• Costin (10/5): - Zonă liniștită aproape de gara Centrală din Bologna și de centrul orașului.Dacă dorești să pregatești ceva de mâncare are tot ce îți trebuie,plită electrică,mașină de spălat vase, frigider un dulap cu tot felul de vase. Faptul că nu am putut să mă cazez mai devreme,doar după ora 15 te poți caza.

• Monica (1/5): Prepotencia, mala educación, engaño y una sauna. Salgan corriendo! - Nos alojamos con nuestra hija cinco noches en julio.. Lo que más nos gustó a los tres fue marcharnos. 1. La prepotencia y la mala educación del anfitrión, la falta de respeto. Pregunté el primer día que contraté si podíamos llegar un poco más tarde y la respuesta fue "no podemos contestarle a eso todavía". Nuestra reserva ponía que el checkin tardío hasta las 00:00h tendría una tasa de 30 euros, con lo que se interpreta que es posible llegar después de las 20:00h. Tras llamar por teléfono unos días antes empezó a presionarnos con mucha prepotencia y faltas de respeto por teléfono y repetidamente por el chat, con que a lo mejor no podíamos hacer el checkin más tarde, que no teníamos que haber contratado el apartamento, que no leíamos las cosas, que no nos enterábamos, ... . Lo único que hizo fue ponernos dificultades y tratarnos como idiotas. 2. El engaño cobrándonos de más en las tasas turísticas. Consulten la página web del Ayuntamiento de Bolonia, al contratar por booking la tasa es el 10'5% del pago total. A nosotros nos cobró el máximo posible sin tener en cuenta la legislación. Nos cobró a tres personas por cinco noches casi 98 euros. Le enviamos el enlace con la información y nos trató como ignorantes, que no sabíamos leer. 3. El intento de engaño queriendo cobrar demás por una hora de late-checkin. La reserva ponía 30 euros e insistían en cobrarnos 40. No accedimos. Lo quieren en efectivo, eso no se declara. 3. La negativa a darnos facturas. Solicitamos factura de la tasa turística y de los 30 euros de checkin y se hicieron los sordos, sigo esperando las facturas, ni un recibí nos dieron. 4. El incumplimiento de la ley pidiéndonos fotografía de nuestros DNI para el checkin, lean la ley, eso está prohibido. Solo hay que facilitar los datos necesarios, no copias del dni. 5. El calor insoportable del apartamento que nos impidió dormir. A pesar del supuesto y ruidoso aire acondicionado, la temperatura media del apartamento es de 29 grados. La última noche la pasamos en un hotel para poder descansar. 6. La falta de productos básicos, por ej.
• roberto (5/5): Pessima struttura - Nulla Innanzitutto è un appartamentino per due persone e non per quattro, inoltre il bagno è piccolissimo e affianco al letto matrimoniale, lavello di piccole dimensioni, fai fatica a lavarti la faccia con il rischio di sbatterti al mobile, quindi ragion per cui non può essere per 4 persone. All'arrivo nell'appartamento non ci hanno fatto trovare nemmeno 1 bottiglia di acqua, nessuna cialda di caffè...... mancava il forno a microonde e il ferro da stiro non funzionava, c'erano dei dispenser appesi all'interno della doccia ma ahimè senza il bagnoschiuma, la lavatrice c'èra ma senza il detersivo, mancavano le posate ( forchette-coltelli) mentre di cucchiai c'è n'erano 3. Inoltre è inammissibile che la tassa di soggiorno non venga specificata negli avvisi all'interno della lista dei costi extra della struttura, grossa presa in giro, in quanto avevo soggiornato a Ferrara ed era specificato in chiaro che avrei dovuto pagare la tassa di soggiorno con indicato il totale da pagare in struttura al momento del check-in. L'appartamento è all'ultimo piano senza ascensore, Inoltre chi gestisce la struttura non risponde nei tempi dovuti, non ha un rapporto con il cliente e soprattutto viste le mancanze descritte denota che non c'è il controllo per offrire l'ospitalità dovuta che un cliente si aspetta.

• Attila (8/5): Very good - The location is perfect. Internet is fast, the apartment offers everything you need. The apartment is at 3. floor and no elevator is present.
• Pauline (9/5): Very good for a couple - The apartment was in a very central location close to many bars and restaurants. It was very nicely appointed with good facilities. I felt the pictures didn’t do it justice and it was brighter and nicer than in the photos.

• Sophie (6/5): Great apartment, bad timing. - This is a well set up, very clean apartment. It's modern, clean, great water pressure, the kitchen is well equipped with large fridge and dishwasher. The bed mattress is very comfortable. The towels are plentiful and clean. The area is in the University student quarter which we liked. Wifi worked. The landlord did his best to help us when we had issues and responded quickly. I recommend this apartment it's unfortunate we were there during a heatwave a building work. Bad timing....We were there during a 38 degree heat wave. Extraordinary circumstances. The single, weak aircon unit is on the wall in the lounge. It was not adequate. We had to sleep in the lounge every night as the bedroom was way too hot. The whole apartment was never cool enough and we hovered over the aircon. The small bathroom was like a sauna. If there was a strong aircon in the bedroom this would solve these problems. Also, again bad timing, building work was being done on the stairs and ceilings. This apartment is on the top level. It was very dusty and hard to get up and down the stairs. We walked building dust into the apartment and the builders were very noisy.
• Παναγιώτης (4/5): Disappointing - Clean and comfortable room. Works were being done in the building where the room was. We had to pass through a cloud of dust many workers to exit the house. The same workers woke us up at 8am on Saturday since they started working. When the housekeeper was informed he said he was sorry.
