• Veronica (2/5): NU RECOMAND - Foarte, foarte rău. Fiind mai multe persoane, am avut nevoie de o vila. Nu este vilă, este un bloc de locuit cu patru etaje. La fiecare etaj este câte un apartament. Am fost cazate în trei apartamente care aveau un miros puternic de umezeală. Pe lângă faptul că nu corespunde calitatea cu pozele afișate, băile sunt într-o stare foarte proastă. Ruginit, mucegai. Din cauză că toate ușile de la baie sunt umflate de la umezeală, nici una nu se închide. Deși nu sa spus că suntem doar noi în casă, ne-am trezit cu faptul că la etajul 4 erau cazați doi bărbați.😡 Băiatul care a venit să ne cazeze, nu a fost respectuos deloc.🥺 Nu recomand nici dacă sunteți nevoiți să dormiți in stradă. Totul Foarte îngust ( Baia, camera, scările). Foarte, foarte dezamăgită.

• Israel (7/5): - Las habitaciones no están mal. Válido para dormir y asearse. El baño es bastante pequeño. No llevan un mantenimiento exhaustivo para reparar los desperfectos que tiene el apartamento.

• Ievgenii (4/5): got bad memories! - The apartment was clean, supermarket nearby, cafe very close! the staff does not respond to requests and comments. the microwave and coffee machine do not work. the air conditioner is very noisy, one day it will break and you will not get your deposit back! there is no sound insulation. all night you need to listen to your neighbors going to the toilet
• Ula (8/5): Very good - Apartment is located in very nice, clean and quiet part of Badalona. Apartment was cleaned perfectly. Grocery shops and good cafes nearby. Air conditioner is a big plus during travel in summer. Kitchen a bit too tight for 5 people. It would suit better for 2-3 people. Apartment is a bit too far from Metro and the sea.

• Paul (9/5): Great little place - Exactly as advertised. Easy check in , great communication. Clean and ideal as a base . All you need for a short stay . Easy to get to airport 5.50 euros but takes an hour . Will definitely book again. Area feels a bit dodgy but really isn't.

• Max (8/5): Very good - That it was close to metro and all places that we needed to access. Host replies on time, has terrace on the roof top. Has all the appliances to cook in the kitchen. Also, great internet and clean. Smelled bad, like a sewer leakage, loud noise when trying to sleep. Security deposit issues gave them 200 Euro recieved 200 USD..

• Norbert (7/5): fair enough, comfy bed, clean apartman, bad location, horrible wifi - clean, air conditioner was good, the bed is comfortable The wifi is very poor, I wanted to work from the apartman, but it could not even open google.com up. I had to work from a coffee shop. The location of the apartman is pretty bad, it is near a metro station, but even with metro the city centre was 40 minutes minimum, even an hour going home from party in the morning. We also did not like that we had to pay a deposit in cash, it may he in the description but we did not know about it, we would prefer it doing through Booking.
• Angelica (4/5): Okay but very bad management - I like that it has 3 separate rooms good for 5 people. All the facilities advertised were there but only in a very mini version. It's like they squeezed everything in the house to make it advertised as it is and ask for more money The neighborhood is quiet but don't expect it to be posh one. It's mostly kebab foods nearby. Good thing is that it's only around 600m away from the metro. Communication - the landlord is a bit responsive but not very professional. We gave a cash deposit of 200eur and I asked if she can return it in cash as we will get it at loss in conversion rate. She didn't and even charged us with the transfer fee. She blocked me when I mentioned about it. I also have to chase her to get our deposit back Tiny rooms and small staircase - rooms are very tiny, especially the shower area that can barely fit in a normal physique person. They don't have elevator (which is common in Spain), but the staircase is very small and steps are high. Really difficult to use for elderly or if you are carrying your luggage up. The pillows are really bad too - would rather not use it. Cleanliness - when we arrived, the floors are still wet (despite arriving around 3pm). Toilet has few dirts
• Matthew (1/5): Awful, I won’t be back! - Leaving, this place is awful, avoid it at all costs. The hosts were difficult to deal with a not friendly. Not to mention we paid a deposit by card and when they returned this their bank charged a €18 handling fee at our expense- how is this fair? Please note that all 4 apartments in the building are under one booking advert and these apartments aren’t all the same. We arrived and were confused to not have a living room etc. This is the worst place I have ever stayed and I’m amazed they are allowed to advertise the apartment like this as surely it breaches booking.com advertising rules. Never again, avoid at all costs!!!
