• Tammy (5/5): Disappointing, tired and dated. But nice location. - The location is amazing, the complex is clean, tidy, well maintained and the pools are great. Car parking. The apartment was dirty, unkept, needed decorating, the furniture was broken, the shower curtain was mouldy, smelly and too long for the bath which had to be replaced. There were no bowls, the kitchen was not clean I had to ask for dish a cloth. Crockery and cutlery was dirty. There wasn’t an extension lead for the tv and the remote didn’t work. So had to replace the batteries and use my own extension lead.

• Adrienne (6/5): Great location. Needs a bit of TLC - Location was excellent I found it very bad that there was no toilet roll in the bathroom. We had just arrived and didn't even know where the supermarket was. I am a host myself and wouldn't never dream of leaving my property with no toilet rolls. Also I had to re wash the kitchen plates as they were dirty.

• Colette (4/5): Disappointing - View and gardens The apartment was not at all clean, obviously hadn't been used for quite a long time. Walls and skirting boards very dirty and grubby. Kitchen area dirty. Hadn't been cleaned, that was obvious when you moved anything in the kitchen area it was dirty underneath. Under the sink area was filthy, obviously hadn't been cleaned for a long time. We had to clean all the work surfaces before using them. Dirty cups in the cupboard. The cutlery drawer was really grubby, took the whole drawer out, hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The bed in the bedroom is obviously an orthopedic bed, really hard, very uncomfortable. The mattress protector was stained, we had to wash it ourselves before we could use it. The clothes horse outside was filthy, we had to wash it in the bath before we could use it. The TV is from the last century. All of the curtains in the apartment were stained. The shower curtain was filthy, had to wash in washing machine before use. Like everything else in the apartment, just needed a good wash and freshen up to look good. Overall this apartment is very unloved and neglected and hasn't ever been updated. That would have been ok for us if it had been clean. We just need a comfy bed and a clean apartment, but this was probably the most neglected apartment we've ever stayed in.. We did complain to the guy who gave us the keys but he really didn't want to know and avoided us completely. He did drop in a new toaster when we requested it, the toasterHe tried to tell us that someone had been staying there recently, but I very much doubt it. Overall, not a good experience and definitely not worth the money.

• Maireaine (4/5): Needs to be updated. Good location. - The location was excellent. There were light bulbs not working. The flush in the toilet was broken. There was a problem with the balcony door. Firstly it got stuck and wouldn’t close. We rang and the agent came and sorted it. But a day later same thing happened and we had to jam a chair under it so we could go out. Very dangerous if kids were there. The agent was helpful. Very dated. Could do with being updated.
• Gina (7/5): Great location - We said we would arrive between 1.30 and 2pm was not told to ring when we got to airport got to apartment at 2pm after travelling since 6.00am in morning had to wait another 30mins Kitchen equipment could do with upgrading and apartment is a little tired but complex is fantastic

Apartment is lovely l feel like it's home from home .We came in June for my bithday and my daughter came to surprise me for a few days and loved it so much we all came back for 2 weeks in October. The owners are lovely and are there to greet you when you arrive with the keys 🔑 and very helpful . Thank you we will be returning 😊 Nothing everything is perfect .
