• Ferit (10/5): - Der Gastgeber Herr Kavasogullar und seine Frau waren ausgesprochen herzlich und freundlich. Sie waren jederzeit hilfsbereit und haben unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht. Zum Abschluss durften wir sogar gemeinsam das Abendessen vorbereiten – eine wirklich liebenswerte Geste von Herrn Kavasogullar. Außerdem hat er uns viele tolle Restaurants und Cafés empfohlen, die uns sehr gefallen haben. Bevor man Google befragt, sollte man am besten zuerst ihn nach Tipps fragen – er kennt sich in der Gegend wirklich bestens aus. Die Strände in Alaçatı und Çeşme sind zudem wunderschön und absolut einen Besuch wert.
• Melinda (10/5): Sıcacık bir yuva ve aile edindik. Harikulade bir deneyimdi. - Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik, ev sahipleri aile sıcıklığıyla bizi ağırladılar. Hem çok temiz, güvenli, huzurlu ve samimi bir atmosfer vardı hem de evin konumu çok güzel bir lokasyondaydı.
• Emanuele (10/5): Come a casa - Una homestay in cui ci siamo sentiti a casa, i proprietari sono persone squisite e ci hanno accolti e trattati come se fossimo parte della famiglia. Hanno contribuito a rendere il soggiorno ad Alaçati ancora più indimenticabile.

• Adem (10/5): - Güzel bir tatil gecirdik...Herkese böylesi nasip olaaa... Villa Inci Apart' ta bahceli odamiz muhtesemdi. Bize ayri bir rahatligi vardi... Sevgi hanim ve Hüseyin Bey , Gülbedel teyzemiz tanistigimiz günden itibaren Aile olduk. Candan yürekten Allah razi olsunlar. Odamizda (gardenroom) hersey mevcuttu.Mutfagimizdan,bahcemizden,mangalina kadar muhtesem sofralardan ve sabahlara kadar sohbetler ve tanismis oldugumuz güzel güzel ciftlerden cok memnun kaldik. Sevgi hanim ve Hüseyin Aga isteklerimizi fazlasiyla temin etti. Kaldigimiz 12 gün boyunca mükemmel dostluklar edindik. Pazar yan sokagimizdaydi ve ilica plaji ve Market 7-8 dakika mesa fedeydi. • Murat (10/5): Villa İnci tek kelimeyle mükemmel! - Mükemmel bir tatil geçirdik Villa İncide. Hüseyin bey vey Sevgi hanım bizi tatilde müşteri değil bir aile ferti gibi ağırladılar. Villaya giriş yaptıktan en son güne kadar güler yüzlülükleri, yardım severlilikleri hiç eksik olması. Hüseyin bey bizimle birlikte araç kiralamaya gitti, daima alaçatının en güzel yerlerini bize tavsiye ederek müthiş yerler görmemizi sağladı ve tatilin sonunda kendisi bizi otobüs terminaline bıraktı ve otobüsü bizim için ayarladı. Villada konfor ve rahatlık sağlayacak herşey mevcut ve Villa sahipleri temizlikte çok titiz ve bunu her alanda hissettik! Her ihtiyaçları karşılayacak bakkallara ve marketlere en fazla 6 dakikada yürüyerek ulaşılıyor. En yakın plaj kısa mesafesiyle (6-7 dakikada) villanın hemen yanı sayılır. Bir dahaki Alaçatı tatilimizde yine Villa İnciye misafir olacağımız kesin! Bu güzel günler için çok teşekkür ediyoruz❤ -

Çok misafirperver , çok iyiliksever insanlar. Her konuda bize yardımcı oldular. Yemeklerini paylaştılar, anılarını oradaki gelen misafirlerle arkadas olduk. Güldük,eğlendik.O kadar güzel bir ortam ki herkese tavsiye ediyorum. Gerçekten ben ve eşim çok minnettarız. Artık Çeşme demek bizim için kum güneş tatil değil Hüseyin abi ve Sevgi abla demek. The room was super clean. Everything we needed when we reached there was already in please for us. We didn’t feel anything was missing. We would definitely choose this place again in to the future.

