• Plamen (9/5): Good - Very convenient location, only 5 minutes from the train station and about 15 minutes to Copenhagen Central Station. The apartment was clean, warm, and has an elevator. Communication with the host was excellent — he was very kind and helpful. Perfect for couples or families, we were 4. There is also a parking space available. A Lidl supermarket is right next to the building, and there is a nice café nearby as well. The kitchen was not very well equipped — the plates were square, which made it a bit inconvenient when heating food. It was also the first time we stayed in an apartment where we were asked to vacuum and remove the bed sheets before leaving. I went to pick up the rental car, and my wife stayed alone with our two children, one of them a baby, and had to do the cleaning herself, which was not very pleasant.

• Gergő (9/5): - It was really close to both the train station and a shopping center making travel and buying the necesities easy. There was a nice park within a 100 meters to enjoy if needed. The appartment was really nice and well kept. It was not too big but had everything needed for 2 people. It was not the appartment's or the owner's issue, but wanted to mention that as it is part of a big condominium, it comes with the negative sides too. Sometimes you can hear noises from the neighbours and one night for several hours there were an unpleasant onion smell.

Located slightly outside the main city but reachable via a short trip by efficient and regular public transport. Good communications and instructions Studio lacks a comfortable seat for resting after those inevitable long days exploring the beautiful city of Stockholm.

• Izabela (9/5): Ok, polecamy. - Apartament czysty, dobra lokalizacja blisko metra i autobusu. Ładny widok z balkonu. Polecam. Pomimo karty parkingowej, która dostaliśmy od gospodarza. Dostaliśmy nielegalnie mandat z pobliskiego parkingu.

• Ana (7/5): - The location is excellent – just a few meters from the bus stop, with parking in front of the building and a supermarket nearby. The apartment offers a beautiful view, making the stay pleasant. The apartment is small for 4 adults, so it is better suited for a family with one or two children. Waiting for the elevator can take quite a long time. The bed in the bedroom is narrow, and the bedding is old and have some torns on the edges. Pillows are old and worn. The dining table, though listed for 4 people, is only suitable for coffee but is not comfortable for lunch and the plates are too big for the table. Kitchen towels are old and worn out. The apartment has a beautiful view but the windows are not clean at all. The most inconvenient aspect is that the owners demand that the apartment must be thoroughly cleaned before leaving, including the fridge and stove.

Incluso el no estar en el centro tiene su encanto porque conocimos otros barrios de Copenague donde viven los residente. Los vecinos son muy amables. Y los anfitriones están siempre atentos a los mensajes. Nos enviaron la información por mensaje privado de Booking y el código de entrada por otro mensaje. Cómodo y sencillo Tener que irnos! Es una ciudad preciosa y maravillosa para pasear y disfrutarla

El piso es pequeño, pero cómodo, bien abastecido, hay un pequeño "pingüino" de aire acondicionado, lavadora-secadora... Mucho espacio de almacenaje para un piso tan pequeño. Las camas cómodas. El barrio no es de lo más pijo... Pero no daba la sensación de peligro en ningún momento.

• Sara (5/5): Schoon en net appartement. Parkeren een ramp. - De ligging was goed. Je was met het openbaar vervoer zo in Kopenhagen stad. Het appartement was schoon en rook fris. Slechte ervaring met het parkeren. 2 keer een boete ontvangen. Omdat de parkeerregels niet duidelijk op de booking site staat vermeld. En daarbij stond het ook niet in het appartement duidelijk vermeld; Dat je maar 1 parkeerkaart op het dashboard mag neerleggen. Wij hadden de tijden en data correct op de parkeerkaarten gezet. Deze lagen alle drie in de auto. Dit was dus niet toegestaan. Wanneer dit duidelijk stond vermeld of was gemeld bij ons waren de ergernissen op vakantie voorkomen kunnen worden We hadden aan alle regels voldaan. Niet in het gele parkeer vak of in de Ok parkeervakken. Zoals het op de site van booking.com staat.

• Julia (8/5): Nice weekend trip to Kopenhagen - The appartement ist just around the Sbahn and a supermarket. It takes just 15 min by train to the city center. Free parking in front of the house. The appartement is newly renovated. It was super clean and there was everything we needed (expecially in the kitchen). Got all the information for check-in etc in advance. For 4 adults it's a little small but we expected this from the pictures. When the sun rises in the morning, it gets super hot in the appartement.

There was not enough cleaning products such as detergent for dishes, sponge.Also there was not enough toilet paper and any shampoo. The tray of the oven was really dirty. The cleanliness of flat was under our expectation.

• Rakesh (8/5): Great apartment, good location. - Great location, great apartment. The proximity to the train station and the grocery store was great. The apartment had most of the stuff we needed. Nice facilities of washer, dryer, that we depended on as a part of the 2-week trip. Overall recommended, would stay again if I visit again. In August 2024, the weather was much warmer than we had expected in this part of the world. The apartment is East facing, so the direct sun heats up the apartment early in the morning. With no cooling options in the apartment, mornings were uncomfortable to some extent. The room would cool down later in the day as the sun changes direction. Even after hours, the dryer didn't dry a small bunch of clothes, so we had to take advantage of the morning sun. The apartment is a little smaller than I had visualized. I wasn't expecting something big but with 3 suitcases and 3 small carry on bags for a family of 3, space was a little tight.

Nice green areas with football pitches & playgrounds for kids nearby. Apartment is compact but has everything for a very comfortable stay - great shower, washing machine with dryer, oven, microwave, tv with Netflix etc. Fabulous view from balcony. Check in instructions very clear & easy to follow. Host responds to any questions very quickly. Would recommend getting Copenhagen card for visiting tourist attractions. Super base for exploring beautiful Copenhagen. 100% recommend!! Thank you!! Nothing, all good!!

