• István (6/5): - The location was good, and the kitchen was well equipped, although there was no sponge provided for washing the dishes. For six people this place is quite uncomfortable. One of the beds is located just one step away from both the entrance door and the bathroom, which offers no privacy. The second bed is placed in the middle of the kitchen-living room area, and the third is on a mezzanine level with very poor air circulation, when the AC is on, it creates a loud noise that echoes throughout the entire apartment. The bathroom has a sliding door that doesn't close properly, which is particularly inconvenient when others are sleeping nearby.

Апартаментът беше просторен, чист и напълно подготвен още преди пристигането ни – всички допълнителни легла бяха оправени, което направи настаняването много удобно. Имаше всичко необходимо – кухненски прибори, тоалетни принадлежности, включително шампоани и други дребни, но важни неща, които улесняват престоя. Матраците бяха много удобни – знам колко е ценно това за някои хора, затова специално го отбелязвам. Комуникацията със собственика Марко беше отлична – през цялото време поддържахме връзка, като дори ми пишеше на български, което направи всичко още по-лесно и приятно. В близост има ресторанти, голям магазин, както и автобусна спирка, с която лесно стигаш до плажа Pane Pomodoro – около 25 минути път. Препоръчваме го! Единственото дребно неудобство беше с бойлера – понякога се бъгваше и се налагаше да се рестартира, за да има топла вода. Споделихме това с Марко и той реагира веднага – каза, че техник ще го провери на 30-ти, така че вярваме, че проблемът ще бъде отстранен бързо.
• Elena (8/5): Soggiorno piacevole - L’host è una persona veramente gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato informazioni accurate riguardo la gestione dell’appartamento e anche consigli su dove mangiare bene. L’appartamento è molto carino, spazioso, dotato di ogni comfort. Anche la cucina era tutto sommato ben fornita. Ottima l’aria condizionata. La porta del bagno, che è scorrevole, non rimaneva chiusa, si riapriva da sola e aveva la serratura rotta per cui non permetteva molta privacy.

• Zsolt (1/5): Bad - Nothing! Sadly we payed for 5 nights and checked out after first night. Be really careful, the apartment is really smelly, dirty bedsheets, cold and moldy. The apartment. It is below minimum standard. Smelly, moldy, dirty sheets, neighbours moving furniture and being so loud with thin walls, you think they are in the room with you. 1 AC that is the heater, so downstairs is about 16C with max AC on heat, and upstairs is 27C. It is not a 2 bedroom apartment!!! Host does not speak English so good luck explaining theese thing to him with self check in on google translate. Very very bad experience!!! Be careful! This should not be on Booking.com.
• Yuri (5/5): OK, with a bit of disappointment. - The owner was very nice and helpful. The apartment was fairly big and clean. I was looking for a property with parking and specifically asked for it when making the reservation. I was told there was plenty of parking in the nearby streets or in a public garage at €5/night. In reality, there was no outside parking available whatsoever anywhere even close to the properly, and I paid €25/night at a public garage one block away from the apartment. Taking into account that we arrived with the kids and luggage in late evening, in was quite annoying.
• Erna (7/5): Good - Location was nice. The host responded quickly to our requests. Apartment is listed as two-bedroom apartment, which is not true. The sofa in the kitchen cannot be considered a second bedroom, because one has to walk through the kitchen to access the actual bedroom, so there is no privacy for the person sleeping in that kitchen.
• Matthew (8/5): Clean and comfortable accommodation, good location - The apartment is very nice and could quite easily accommodate 4-6 people if travelling with a group of close friends or family. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots etc if you want to do self catering. The location is great just 12 minutes walk to the main train station where you can easily take trains or coaches to do day trips to places like Alberobello or Matera. The bed in the main bedroom is very comfortable, I don't know about the two sofa beds as obviously I didn't use them. From my experience as a solo traveller it was a great place to stay. The shower room was very nice, the shower itself had good water pressure and the water ran nice and hot too. WiFi was very good with very fast upload and download speeds, the connection also seemed to be very stable. The stairs up to the main bedroom are quite steep, which could be a problem for some, especially when coming down the stairs. Two of the three beds in the apartment are sofa beds and one of the sofa beds is in the reception room where the front door to the apartment is, this is also the room where the only bathroom is located {shower and toilet}. So anyone sleeping in this room wouldn't get so much privacy as they wouldn't be able to lock the door as this would block access to the toilet. Also they would potentially get disturbed a lot if travelling with a group as everyone would access he bathroom via this room. The apartment is a little dark with not much natural light but as I was out every day from morning till evening it didn't bother me. The occupants in the apartment above can sometimes be a little noisy dragging the furniture across the floor.
• Jekatyerina (8/5): Very good - the apartment is clean, the owner Marcantonio is very friendly, immediately answers for all questions, helps if I had a problem. the apartment is located far from the train station, 15 minutes of fast walking. the apartment is dark, there was one window, but it was frosted. the neighbors upstairs moved furniture and made noise every day until 1am.
• Ivanov (9/5): We enjoyed the stay - We stayed for one night only, but it was a great stay. The apartment is clean and very well equipped with everything you could need. It was really easy to check in and the owner was very responsive. Maybe for a long stay you would feel the need of a balcony, but this is everything I can think about that might miss.
• Jack (6/5): Pleasant - Good communication with the host. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Walking distance from the train station. There were many air diffusers and air scents that were very overpowering. The apartment was a bit dated but that was in line with the photos and description.

