• Mekency (1/5): - Terrible experience I was traveling from Marrakech to Agadir when I booked and paid for this place. When I presented myself at the property, the host said its full and already booked and that they forgot to remove the availability from booking. I was left with no place to stay and the host was very rude and started to insult me and refused to cancel the booking

• Eva (1/5): - Rien Honteux !!! Je n'ai jamais vu ça. Dès l'arrivée, l'accueil est inexistant : l'hôte est en bas en terrasse mais ne bouge pas, il préfère nous envoyer des photos comme une chasse au trésor pour trouver la porte. On arrive enfin dans la chambre et là, c'est le choc : on aurait dit un squat. L’hygiène est inexistante : des poils partout sur les toilettes, la cuvette cassée, et le pire... le lit n'était même pas fait. Les draps étaient encore sales, utilisés par les clients précédents, et les serviettes jetées en vrac. Quand on a voulu annuler, l'hôte a été d'une mauvaise foi incroyable. Il a fallu insister pour qu’il accepte d'annuler MAIS en échange seulement de 200 dirhams en liquide. il nous demandait de descendre alors qu’on voulait lui montrer la saleté. Puis enfin il a fini par monter pour nous assurer que c'était propre puis nous sortir l'excuse classique de "la femme de ménage n'est pas venue". Passez votre chemin, cet endroit est sale et le propriétaire n'a aucun respect pour ses clients.

• Anna (1/5): Scammers! You don't get what you booked. Broken equipment, zero communication. Never again! - The only pro was the location. Don't book with this SCAMMERS! They advertise "deluxe studio with the kitchen" - kitchen mentioned in the list of amenities, literally writen in description "the studio's kitchen is available for cooking..." and then you get a room a bit bigger than beds with a refrigerator which is dirty and full of water, because barely working. The owner is never present, when I was asking through messages for the kitchen I booked and payed for, he answered me three times with one sentence (copy paste) "this is what I put" (??). On Whats App, where I sent him printscreens of my booking, he didn't even bothered himself to reply. Unfortunatelly everything was fully booked in this village, only available acommodations kilometres away and we didn't have a car, so we had to stay. Toilet with a hose from the wall as a shower, no sink, so you are cleaning your teeth and washing hands in the plastic bucket on the floor. Window not possible to close, so it is windy (and cold) in your bed, no extra blankets. After the rain we had flooded floor, so bags and all stuff wet, because the only space you can place your things is on the floor next to your bed. You don't get cover or a sheet for your blanket, so you sleep in the same like all the previous guests. Disgusting. Broken toilet, with the seat and lid snapped off, so you can’t even sit on it properly. When we arrived, there was noone to check-in us, even though I had informed them of my arrival time in advance and it was within the official check-in hours. I had to call them and they told me, I have to wait 30 minutes for someone to come. When the girl with a guy arrived, they informed me that the room is not ready, because they had a celebration yesterday. So me and my crying 2 yo baby, which needed a nap, were waiting another one hour untill they clean the room.

• Sintenis (8/5): Super Preis Leistungs Verhältnis mit nur kleinen Abstrichen - Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Auf der Dachterasse hat man einen richtig guten Ausblick. Man kann Taghazout, den Sonnenaufgang und vom Zimmer den Sonnenuntergang sehen. Der Besitzer war total freundlich und schnell erreichbar. Er hat sich um die Anliegen gekümmert. Preis Leistung ist insgesamt top, wir würden wiederkommen! Es war am Anfang etwas ungewohnt kein Waschbecken zu haben, aber man konnte die Dusche für alles benutzen. Ein zwei kleine Reperaturen, wie die tropfende Dusche oder der lose Klodeckel könnten mal gemacht werden, aber das sind Kleinigkeiten. Die Bettwäsche wurde glaube ich nicht frisch bezogen, aber wir haben auf Anfrage sofort neue bekommen.
