• Bogdan (2/5): Recomand o renovare completă a acestui apartament înainte de a fi închiriat din nou! - Locația. La câțiva pași de metroul Messina și de Duomo. Informațiile de acces clare și astfel a fost ușor de ajuns la apartament. Caloriferul din baie rupt. Suportul de duș iese din perete. Gândaci de bucătărie în tot apartamentul. Dușul și vasul de toaletă curg, iar noi a trebuit să spălăm de două ori pe zi pe jos, pentru ca altfel se inunda. Am fost 3 persoane, 2 adulți și un copil, așadar pentru a beneficia de mai mult spațiu în prima zi am strâns canapeaua extensibila din “sufragerie”. Sub ea am găsit extrem de multă mizerie și pentru ca am avut un copil mic cu noi, a trebuit să facem noi încă odată curat pe jos.
• Claudio (7/5): Departamento muy cómodo a metros del Duomo - Muy buena ubicación. Departamento cómodo, confortable y bien equipado. No estaba muy limpio y habían cucarachas. Hay que fumigaron. La fijación superior de la ducha y del toallero están muy flojas. El acceso es por escalera, y son pisos altos. Hay que cambiar un par de lámparas que no encienden bien o están muy gastadas.

• AleThomas (8/5): Location, location, location en la esplendorosa Milán. - La ubicación es perfecta. Cerca de todo y en un calle segura y tranquila. Buena iluminación natural y aire. El departamento ofrece todo lo que uno precisa para una estancia breve. Quizá sería bueno contar con una toalla de manos extra, felpudo para salir de la ducha y un poco más de iluminación en la cocina. También sería recomendable contar con lugar de guardado o colgado de ropa en la planta baja para no tener que subir al loft. Como está, el departamento es excelente, con esos detalles, sería perfecto

Attention pas de solution pour conserver vos bagages après checkout. La literie n’est pas comfortable. Le aircon ne rafraîchit pas correctement surtout la pièce à l’étage. Fuite dans la salle de bain

• Ivett (5/5): The only advantage is the location. The apartment requires maintenance and deep cleaning. - The location is fantastic! The apartment requires maintenance and a thorough cleaning. The showerhead was broken, the shower was leaking, there was a ripped and dirty blanket, leftovers from previous guests were still in the fridge, the bin was broken, and the kettle was full of limescale.

• Ζησης (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment was very close to the Duomo cathedral! Great location! Unfortunately the apartment was not very clean. To be more specific the sheets had stains on them, we killed some cockroaches in the bathroom, some plates were not washed at all and in general it needs to be more tidy.

• Ana (7/5): Milan - The appartment is located in a perfect spot to walk everywhere in the hot spots of Milan. Francesco is a great host.
• Vicki (6/5): Pleasant - The location. The stairs to the bedroom were rather step and narrow. The toilet was downstairs which is not mentioned in the website. As a 60 year old it was rather daunting having to go down the stairs in the middle of the night to the toilet.
• Lianne (8/5): Very good - The location is amazing with the duomo and metro station only metres away. Despite the central location it backed on to a side street so was quiet. The apartment was well equipped and the washing machine was a bonus! It was tricky to find initially.

• Paulo (9/5): We loved the place! - Mostly everything. Host met us at check-in and was very helpful. Location is an 11 out of 10. Only 2 things weren't perfect. The loft area doesn't have an outlet (or maybe we couldn't find it) and the ac doesn't do much for the loft. The kids were very comfortable on the sofa bed downstairs, but we were too hot upstairs. It was 93F (34⁰ C) outside during the day. I definitely recommend the place unless you are going in the middle of the summer with more than 2 people llike we did.

• Ahsen (9/5): Perfect location perfect stay - Location and the facilites are perfect. Stephano is a very good host and so helpful. Electrical fuses may blow, but they are resolved quickly.
• Ariadna (10/5): Escape to the centre of Mila - It is a small but cosy flat. Ideal for a couple. Also our two dogs were very well behaved. Perhaps the part I liked the least is the communal staircase which is a bit dark. But I would definitely choose this flat again as I think most of the flats in the centre are like this.
