savo (7/5): De må fikse WiFi, lage bedre frokost, fikse kafe m. osv. - Soverom var veldig bra. Personal OK. Frokosten var veldig enkelt. Det var en falsk frokost bilder på booking. Kafe m. fungerer ikke. WiFi fungerer ikke.

Guest (2/5): Werde bestimmt nicht noch einmal dahin - Wir haben 2 Zimmer mit jeweils 2 Betten reserviert, Vorort wurde uns ein Zimmer mit vier Betten gegeben. Dann habe ich mich beschwert und gesagt das ich extra mehr bezahlt habe habe dafür, daraufhin wurde uns noch ein Zimmer mit zwei Betten zur verfügung gestellt. Aber dieses zimmer war unter aller würde, Dusche, Toilette, Bett das Zimmer ansich war nicht Sauber. Am Duschkopf hat ein Teil gefehlt, auf eins von den Betten waren noch Haare. Die Tür ging nicht richtig zu. Auf der Etage war auch noch Bauarbeiten. Im nebenzimmer war jemand der Besoffen war und die ganze nacht versucht hat seine Tür zu schließen. In der Beschreibung ist eine Tiefgarage angegeben, was wir nicht benutzen konnten, auch Baustelle. Einfach alles konnte besser sein, das war unter aller würde.

Purde (1/5): I am on a family tour of Bosnia and Herzegovina, contrary to what is written, for the first time I came across a hotel, - Nothing. I did not stay, none of the facilities written in the hotel were available. The hotel room was not the one I booked, most of the lights were not working, no hair dryer, no fridge, the TV was just for decoration, there was no channel connection, the bathroom was disgusting, even the light above the mirror was melted, I went to the reception twice, asked for a solution, they told me IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT, GO. Of course I left without paying, to another hotel.

Nina (1/5): Horrible, never again, don't reccomend. - Nothing. We booked a 3 single bedroom because it was the only thing available. When we arrived, they gave us 2 single bedroom. When we wanted to pay, we wanted discount because we didn't get the room we booked they told us it's not possible and we paid more than should. The room was alright, the bathroom horrible. Dirty, hair everywhere, the shower with broken door and pipe, mirror dirty, sink broken.

Jan (1/5): We left in the evening to other hotel. - Crazy, cleanliness and also personal - horrible. Just horrible. Pictures of room are absolutely not fitting. Room was dirty, birds excrements were covering balcony, big layer of dirt was in shower, also mold was there. In furniture we found some bottles and other trash (probably from previous visitors). Accomodation was booked with breakfast includ ed, information, that breakfast is not served was given after we asked (no appology from anyone. Lightning in shower was not working (turn on and off every 3-5seconds). We asked at the reception to fix it after our arrival and went to city center. When we came back at 21:00 the light was still not working, after we asked again, they told us they will check it in the morning. I told them that we are leaving in the morning and we want to take shower now. The asnwer was that nobody is available. I took my 2 small kids and wife and left this place in the evening and we transfer to the other hotel. Do not go here!!! I am trying to communicate with booking to get back extra money we had to spend for the other hotel.

Tiarnan (2/5): Cheap, but no actual value for money because it was a really poor experience - Location, the girl who checked us in was polite Breakfast was literally only sliced bread, slices of ham and cheese, waited at reception for over 10 mins when checking out to see someone, only to be told that we needed to pay even though I had opted to pay in advance they hadn’t taken the payment, also pretty sure the room had bed bugs, it was quite dirty and I’ve noticed a cluster of bites on my arm after staying
Susana (8/5): Very good - Next to the train/bus station, which is a plus for those using these means of transport. Supermarket across the street open until 21:00. Very quiet even though it's a student's hotel. Friendly receptionists. The stairs to get to the hotel. I carried just a backpack but those with heavy luggage should be aware of this. The lady serving the breakfast could be nicer so that guests feel welcome.

Even though there were 2 available double rooms on the booking I could not select them and I was manipulated to select a triple room with a higher price but they gave me a double room at the end. I messaged them before check-in but there is no reply. They replied a day later. Room was not hygienic. Water was accumulating in the shower cabin and shower cabin door was broken. Television was not working. There was no hairdryer in the room even though I paid a triple room price.

