• Ruth (2/5): EL APARTAMENTO ESTA MUY SUCIO, MUY RUIDOSO, CAMAS ROTAS... CARÍSIMO PARA LO QUE ES - LO ÚNICO BUENO LA UBICACIÓN SUCIO, INCOMODO, EL SOFA DEL SALON QUE ERA CAMA TAMBIÉN ESTABA ROTO, TODO SUCIO,UN RUIDO INSOPORTABLE,UN OLOR MALO... DESASTROSO , NO VUELVO NI AUNQUE ME PAGUEN.
• Anna (8/5): - Ottima posizione, proprietario disponibile, appartamento piccolo ma funzionale. Abbiamo trovato tutto in ordine e a disposizione asciugamani, lenzuola e coperte, cuscini, capsule per il caffè con annessa macchinetta, bustine per il te con il bollitore per l'acqua. Veramente consigliato!

• Sarah (5/5): I wouldn’t stay here again as the property was not as pictured and feels very tired and outdated. I could not close the - The character of the property and layout was good. The windows and front door to the loft were not very secure and difficult to close or lock. The decor is very worn in and needs updating. The bed linens and towels were old.
• Elaine (6/5): cute place, steep stairs!! - location was great and well connected to the city centre. the bed was comfy and the apartment was fairly equipped with the basic amenities we were expecting. we weren't that bothered by street noise or the clubbing sounds next door but it's something to consider if easily affected by noise the windows were left open when we checked in (presumably to air out the space) which let in a swarm of flies that wouldn't leave the upper floor / bedroom area. :( we ended up picking up some raid from the shop below. also, it could be that we boarded during the hottest summer we've ever experienced in the UK, but the place got warm really quick despite cranking the thermostat down a lot and we had to hand carry the one standing fan upstairs into the bedroom. we got used to the steep stairs after the first day, just be wary using it!

• Małgorzata (5/5): Couldn’t sleep all night and was cold the rest of the time. - Nice interior The bathroom had mold, all windows are old and not sealed properly. It’s super noisy apartment with a very steep stairs inside.

• Adam Lukas (8/5): A very nice Loft style apartment! - A very nice Loft style apartment (Flat A) with proper facilities for cooking and clothes care (washing machine and iron). However, we did not need to use them. Tidy and clean. Generous living / kitchen / dining area. It was a bit noisy as the club at street level play loud music til late. However, this is to be expected in the area and we had no problem sleeping.

We only stopped for a night, arrived in the evening and left in the morning- I wish we had more time to spend in there. Everything was very clean. All instructions were very clear and communication was great.

• Barbara (6/5): This could be a nice apartment, but it is not well maintained. - Good location and easy access. The floor was sticky, the mugs in the kitchen were dirty. The terrace was covered with feathers and bird droppings. Seems like cleaning is superficial.

I’m so angry I’m writing this, despite the repeated reviews talking about the stairs and their poor safety the accommodation has failed to make adaptations which resulted in my injury last night. It’s lucky my arm caught the 6th step slip otherwise injuries could be much worse. Absolutely unsuitable for the older guest until safety measures are used. Time to put some grip strips on your steps or replace them before someone snaps their neck, next time.

• Sinade (10/5): Perfect valentines get away. - The location was spot on, I live pretty local in Hackney however felt like I was going on holiday being in such a lively location, all the amenities where on point could not ask for more. The owner has obviously taken note of previous criticism and rectified them which is good to see. The remote control battery’s did not work so we brought some from home and left them for next guest.

• Hines (8/5): Homely - Property was nice! Lots of room very spacious Loads of stairs which if you didn’t realise by reading reviews you would be in trouble. Heating could have worked better although maybe my Australian body is just not used to the cold like this.
• Mark (10/5): I’d happily revisit this beautifully discreet gem. - This is a really stunning property, with incredible ceiling height. It’s furnished to a great standard and whilst there are some things that would not be to my taste it’s a great little find. The bedroom is extremely spacious and there is a lovely outdoor space although it was too cold and wet to really use. The flat is an excellent location however it is situated next door to a bar/club however the owners have thoughtfully left individually wrapped ear plugs should you need them (I didn’t personally) The only matter to note id say is if you have poor mobility some of the internal stairways would present an issue.
• White (9/5): Very cool apartment, clean, comfy and great location - Loved the apartment, was super clean with great facilities and comfort. Really cool style and amazing location in the heart of shoreditch. Expectations weren't massively high mostly because its above a nightclub but it massively over delivered on my expectations. Key collection was via a secured box outside, fine for me, although I can imagine a woman might feel a little more intimidated collecting the keys from that location, particularly if its dark / late at night. It's on a busy street and next door to a night club. Also, I think the hairdryer needs disposing of - it smells like its about to set on fire when using it.

• Peter (4/5): Unsatisfactory - Location good. No mention of the steep 2 flights of stairs before we got to the unit, not suitable for large suit cases, children or Older people. Steps Very steep to loft. Very noisy back Alley from night clubs which continued through till the early hours. No privacy unless blinds constantly closed. We won't be returning to this accommodation.
• Lj (8/5): Nice apartment - Nice apartment and spacious had everything we needed. Good instructions and easy to use. Good location as we were wedding dress shopping. Was very noisy as it’s in the middle of party central so be prepared if you staying on a weekend but they do offer earplugs.

