• Richard (3/5): Pool renovations. - I have stayed many times before, so knpw the place well. Everything was new in tje studio.. washing machine, microwave, fridge, sofa etc. All day long loud swimming pool area renovations from 8.45 AM. The noise and dust incredible. Pool empty and no chairs. This time I got a 29m2 studio not the 1 bedroom 64m2 I always had. As the small studio was next to stairs and lift, I could hear guests walking to their rooms, talking loudly and slamming doors. Moreover on the opposite side someone was renovating from 11 pm to 5 am typically
• Reza (6/5): The place was alright, but lacked all services that you expect. - The price was good There were no WiFi, hair dryer, toilet paper, towel, shampoo and soap. The key was not available on arrival while I had said what time I would arrive. The owner did not answer his phone until over an hour since my arrival.
• Aniko (8/5): - Very nice staff, very kind people . I like the location and there is a swimming pool , if the weather is not good you can have sunbath in the swimming pool area . Sometimes in January the wind is strong and cold so it is nice that you do not have to go outside you can get sun inside. The bathroom was not very clean, and I would like to change sheets after a week but the owner never appears, so I couldn’t. In the second week star to work in the swimming pool area and than you can not rest or have sun there. Most of the people go to have sun in the winter and it is important when the wind blows strong to have a place where you can have sun
• Richard (10/5): Always a pleasant return. - The flat waa really nice, spacious and modern. I liked the lights which could switch from white light to warm yellow light. Everything all right im the flat and compound.. The Scandic resort wants £400 for beach access. That is a rip off.

• Richard (9/5): Comfortable stay at Florenza. - I have stayed before. This apartment was the others, but seemed freshly renovated. Quiet and spacious. Good restaurants, shops nearby. -
• Richard (8/5): Large, bright and quiet flat. - I just love cats, Florenza has many. The flat is large, quiet and well equipped. Shops and restaurants are very close, Arabia is a nice area. If there is an issue, the contact person does his best to fix it. On arrival, one gets the key and directions. No instructions. So 1. If there is no power.. flick the 12 switches on the electrical board to the left. Then there should he power.. the £ balance should be indicated. Check the tv. If not working, see if there are batteries in the remote. If no.. buy them. If yes but 'no signal' .. call contact person. Water and power are cheap and can be topped up at reception.

• Clare (7/5): Comfortable, safe and chilled - The apartment was very spacious with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. I felt very safe as a solo female traveller at Florenza and all the on-site staff were very helpful and kind. Lots of cats on-site which I LOVED!! On arrival the apartment was not very clean but I called the owner who came quickly to see for himself and he quickly arranged a clearer to deep clean the apartment at no extra charge. Small things would make the apartment great, basic gbjngs like a shelf in the shower and more kitchen utensils (I bought a few myself and left there). Hooks on the bs k if skies for clothes and towels sound also help… like I say just a few small details would make Europeans feel more at home 👍
• Richard (9/5): 60 Square metres in cat lovers paradise. - Spacious quiet flat. Good bed. Nice cats in the compound. Very clean. I was pleasantly surprised. All was OK. The missing towel was brought after one phone call.

• Mohamed (5/5): Passable - Nothing was good at all the apartment was different from the apartment in the booking.. only the person who met us Mr.Mahmoud was helpful and friendly and the location was great. The air conditions are too small ( 1 horse power ) for the hall and the bedroom. The TV worked for two days only and lost the signal .. the cooker wasn't working properly. The tea maker is too bad and it was changed by another little bad one 😁.. the washing machine is old
