőség, csak wifijel. A kávéfőző nem működött (kontakt hiba). 8 nap alatt nem csináltak vele semmit, de kaptunk 20 eurót kárpótlásként. A tulajdonos nem tartózkodik az országban, helyi megbízottal lehet kommunikálni. 4 oldalas használati utasítást kapsz érkezés előtt, amit a helyszínen érdemes elolvasni és mindent megkeresni a lakásban. A szelektív gyűjtés minden napra ad feladatot (tárolók kihelyezése az ajtó elé tájékoztató alapján).
• Darya (10/5): - Здравствуйте. Отдыхали с семьёй ( 2 взрослых и 2 детей) в июле 2025 . Всё очень понравилось: в апартаментах было все необходимое, море близко( нашли местный пляж с хорошим входом в воду), в 5 минутах большой супермаркет, где можно было купить продукты на любой вкус; рядом лавочка с овощами/фруктами. Старый город просто сказка! Очень много заведений, где можно вкусно покушать .Также можно взять еду навынос и встретить закат на берегу моря! Отдых 10 из 10. Спасибо. В ресторанах и кафе уже включены чаевые( 2 € с человека), называется coperto.
• Klaudia (8/5): A relaxing spot in Giovinazzo with seaside and comfortable accommodations to escape big towns :) - The closeness of the sea, the charm of small shops and cafés, a bustling port, the white stone buildings, and picturesque narrow streets – all of this creates an unmistakable allure. My stay at the property was truly exceptional – it was wonderful, and the air conditioning saved us more than once during the heatwaves. However, when planning a trip, it's important to consider the strikes, which can make getting around more difficult. For a longer stay, I recommend renting a car or a scooter to explore the area at your own pace. I highly recommend both the charming town of Giovinazzo and the property La Marina – a perfect place for an unforgettable getaway. Noise from the street in the early mornings (6-8am), along with strikes across Italy, making it difficult to travel outside the town.
• Alex (9/5): If I could, I'd stay longer. - Giovinazzo - beautiful small city near Bari. Apartment located near old city center and sea. Supermarket around the corner. Perfect place to make short or long trips, for example to Alberobello, Polignano, Bari or Caves of Castellana.
