• Carlos (7/5): Excelente lugar, desaprovechado - El lugar es hermoso El personal esta muy disperso, no se oberva que se tenga estandarizado quien recibe a los huespedes, dar indicaciones sobre actividades a realizar.. se llega con mucha expectativa por las campañas de marketing pero estan desconectadas con el personal, incluso algunas de las ofrecidas en página web ya ni existen

• Stefanie (1/5): No one to greet us for check in - told us to 'come back tomorrow'. - We arrived at 11 pm, and there was no one to greet us. We contacted security and were told that we should 'come back tomorrow'. I explained we had only booked for one night. We ended up having to get a taxi at 11:30 pm after finishing a hike to another accommodation. There was no real engagement or apology after, even despite being charged half the price of our stay. I spoke to the hotel the following day, and they told me that they thought I would be a 'no show', yet no real effort was made to contact me beforehand or to explain that check-in had to be done before 10 pm. Considering they had my details, their lack of communication was shocking.

Je recommande vivement pour visiter cette très belle région ! (En plus on peut faire un tour avec l’âne pour faire une visite dans la montagne et voir la belle cascade ) Rien

No screens on windows, and so many bugs/mosquitos making it impossible to keep window open. Room felt stuffy because of this. Also hot water and water pressure not consistent for shower, had to take cold shower two days in a row.

The decor was very tasteful and I loved that it incorporated handicrafts from the region. The breakfasts were delicious. We also had 2 dinners & found that the choice, presentation and food were really exceptional.

• Diyan (9/5): Superb - I recommend the hotel. I am extremely satisfied with the tours organized by the hotel, the one at the Coffee Farm is a unique experience, I highly recommend it. The guide David, who they hired, was exceptional - accurate, with sufficient information, with the ability to show places where there are not many tourists.
• Mark (10/5): A rare gem of a hotel - The hotel is a real gem. Cannot recommend enough. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was gorgeous, a well-balanced mix of comfort, style and modernity. The bed was extremely comfortable. We had mountain views from the room, including from the (hot) shower in the morning. Breakfast was delicious, in fact we ate most meals in the restaurant, so we tried most of the menu, and everything was spot on. The location is fantastic, we mostly used Uber to get around and it was very easy. There was nothing we didn't like.