• Cigdem (10/5): Familiäre liebevolle Villa - Es ist ein sehr toller Ort. Ich habe es spontan gebucht und Gott sei Dank habe ich auf diese tollen Menschen getroffen. Sevgi Abla und Hüseyin Abi machen das aus Leidenschaft- sie sind durch und durch Gastgeber. Sie sorgen sich immer um dein Wohl- es ist als wäre man bei seiner Tante zu Besuch😂 es hat richtig Spaß gemacht und der Strand ist paar hundert Meter weiter so ca 6-7 min zu Fuß - und es lohnt sich es ist sauber und entspannt und nicht überfüllt. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist ganz in der Nähe und auch die Dolmus (Bus) Station ist beim Supermarkt und man ist innerhalb von 10min in Alacati Zentrum (ca 4km von der Unterkunft entfernt) die Busse fahren auch noch bis zwei Uhr nachts hin und zurück. Ich hoffe, dass wenn ich wieder in Alacati sein sollte, die ein Plätzchen für mich frei haben ♥️ -

Çünkü gerçekten hem iletişim hem de konaklama olarak kendinizi evinizde hissedebileceğiniz sımsıcak bir yer. Sanki bir yakınınızın villasında bir odanız var, ve müşteri değil misafirsiniz. Bahçesi, terası, odaları, balkonu konumuyla ve Hüseyin bey ve hanımın sıcak sohbetleriyle kesinlikle memnun kalabileceğiniz bir yer. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

The owners Sevgi and Hüseyin were wonderful and treated me as family. They were also very accomodating to any additional request I had. They helped me get around and provided many recommendations too. The property is also only a 10 minute walk from the beach, strip of restaurants and supermarkets. There was adequate privacy and a lovely garden where I would read and have coffee every morning. Nothing

• Petre97 (10/5): - My stay at Huseyin and Sevgi's villa in Cesme, Turkey, was absolutely delightful. The villa is a peaceful oasis, beautifully decorated and impeccably maintained. The hosts, Huseyin and Sevgi, were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel at home throughout my stay. The villa's key feature was its proximity to Ilıca Beach. This convenience allowed me to easily access the beautiful beach and enjoy its stunning shores during my stay.
• Bernhard (10/5): - Das Gastfreundschaft der Hausleute ist unbezahlbar! Der riesige Markt gleich um die Ecke, das Meer in Gehweite, selbst mit Kleinkind. Die Besitzer des Hauses organisieren auf Anfrage kostenlos Liegen am Strand, oder bringen Obst aufs Zimmer und geben dem Gast Zugang zur privaten Küche! Einfach top und sehr empfehlenswert auch für längere Aufenthalte!

• Nađa (10/5): - The owners of villa Inci - Sevgi and Hüseyin are really nice and kind people! They will make sure that your stay there is very pleasant and comfortable. The bedroom and whole house itself are very clean, I really liked that! Villa Inci is around 10 minutes from main beach in Ilica. Just across the road you have Starbucks for example, also many supermarkets nearby. There is also lots of parking space for your car in front of villa. Overall, I recommend! :) Greetings for Sevgi and Hüseyin!
• Svetlana (10/5): Wonderful people and place😊 - I stayed for 2 days and it was wonderful. The room is very nice, clean and nicely decorated. I had access to the kitchen to cook breakfast, you can serve the meal on the small and comfortable terrace👍. The owners are wonderful people. Very hospitable and open to help you with an advice or recommendation😊 . Ilica beach is close, it is very easy to reach on foot (maximum 10 min walk). The Migros store is also nearby. Also nearby is the station from where you can take the transport to Alacati (a wonderful village), you get there in about 5-7 minutes and it costs you about 15 Turkish lira one way🙂
