• Jamie (9/5): Short work stay - Easy for parking and entry. Close to a bar to watch the football and pool tables. Perfect for a couple working away, or for a little break in Cheltenham Nothing to dislike, but unfortunately didn't have time to use the outside space.

• Lauren (9/5): Would definitely return for the right price, the terrace is a little sun trap!! - Loved the outside terrace! The place was modern and mostly clean. Had a lot of utensils available for the number of people staying there. Clear communication over how to check in No scissors available made a few things tricky, a few baking trays weren’t left clean (the majority were) and was great the TV had Netflix- but couldn’t use it as there were no batteries in the remote control. was disappointed to see it offered half the price for a variety of dates around the booking but still no flexibility on check in/check out times (without an added cost) even though it seemed no one was booked the night before or the night after. Ran out of toilet roll (but 2.5 rolls were supplied)
• Gomes (10/5): Just sad about the misunderstanding previous review :( - Everything perfect how I said on my first review I never had bad reviews, but once is not all most part of cases the hostes who do the check out cleaning, and the cleaners sometimes don’t transmit messages how shows be , we book entire properties to save money with meals and have bit more comfort during our trips once that we spend 80% of our time out of home , and day be for we leave we covered the alarm when we where using the oven and cooking , and did not stop , with caution and just cose of the food smoke we did, but we both me and my husband, don’t smoke even vaip, this message is just to clarify that we are not smokers and to leave our apologies

• Scott (7/5): Good for people seeking nightlife but NOT for families - First this apartment has been fitted out to an extremely high quality finish. Very modern and slick. Small but well designed. Close to city centre. Jakob was very responsive to email or phone contact Although this accomodation was exceptionally high quality, it is not family friendly.This accomodation would suit single or couples especially younger and or nightowls. Families no. The reasons the rating for us were low - people in building talking loudly up to 1.20 am - an all night party in building directly across from unit with unsocial behaviour including buttock baring in windows which the children saw - very difficult to park in street and the area looked dodgy so had to completely unpack car and get all luggage up 2 flights of stairs -I also did not like paying for the accomodation in full but being denied the access code until iI gave the management my passport details or driver's licence.

• Jason (10/5): Can't wait to stay again - The apartment is stunning, it feels luxurious but cozy and the terrace is just the cherry on top. Unfortunately the weather was not great so we didn't get to use it as much as we would've liked. The location was incredible and the staff were lovely and very attentive. N/A