• Shivanand (5/5): Passable - the apartment location is ok, no microwave, kitchen tap was broken, no proper knife, smelly blankets, smelly towels. the climbing bedroom floor was risky. the bathroom door was difficult to close from the outside. ventilation is not good.
• Julia (8/5): Very good - It was clean and looks good. Good Wi-Fi. All needed staff was inside Attitude of owner. He told that I have to leave apartment before check-in time. It was located in 40 min from beach, and 30 min from city center.
• Haeyoung (9/5): Superb - During the stay, I had no big issue. Location was good for me (easy to get to station, about 15mins), didn’t go to port area. To visit Matera, Alberobello and Lecce, was good. Building itself looks old but inside is (toilet/ shower) seemed to be renovated. Good water pressure (hot water), clean toilet, enough space for shower cubicle. I didn’t use kitchen but it also looks ok. Communication with the host was prompt and efficient. Early check in was available and easy to check in. No issue with wifi. In general, I had a good stay. The kettle, might need to be replaced or clean up for a lots of calcium buildup inside. It might be better with smart TV or bigger size of screen of TV.

• Katarzyna (10/5): Exceptional - at first I had a problem with getting the keys and it was a bit of a nuisance when I was after a long journey and wanted to get in right away. But other than that, once I entered the apartment, I was pleasantly surprised. It's really clean. And there's plenty of space. It's cozy. The location is good if you want to be close to the station. I think I'll come back here someday. it's really a good place
• Jelena (6/5): Besides small defects in total good place to stay, there is everything that is needed. - Good location, comfortable check in and out Too little amount of soap and toilet paper, in the kitchen there is no kitchen paper, bad internet connection.
• Carina (6/5): Functional, but heartless. Wouldn’t recommend. - Fully equipped apartment, but quite dark and loud (ground floor, almost no day light). Okay for a short stay. The internet didn’t work throughout our stay. We informed the host, but it wasn’t fixed. Pretty annoying if you’re coming from abroad and need to find your way around. Unfriendly host. He asked about our check-out time, and when we replied, he rudely told us to leave the place before 10:00. Fine, but then why asking in the first place, just tell us.

• Ester (7/5): Good apartment for a good price 👍🏻 - I liked the location - close to the playground, Penny shop, 13min to the Central railway and bus stations. They had useful kitchenware and washing machine with washing gel. Pity that the air conditioning was only downstairs- that means the bedroom upstairs wasn’t cold enough. Also I don’t recommend the steep stairs for older people and small children.
