• Melissa (8/5): Overall, a comfortable and convenient gem—highly recommended, with that one fix! - The apartment is in a super strategic spot right in the city center, just steps from shopping areas. Our spacious unit had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms—ideal for our family. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen came fully equipped with all the cooking essentials we needed. The building feels brand new and impeccably maintained. We noticed small bugs/cockroaches rawling on the benches and floor throughout our stay, and even after spraying, they kept returning.

The neighborhood felt safe ans friendly, and the staff were very warm and helpful during our stay. The host was also very responsive whenever we had questions. Definitely a great place to stay and we would love to come back again!

• Mario (4/5): We zijn na 1 nacht weer weggegaan en hebben een hotel geboekt. - De prijs was laag. Het uitzicht op de wolkenkrabbers en de straten beneden was fantastisch vanaf dit appartement op de 12e verdieping. Ook was er een gevulde watercooler aanwezig. Bedden roken niet fris. Veel vlekken op de bank en de matrassen. Badkamers waren vies. Kakkerlakken in de keukenkastjes. Airco in de huiskamer werkte niet goed. Gordijnen waren te klein voor de ramen. Raam naast het bed in een van de slaapkamers sloot niet goed en opende van onderen, gelukkig merkten wij het voordat onze jongste er tegen aan leunde. Stroom viel telkens uit als de airco's tegelijk aanstonden. Receptie liet ons pas binnen toen al onze koffers waren aangekomen en gefotografeerd, in verband met eerdere beschuldigingen van diefstal begrepen we. De lobby was kaal, rommelig, niet onderhouden, geen airco.

• poultet (7/5): - L'appartement est spacieux. Le nécessaire de toilette est fourni (savon, brosse à dents) Les matelas des chambres d'enfants ne sont pas du tout confortables. Il n'y a pas de drap mais des couvertures polaires (nous ne savions pas si elles avaient été utilisées auparavant...) Les salles de bains sont très vieillissantes

• Nathiqah (7/5): Yes for location and good staffs. No no for the electricity and dated fixtures & fittings - The location and the size of the property were a perfect fit for us. The reception staffs and guards were also friendly and helpful. Not to forget our landlord Agnes was very responsive and helpful as well. The wifi connection was fair. However, the building felt very old with dated furnitures and appliances. The most disappointing part is the electricity. It keeps coming off several times a day which makes it worse at night as it could suddenly turn completely dark, which makes it very inconvenient especially when you’re in the shower. Plus the A/C for the third room were not cold at all, so some of us did not get comfortable sleep. We made complaint and Ms. Agnes did called the technician. However it wasn’t that helpful as he only explained the unit was built that way, the electrical capacity exceeded its limit…

The location is super convenient, close to malls like Kuningan City and Ambassador Mall. The apartment was clean and spacious which can fit to 6 people. One small inconvenience was the limited number of plug points.

I love the scenery around the building, especially during sunrise and sunset. Building location is awesome. Close enough from public transport station and public area. Cozy place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff is also a plus point. I didn't have any.

The apartment itself is comfortable especially with young kids around. The toilet slightly dirty. But overall is fine. Value for money.

• Tan895 (8/5): Comfy - The receptionist are super helpful and courteous. Place is clean and homely. Good location with a shopping mall just 5 min walk away. No hooks to hang clothing in the master bathroom. Also with the long bath tub make it difficult for elderly to climb in and out for shower.
• Wan (10/5): Recommend Apartment to stay! - Good Apartment. As M40 Malaysian, this apartment was perfect for me. All the things you need is there. The view also good as you can see the city. The owner also prepare us a box of tea. The most important is, the price very reasonable in that area! 1.Aircond in third room take time to be cool. 2.The iron and the board is difficult to find (locate under the bed in first room). The owner should put the label on it.

• Yasmina (7/5): Nice Stay in the middle of the city - - The view was nice (I like the big city view when in a country’s capital) - The Location near malls ( not that I liked the big malls there) - Local Food stalls at the bottom of the building - Being on a high floor will make you feel like you are on too of the world - Reception can keep your bag/luggage - Massive space for a city Appartment - You can do your laundry as there is a washing machine and THAT means the world to me, especially when you’re in a big polluted city you want to make sure you wash your clothes as often as you can ( washing machine of great quality !) - Responsive owner - Easy location for grab/Gojek/taksi drivers to pick you up and/or drop you off - There’s everything you need to cook, etc … - Air con was working soooo goood ! - Wifi working amazingly ! - Tv+games provided in case you’re bored of the big city which you might be at some stage - Water fountain ( that’s clever you can get both hot and cold water make sure you have bottled water to refill though) - Lift looked so creepy - There were ants in the bathroom and under the kitchen sink - Furniture could look more harmonious all together ( things overall don’t really match together but I know I am a pain and I apologise for it … ) - Check in time … ( but unfortunately it’s everywhere in Southeast Asia 😞) - Please provide more toilet paper ( I know it’s odd but us foreigners we aren’t use to all the spices that much even though I love it 🥰 so I would have need more toilet paper, thanks to the hose though and I had spare baby wipes) 😎
