- Marianne (8/5): Felt like the locals - We had a wonderful time in Valencia. The apartment is spacious and in a great location. The beautiful Ruzafa district with all its restaurants and cafés is right on the doorstep and the city center and old town, as well as the main train station, are also within easy walking distance. There is air conditioning and several fans, for us personally the street was quiet. The host was attentive and gave us tips and answered questions via WhatsApp.
- Gladys (6/5): Pleasant - Location. Close to everything. It was a safety location but it was on a very run down street, also the front door have a lot of holes around the frame. A lot of flies and little roaches.

- Adiliki (10/5): Exceptional - The location is excellent, very close to Ruzafa which has amazing bars and restaurants. To reach the city center you can walk (25 minutes) or take a direct bus. The apartment is much more spacious than in the photos, you have 2 dormitories, an enormous living room, big bathroom and a kitchen. Very good internet connection if you want to do home office (actually the best internet speed I have ever seen in my life). The interaction with the owner seemed a bit unfriendly from his side, he did not feel customer-oriented. This is the only thing that could improve.

- Marko (9/5): Recommend! Very nice apartment! - Size of the apartment and interior are very nice. Apartment is equiped with almost everything including laundrymachine, smart tv, a/c etc. Also location of the apartment is great. It's close to parks, bars restaurant, and to the city center is 20 minuter walk. Host is very helpfull and friendly Noise isolation is not good. While spending time in the living room and kitchen you can hear even the tiniest sound coming from the street so at certain moment it can feel a bit unsafe. Also it would be a big plus if it dishwasher.
- Eem (7/5): Nice apartment in a residential area out of the city centre. - Dulces Sueños Ruzafa is a spacious apartment supplied with everything we needed. It is nicely decorated and comfortable to be in. Cool with the summer heat outside, AC was welcome. We didn't use the outside terrace but it was there if needed. Netflix was a bonus as was the washing machine. The bathroom was modern. There was a shop nearby for groceries. It was too far out of the city, with being too hot to walk we either spent more money on taxis or buses. It was in a residential area with noisy building work going on next door. There are quite a few empty properties on the street with a skip of rubbish outside so we didn't like the neighbourhood.
- Thea (7/5): Clean apartament, close to bars. Entrance needs some improvements - The location is close to the bars and coffee shops. Bathroom and the kitchen are recently renovated. appartment was clean and the Contact person was really nice and helpful. The door lock is a nightmare. we were struggling every time to unlock the door. The entrance in the apartment is directly from the street, the door and window are old ones, normally this is not a bad thing, but we could hear everything from the street and sometimes we did not felt safe.
- Ola (10/5): Top location & a comfortable bed - I loooove the location of this flat it’s near all the best restaurants pubs and clubs and only 20 mins walking to xativa. The open plan living was really cool and kitchen was equipped with everything you need. The smart TV is a great added extra. The property has a very rustic Spanish look to it. Aircon heating worked a treat as it was a bit cool. The bed is massive and soo comfortable I had the best nights sleep. If I’m ever back I’ll be staying here! great value for money. The only thing I could mention is the fact the whole property is tiled so it gets cold this time of year but there’s a heater, aircon heating and really thick duvets as well as blankets provided so it made it ok.
