• Morag (10/5): Perfect comfortable accommodation with friendly helpful hosts - Great location as just off the Camino route. Met by friendly hosts- prompt messaging which was great. Beds very comfy. Amenities excellent- really appreciated the washing machine. Fabulous shower. Although on a Main Street no noise at night. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.Up a few floors but lift so no problems with luggage. Very comfortable for 5 of us staying. Nothing

• JUNYUAN (1/5): Horrible. - Convenient location. The host is insanely rude to us even before we met in person. The only reason for us stopping at that town is for the Camino I guess the tourists are contributing to their income but they don’t really appreciate obviously. There’re 5 suitcases delivered by the transferring company in advance to this location. The owner sent me rude messages about how my reservation which was the default setting was for 2 (it’s the same price for either 2 or 5 people) and ask us to remove 3 suitcases. I responded politely saying it’ll be great if we can talk in person since I was still on the hike. Also if there’s a price discrepancy I’m happy to pay for it too. After we met up the host straight up yelled at us asking for extra €120 or 3 of us have to grab our stuff and leave. I’m just done dealing with it after a long hike so I offered to give me my refund and I’ll reach out to booking.con then find somewhere else. Then they changed their tone. The second day we left early in a rush so we forgot to turn off the heater then here came the passive aggressive messages escalated to personal attack in Spanish about ‘seeing what kind of person we are’ just because we forgot to turn off the heater. It’s traumatic having an experience like this in a foreign country. It’s way too rude to handle I have never met any hosts who’s that level rude. *RACIST ALERT*

Apartamento amplio, muy iluminado y bonito. El dueño fue muy amable. Todo perfecto. El parking es un poco apretado, pero es en un garaje privado.

• Delatour (10/5): Super clean, spacious apartment close to restaurants and grocery. We'd stay there again. - Immaculately clean, brand new apartment. 4 bedrooms was a bonus! Everything you needed, dishwasher, laundry and coffee machine! All the bedrooms windows were facing a road so there was noise. Me and the kids slept well but it was difficult for my husband. If you close all of the windows, there is no noise.

• Angeles (10/5): Exceptional - Great apartment. Very spacious, clean and confortable. It was a great stay. I would recommend it to anyone travelling by car, as it was much easier to park there than instead of being in the very centre of Santiago. The owners were really nice and helpful.
