• Nicholas (9/5): Great family Easter break at Villa Palma Canarias - Good location just outside of main town. Really close to local shops and services but on a very quiet road. Neat and Clean house. Nice layout with good amenities. Lovely outdoor space for relaxing and dining. Big barbecue for cooking. Nice size pool for a small family. Owners easily contactable and quick to respond to communication. The only thing my wife complained about was the pillows on the beds! A very minor thing and purely personal. No real complaints at all for the money we paid.

• Kate (8/5): Very good - Lovely spacious villa, super clean, beautiful outdoor space, private. supermarket round the corner and shopping mall. The pool wasn't heated on arrival...Roman responded promptly to this and this was sorted...took a couple of days to heat up and was then wonderful. No milk or water etc on arrival which would of been nice. We were expecting this from the description and previous reviews. No tea towels and very sparse cleaning items/ bin bags meaning you have to purchase in bulk unnecessarily (only stayed for 6 nights) The beach is only accessible to walk when negotiating very busy main roads. A car is therefore really beneficial...once in the car the beach is literally 5 mins away. Downstairs shower loses pressure when water is hot..

• Agne (10/5): Exceptional - Our family of eight have stayed in this villa and we are so happy that we choose this villa from all available options. Location is perfect, villa is super clean and has everything you need for your holiday. Pool is heated and there is no strong smell which was a big plus, owners are very friendly and kind. I have recommended this villa for my all friends for family vacation. As a bonus would be ideal if shampoo and shower gel would be provided in bathrooms, as we struggle on the first day when we arrive so this little things would make a big difference.

Property and house were clean and spacious and pool was heated to 25-26 degrees - that means that our kids spent most of the time in water (in February). There was also table tennis available and we didn't miss the opportunity to improve our skills :) Location is very good. Short walking distance to Mercadona (just round the corner) and 20-25 minutes to walk (with kids) to the beach (Fanabe or Duque) and Aqualand water park. The parking was on the street, in front of the gate and the place to our rental car was always available.

A lot of space inside, nice outside dinner area, lovely pool (kids also enjoyed it), equipped kitchen. And owner and his wife were both very friendly and helpful - they responded very quickly if any questions or issues.

• Miroslav (9/5): Great place for bigger family. - Villa is conveniently located close to the main road and a shopping center. The villa had a stunning palm tree in the center of the garden, which added to the overall beauty of the property. With its reasonable distance to the beach and many great restaurants, it was the perfect place for a relaxing vacation with family. A few minor things must be fixed, but the owner was super responsible.
• Sally (10/5): Fantastic hosts and villa! - We travelled with a dementia client originally staying at the Bouganville Hotel! That simply did not cater for a 92yr old dementia client ! We booked the villa the next day having read no reviews or knew anything about this villa !all we knew was we had to get out of the hotel ! We booked at 18.20 and arrived at 19.20 pm a bit of a surprise for the owner when we were phoning him to say we were there! He came quickly ! Attentive !made sure we was all well catered over a few days just a million times better than Bouganville! We cannot thank the host enough . The villa is perfect home from home with a heated pool Shopping centre and cafes around the corner I cannot recommend this villa enough or the hosts . Thankyou very much for your hospitality! • Otto (9/5): Nice, clean and spacious Villa - Nice villa with 3 spacious bedrooms in the main house and an additional guest house on the yard. Everything was in good order, outdoor fireplace worked well for some barbeque and TV room facilitated for a comfortable movie night. The host was active and polite. The neighbourhood was peaceful and getting a taxi there worked fairly well (compared to some other places on the island). The fine print included 300€ cash deposit at check-in, but we received it back at check-out. The kitchen could include some basic things like salt and pepper.
• Graeme (10/5): Fantastic villa, super host, lovely family holiday. - Villa is very spacious and clean, and it's a fantastic place to stay. It was great having a pool on our vacation, the kids spent most of their time there. There were excellent facilities in the kitchen. There is a supermarket within 5 minutes walking distance that sells everything you need, and it is very cheap in comparison to what you might find in the UK. Patricio was always available to help us, he was a super host. It was a little more difficult to walk to the coast than I was expecting but the taxi service is very good. We all loved this villa and will happily book again in the future.

• Carlzberg (2/5): the owner is a robbing albanian - the property was clean we got to the property thinking the pool was warm it wasnt at all the children were freezing we complained about the pool it took the owner until day 3 to answer the phone when he arrived on day 3 he asked for a 300 pound deposit i told him we didnt we only had our spends and wasnt aware of the deposit he said "what can i do" we ended up paying 200 pound as he wasnt taking no an answer. the guy arrived to do the pool and returned wveryday we was there just not the last day trying to fix the heater in the pool. the day before last we was out he called to do pool the spare keys was on the hook when we left he has took the keys then charged us the deposit to change all the locks because apparantly we had lost the spare keys there was only us in the property he also charged is for a pool clean because the children had jumped in the pool with grass on their feet and the grass was on the bottom of the pool not much of it but he said this wasnt exceptable really rude guy that has only just started letting out the villa and he dosent have a clue finally he said he had booked us a taxi to the airport this didnt turn 2 adults with 4 kids and luggage ended uo yreking the streets of tenerife in the sun with our luggage looking for a taxi