Exzellent public transport connection in walk distance. The sourounding in the house was a little scarry and unlovly. (Special the impression of the lifts)

Host was easily contacted and replied promptly. Communication was excellent. Easy train ride into the centre of the city. Nothing.. we had a great stay
• Oana (6/5): Pleasant - Everything was ok until we arrived at the property and realized there was heating just in the bathroom. The heating in the other rooms was not working so it was freezing cold. The owner showed up later with a small electric radiator but it could not keep up with the temperature and apartment size. Both me and my friends caught cold during the stay. Will not recommend it to anyone going there for winter/ cold season. Despite the above, everything else was alright.
• Judit (9/5): Superb - Clean, well-equipped apartment, close to Lidl and public transport. 20 mins to city centre. It's not the owner's fault but the upper neighbour doesn't seem to have heard of the house rules and was very noisy until midnight, which made sleeping a bit difficult for us.
• Marek (4/5): Disappointing - Overall, the apartment is very nice. The apartment is well-equipped. It was difficult to find the key box, there was only information that it was from the back of the building. There was no photo or exact explanation of where the key box was. The host did not explain the parking rules. Just a photo a parking ticket and translated by Google. There was a lot of noise, the windows were not tight and the balustrade was badly installed, which made a lot of noise at night. The rain shower was also leaking, so the pressure in the shower was bad. The bed that was made from the sofa was really uncomfortable to sleep on. I think the host should better inform guests about parking rules and where the keys are. The information provided by the host was not understandable. I'm not the first person to write this in the comments, so maybe it's time for reflection.

• Vitaliq (8/5): Cozy apartment - It was very clean, the apartment had all one needs. The little kitchen was enough to make food. Free parking is always a plus. We didn't know how to get into the building, until I called the host. It was raining and with 2 small kids wasn't very fun. No microwave and a drip coffee machine would be nice.
• Shreyas (9/5): Excellent value for what we needed - would recommend the host and this property to value conscious visitors. - Excellent location within 3 minutes walk to Metro station and right beside grocery shop with gas station right across the building; easy access to major highways; recently renovated apartment in very secure building with convenient free parking right across the street. Convenient elevator access and excellent city views - we were able to watch fireworks every night of our stay even from 20 kms away. Host is very responsive and accessible to answer questions. TV reception was very spotty and generally slow - wasn’t really useful. Bathroom overall, especially the shower area, is very, very small - could use a hanging basket to hold shampoo and soap bottles to avoid having to open the door constantly.

• Anastasia (7/5): Good - The apartment is located next to the train station, from where you can quickly get to Copenhagen. The apartment is small but cozy. There is everything necessary for living. Comfortable bed in the bedroom, the sofa is quite hard. If it is hot outside, it will be very stuffy in the living room in the morning. Parking next to the house, parking tickets are in the apartment, there were no difficulties. Lidl is next to apartments. There was some unpleasant aftertaste left after a chat with the owner. We arrived with a small trailer and asked what the ticketed parking system was. The owner immediately sent us to free park on the street because he doesn't know the rules and doesn't want a fine. I can't believe it, because we ended up finding special places to park our trailer without any problems and called the parking company's phone just in case. The owner calls himself a superhost. We chose a place to stay with a private parking lot not to park our trailer with things on the street of a social area. Help would be very helpful. We wanted to park little trailer not elephant. And there is information for travellers like me: there are special marked places at the parking, just put parking ticket on your trailer. And one more thing: you will receive an email with a list of everything that you should wash after, as well as vacuum. And a postscript that he does not have a hotel, but apartments. We know this is not a hotel and we cleaned everything up. But to be honest, it looks a little rough.

• Vanja (9/5): Small but cozy apartment on very good location outside Copenhagen City Center - Recently redecorated apartment with all appliances you might need. Bit small for a family of 4, but well organized so we did not have any serious problems during our brief (2 days) stay. The location next to the train station which you can use to reach Copenhagen City Center (in 15-20min.) is perfect. Car parking is not private. Only a public one, which needs to be paid. The apartment owner provides free parking tickets that are valid for 24 hours but without clear instructions on how to be used if you stay for multiple days. Everything on these tickets is in Danish and on the parking place there are no clear instructions regarding the same topic either. This cost us a fine of more than 120e, even with a proper parking card on our windscreen. Due to some extra rules of which even month after we are not fully aware. Super annoying, and apparently beyond the owner's field of responsibility. So, be extra careful.
• Johanna (7/5): Good - The apartment was clean and renovated nicely. The communication with the staff was pleasant. Lidl was close. We got the parking instructions when we asked them. This would have been nice to know in forehand, because it was a little confusing and had to fill in some papers to handle the cause properly. The washing machine had some weird language on it, so it was hard to use it. We did do laundry, but wanted also use the drying. There was no manual available, but it was foung in the internet Yet the drying didn't work. So a small minus for that. The sunlight came in the room super early in the motning. We had to hang up some towels to the window, because there were not curtains in all windows or venetian blinds. The rain shower was also leaking, so the pressure in the shower was bad. The bed that was made from the sofa was really uncomfortable to sleep on. You could feel the strings on your back. Maybe a small mattress would be perfect.

• Kim (9/5): Neat, tidy and comfortable, and within easy reach of Copenhagen city centre without the premium price. - Only about 20 minutes travel from Copenhagen city centre. Expansive views. Lidl next door. Being used to a king-size bed (I am 196 cm talk), the double bed seemed small and my wife ended up on the couch. No microwave.
