Plenty of restaurants within easy reach. Great view from the living room of the lotus tower. Very enjoyable stay! It was all good!

A great swimming pool, gym and play facilities for children as well as workspaces for my laptop. The location is great, a restaurant at teh entrance and acroos the road a supermarket and bakery for good coffee.

• Pooja (10/5): Excellent location and lovely apartment - Lovely apartment at the heart of the city. Near by supermarket, bakery/cafe and salon plus a restaurant at the bottom of the building. Loads of faculties such as a swimming pool, gym, kids play area and games room with foosball tables. You get a view of the lotus tower from the balcony. Also the host is lovely and welcoming.

The apartment itself is great - clean, modern and spacious, exactly as depicted on the pictures, including the view. The pool is an added bonus. The location is fantastic, with easy access to shopping and dining. The building amenities, such as the gym and pool, are top-notch and well-maintained. The management team is incredibly responsive and friendly, making sure all of our needs are met promptly. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to call home.
• Samantha (10/5): Fabulous central apartment with great views and pool in upscale neighbourhood - We had the pleasure of staying for 5 nights in this spacious and spotlessly clean apartment. We were met by the host (despite it being 5am!) who kindly provided us with the keys and showed us the apartment and answered our questions. Conveniently situated in an upscale neighbourhood with 24 hour concierge this was a dream place. The pool was fantastic and open from 6am-10pm. There is also a gym and business room and the lifts are great and kept so clean. There are also always security people outside to help you with a tuktuk or just to provide a friendly smile. The views are magnificent and despite being so central - it's surprisingly quiet. This is a great place with a great host and we were so lucky we had the joy of staying.

All the amenities were already there in the apartment. The apartment was decorated so beautifully. This apartment is located on the 9th floor, and the pool and gym are located on the 8th floor, making it so convenient. This apartment has the breathtaking view of Lotus tower and river. You will have major malls around the property, making it easier for shopping, too. Two huge supermarkets are just around the corner.. The host was super helpful, too. It really exceeded our expectations. Nothing, everything about our stay was perfect.

Staff on-site including the reception, security & maintenance are all helpful & friendly. Location is great for touring Colombo & also for connecting to transport. What can I say about Silmiya. She is a perfect host! The little touches like coffee & water on arrival, the responsiveness to any & all questions. We felt very welcome & supported at all times. Nothing. Our stay was perfect.

Overall it was an amazing stay at such a lovely apartment with a lovely host! I wished I stayed longer!! I deffo recommend staying here !!
