• Karina (7/5): - Die Aussicht und dasses eine Klimaanlage hat. Wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Bucht und das Meer. Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich! Leider hat die Wohnung nur im Wohnzimmer eine Klimaanlage,das reicht nicht bis ins Schlafzimmer bei grosser Hitze. Ich habe immer auf dem Sofa geschlafen deswegen. Was auch gut zu wissen wäre ist dass das Schlafzimmer direkt beim Wohnungseingang ist als erste Räumlichkeit,nicht wirklich praktisch und auch nicht sehr hygienisch wenn man direkt von draussen mit den Schuhen eintretet. Wir haben oft selber gekocht und ein paar neue und hochwertigere Pfannen wären gut gewesen... Leider war das Geschirr und die Küche vom Vorgänger nicht sauber und wir haben es laufend gereinigt und abgewaschen. Wir haben einen grossen Kombi-Wagen und für das Parkieren in der Garage ist schon etwas Geschick erforderlich, sehr eng! Einige Punkte wofür der Mieter nichts kann aber trotzdem für gewisse Personen oder Familien wichtig sind! Die Gegend ist überhaupt nicht geeignet für bewegungseingeschränkte Personen oder Kinder-und Hundewagen, der Küstenweg ist voller Treppen und am Strassenrand ist ein Gehsteig oft eng oder gar nicht vorhanden.

• Carmen (7/5): Agradable pero mejorable - La ubicación fantástica y con muy bonitas vistas desde la terraza. Además, tiene parking privado. La cocina está bien equipada: cafetera, microondas, grill, tostadora y utensilios varios. No se incluyen toallas ni sábanas en el precio, tienes que pagar un suplemento de 12€ por persona. Si lo pagas tampoco hacen las camas. No se incluye tampoco básicos como: bolsas de basura, gel, champú, jabón de manos, papel de cocina ni bayetas. El sofá cama es pequeño y poco cómodo (no es de los que se abre con un colchón).