• Lisa (9/5): Better than advertised, lovely, clean apartment, like home from home, almost wanted to stay longer - The apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable. I was a little unsure of the location being on my own, however once inside the apartment I actually felt at home. Such a cosy place. All the facilities you would need on hand. Can hear a little noise from outside but the host supplied ear plugs which I thought was a great touch, and I probably wouldn't have heard anything if I shut the windows but I like to have them open. This is not a complaint or a criticism, more of personal preference. Travelling alone security is a big thing, and I didn't seem to be able to lock the door from the inside. I would have appreciated a bolt or something just to give that extra level of security for peace of mind. I know no one could just walk in the door and as I say more of a personal preference possibly

I couldn't fault the property in any way. Perhaps the only missing thing were batteries in the remote control :)

• Alison (6/5): In the hub of Shoreditch - Located in the heart of Shoreditch. You walk out the front door and are two steps away from an array of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. Public transport links are also nearby. The property itself was spacious and bright and had everything we needed. Picking up the keys was easy and straight forward. Whilst picking up the keys was straight forward, we didn’t get the code for the box until about 3 minutes before we could check in, which caused us nervousness. The apartment itself is a bit dated and could do with a bit of modernisation (eg, the shower was disappointing) but then the price reflected this. As it was warm we left the windows open and it was noisy, but again you’d expect this from an apartment so centrally located.
• Lcarter033 (7/5): Good value great location - Location was perfect. Bigger apartment than expected and great facilities. Nice outside space and cool warehouse conversion vibe. Appreciated coffee pods and lots of bedding/towels. I used the sofa bed (super comfy) and friend stayed in the bedroom upstairs. Lots of space for two people. Loud at night with music from bars/clubs nearby even during the week till about 2am. Also not great soundproofing within the apartment. Earplugs would easily solve.

Not great possition of fire alarm sensor. Noise from street especialy on friday night. Not the best chairs at the kitchen table, those can be better. Sleeping part od sofa does not stay at the right possition. When you sleep i make a hole between siting and sleeping part.

• Matteo (5/5): Passable - I recommend this house; its location is central, easy to reach, and close to Liverpool station. The apartment was clean and spacious, the host was very kind, provided clear directions, and it was very easy and convenient to enter the apartment. I did not appreciate the fact that, having booked for 4 people, we had to make the bed ourselves for sleeping. I read that it was a sofa bed, but upon arrival at the facility, I had to open the bed (which was slightly broken) and set up the sheets and blankets myself. If I book for 4 people, I expect to find the accommodation ready for 4. Another thing that was not appreciated at all was the lack of towels for 4 people. Throughout the house, there was only one face towel. I'm not sure if it was us not finding others, but in the bathroom, there was only one face towel for 4 people.

• Eliza (9/5): Superb - Comfortable, large and stylish lof apartment. Lively and central location. Had all the facilities we needed. Not a problem for us, we expected it to be noisy as it is a night out hotspot. The stairs up to the bedroom and bathroom could be a problem if you are unsteady, for any reason!
• Йордан (8/5): Very good - The place was in a very convenient location with a great city bus and underground network. You can go to the City Center in a very short time. There are numerous bars and pubs near the place and nice spots for food. Inside the apartment is clean and warm also it is very supplied in terms of dishes, towels even tea and coffee is present and even earplugs because at night it can get a little noisy. The keys were not at the right place and that contributed to an awkward situation of that you could not get into the apartment for a moment. A drunk chap smelling strong of alcohol came to the rescue and helped us get the keys to get into but still he was quite tanked.

• Emily (10/5): Lovely very spacious flat in a great location - Lovely very spacious flat in a great location. It's a rare find so I booked again for my next trip to London immediately! The amenities are also great, nice to have a proper coffee machine, and easy to get Netflix/Prime on the TV. There are loads of local restaurants and bars to choose from too. It's right on Old Street so you can hear the street noise, but given the location, that's the price you pay.

• Halima (10/5): Gorgeous apartment in a great location - We only stayed for one night however it had everything we needed. A great location and a spacious property. Would recommend and stay again
• Tomislav (8/5): Very good - It was a nice clean apartment. A grocery store and a bus stop very close to it. A cutting board, a bigger knife, a pan and a cooking spoon would have been useful. Toilet being upstairs can be inconvenient.

The main door is just a small door next to a shop on street that could easily missed. There are 2 flights of long staircases before reaching the apartment (on 2nd floor). It is further than expected walking distance from the nearest train station. Not the owner's fault, but the unit opposite holds party on roof top till very late during our 1st night stay. Kitchen has only 3 small to medium pots, no frying pan. Gas cooker.

Not vert near to the city center. You have to travel a bit to reach the property. The stairs is a bit steep, so need to be careful when climbing up.
• Anonymous (5/5): Nice apartment but too hot in summer and no hot water - apartment is very clean, spacious and nice space. easy to enter with key code, location is in a good location in Shoreditch private terrace is nice but didn’t get to use whilst there Whilst location is good, due to the lack of fan, needed to have windows open in summer which due to the central location meant it was very loud all night. Need a fan if you’re renting a property in London in summer. there was no hot water during my stay with no instructions. By the time I was told about the boiler, it was too late so too hot all night followed by freezing cold shower was hardly luxury. whilst good location, the door entrance is right next to a late night, busy bar with bouncers outside etc.

Was super easy to check in and upon arrival, we were greeted with all the amenities we could possibly need, which was a lovely touch. Was super spacious and a perfect fit for all 4 of us, with plenty of storage. Great location near the tube, train station and a whole heap of different food and bar/pub locations. The balcony was great to sit on during the summer heat. Nice big windows and high ceilings made for nice airflow and a comfortable temperature, despite super hot days. Sofa bed easy to set up and comfortable. We didn't mind it, but there is a fair bit of noise at night, which could be an issue if you're wanting a quieter stay.
