Trixia (10/5): Clean place, great amenities, perfect location - The host is very accommodating and friendly. The staffs are also very friendly and helpful. Room is very clean and the location is very accessible.
Christie (1/5): Private host made checking in extremely inconvenient and stressful. - The location The host. Hard to get in touch or contact. Check in felt like a catch-me -if-you-can/guessing game because it’s managed by a private host who will answer your call but claim that she can’t hear you. Forget even trying to send a message in the app coz the host doesn’t even know how to reply to direct text messages on her phone. You end up calling her repeatedly and listen to her talking loudly with some other people while pretending like she can’t hear you— when all that you really need from her are clear instructions for check in. Turned out you have to wait for her from wherever she’s coming from coz she brings key. Also had to figure out the circuit breaker box to turn on the water heater coz it was off. All in all it was just very inconvenient and stressful.

Close to facilities and food Prefer hot water was installed The Google map reference in booking dot com is wrong it isn’t in Burgos street needs to be changed as we had to catch a second grab taxi to find the location after going directly to the Burgos street address. Concierge security are amazing and always open the door for you and smile - Great Job Easy check in Easy check out

Jasper (4/5): It was a little disappointing considering the place is in Upper East. - It was clean and the staff are okay tho. There was a power outage in the City and the Property’s generator is only for the room’s light. So almost an hour that we didnt have airconditioning, imagine that. The shower doesnt have heater on it which was very disappointing because you wanted to end your day with a hot shower but theres none.