Jozsef (8/5): Nice days in Mostar! - This student hotel is close to the Eastern bus station in Mostar, also the Mostar railway station (2 minutes walking away). This is a simple and clean accommodation. The old town is some 20 minutes walking away. The staff was friendly and service minded with good command of English. I could stay here again! The breakfast was VERY continental.
Andrea (6/5): Pleasant - If you looking for somehting for one night, for a reasonable price, this student hotel is ok. I wasnt expecting much, the stuff was friendly and the location is ideal, you have a parking spot in the garage, a supermarket on the other side of the road as well as an pharmacy and it is a nice walk to the bridge. You can here noise from the rooms around and my biggest issue was the cleanness. I know, it´s a cheap student hotel, but that doesnt mean, it couldnt be cleaner. I took my own pillow and blanket from the car and showered just quick, was feeling ok with it.

Aku (7/5): Great value for the price, but not perfect - The free breakfast was decent for the price and we got our stomachs full. Everything you'd expect from a breakfast, eggs, sausages, bread and toppings. The free parking garage was also handy, although quite small. Staff was helpful and we were able to check in at 1 am. However they were a bit sleepy and required some knocking on the door, but all good in the end! Can't really say about the location as we were there only for one short night on our way to Sarajevo. Still, excellent value for the price. The coffee tasted a bit weird but was still drinkable. Our toilet was also a bit stinky and didn't have any soap. However I suppose we could've gotten some from the helpful staff. The internet didn't work all the time but we were still able to get some messages through. Might've just been our room with weak signal.

Sandra (8/5): Very good - The receptionist was very helpful. This is a great place to stay for a few days as you don't have any luxury but have good and healthy breakfast, quietness, bus and train stations right next to the building, good wifi, comfy beds but small and a functional bathroom.
Hs (8/5): Hotel near train station - The hotel is located next to the train and bus station, which is especially practical when arriving late or leaving early in the morning. Nevertheless, there was no noise from the trains disturbing my sleep. My room was simply furnished, the bed was comfortable, its good value for your money. Breakfast was included and I was able to leave my luggage for a few extra hours at the reception after checking out.

Nikko50 (9/5): Good price/quality - It is a student dormitory building and the second floor is allocated to the hotel. Rooms are minimally equipped but enough for one night accommodation that we had. Young friendly staff. Try to fulfill requests. Good beds, good food. They have a canteen not only for breakfast but for lunch and dinner and the prices are low. A big plus is that it has a garage under the building, no need to pay extra. Good location, not far from city center and next to the train station. Just the fact that the shower drain was clogged. The young man from the reception tried to help with a spray but it didn't work much. Maybe it would have been solved if we have stayed longer.

Brenda (7/5): Good transport location, hot basic room - Ok value, especially if you have an early departure from the bus or train station. We stayed at the end of June and there were still students in residence, mostly studying in the downstairs reception cafe area. We didn't hear any partying or anything at least, and alcohol isn't allowed. The room was spacious with 4 single beds and the beds were comfortable enough. There was a small fridge in the room too, no kettle. . Breakfast was very basic as I don't think many people were staying. Eggs, hotdogs, bread, some cucumber, cheese and ham. Plus coffee. It was sufficient. The bathroom needed more hooks and also the shower was very small with nowhere to put personal effects. These could all be overlooked for the price and location. The issue was the aircon didn't cool the room so we sweated and tossed throughout the night. It worked but there was only a zephyr of air coming out near the door so the rest of the room stayed hot. Cleaning could be better, there was lolly wrapper and other bits on the floor under the edge of beds, quite obvious without bending down.

We arrived very early in the morning before the check-in time and the staff helped us store the luggage for the time being. Nothing really negative about this place.

Ervin (7/5): Good place just to sleep if you want to visit Mostar and not to spend time in a hotel room! - Good value for the money, clean and friendly staff, good location, next building to railway station in Mostar, 15 minutes walking from the Old Bridge and city center. Rooms are small tough and there were just single beds that are not so comfortable but in the end it was good. Minus is that AC was not working, and plus is the kitchen where staff were very friendly and they would make whatever you want for breakfast. AC should work in Mostar, it was 38 C in the evening.
