• Lisa Münch (8/5): - Die öffentliche Nahverkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut z.B. 800m von der Unterkunft entfernt befindet sich die Metrohaltestelle. Diese Unterkunft ist leider nicht geeignet wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. Zwar ist beschrieben das man auf der Straße parken kann aber vor Ort mussten wir feststellen daß man auf den Straßen und auch einige Straßen entfernt nur für max. 4h parken darf.
• Marta (10/5): Great location and cozy apartment with metro station nearby - Location was great, 15 minutes away from Metro and also in very suburban-type of area, not much of the city noises, yet city is right over the bridge. Apartment building is located on side street, with parking possible on the left side of the street and it was very calm area. Apartment itself is very small, so for sure if you are travelling two or even with more people, would recommend to look for bigger apartment. But if you are traveling together with someone and mainly will spend time outside - then it's enough to prep food and get some good sleep. No comments to add on this.

• Kaupo (10/5): - Everything was as described... clean, comfortable, sweet small apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable bed, kitchenette with everything you need and a warm shower. Not far from the city center, coffees and stores nearby as well. 🙂🙏💫
• Marja (8/5): Hyvä sijainti - Miellyttävä asunto, kaunis sijainti, siisteys, merenrantakävelyt. Hyvät palvelut bussiliikenne lähellä, samoin metro. Avainten nouto matkatavaroiden kanssa Ruoholahdesta. Huriseva jääkaappi valvotti, ei väliovea.

• Raphaela (8/5): - Die Wohnung ist ruhig und hat alles was man benötigt. Sie war Sauber und Kati die Gastgeberin war wirklich sehr nett. Für ein Kurztrip sehr zu empfehlen. Anbindung ins Centrum super Die Schlüsselabholung war zwar einfach, aber auch rund 1km vom Apartment weg, was einfach mit Koffer und langer Anreise davor etwas mühsam war. Leider hatte das Apartment kein Haarföhn

Hanno tutti la stessa chiave? Noi ci siamo un po’ spaventati onestamente Nel complesso però lo consiglierei per qualche giorno, soprattutto se avete bisogno di una cucina ben attrezzata

• Keijo (9/5): - Very nice and comfortable place in great location. Snacks, sparkling water for free. Unfortunately their washing machine connection was not blocked and the bathroom was a bit smelly when entering the apartment. But that was easily fixed with some paper and after that, it was great. Proper home and all.
• laurent (8/5): propre , pratique, Katie est une hote disponible en cas de questionnement... je recommande - emplacement très propre, bien situé ( environ 800m) de la station de métro qui vous ouvre les portes d'Helsinki. Katie est très disponible , pour des non habitués comme nous elle nous a beaucoup aidé. KIITOS !! peut être la récupération de la clé... mais sans aucune influence sur la qualité du sejour

Тут можна поміститися навіть з родиною, багато місця для сну Гарна оновлена ванна кімната, зручне ліжко та непогана кухня (плита, холодильник, мікрохвильова піч) Дуже близько і зручно добиратися до центру, а сам район дуже тихий Якщо валізи тяжкі - забирати ключ це додатковий челендж. Також саме в день коли я приїхала не спрацював ліфт (але це не провина помешкання) Глобально в квартирі ремонту не має, тому я б оновила вбудовані шафи та стіни, щоб все виглядало охайніше і позбутися аромату старих речей. Також було б чудово мати невеликий фен та чайник

Honestly, the photos didn’t do it justice, I had imagined it to be smaller, but it turned out to be quite spacious. Everything was spotless, and the kitchen worked perfectly with plenty of useful items for cooking. The bed was comfortable, and overall, my stay was excellent. I can only recommend this place! There’s nothing I didn’t like, but I think having a hairdryer would be a nice added value.
• Jay Kapil (10/5): Comfortable and safe stay. Kati is very helpful. - Hostess: Kati, very well organized and very polite! Apartment: Clean, comfortable. The bed, bathroom, and kitchen are all very clean. The window in the living room allows sunlight! The kitchen is completely functional, Kati 🙏 has the pantry also stocked. Location: Perfect near the ocean and near several trails with wild roses and berries. It's easy to walk to the apartment from the metro. Key pick up at metro station is easy. Kati 🙏 allowed me early checkin at my request! Thank you 🙏. S-Supermarket has everything you need for grocery. Lautasaari is very peaceful! Stair case us clean, too. My stay was comfortable. Wifi is strong! There is no noise or smell of any kind. Every piece of equipment works fine. Highly recommended.

Sijainti oli erittäin hyvä, asunto oli siisti, pidin vehreästä maisemasta ja sain nukkua rauhassa kodikkaassa asunnossa. Säilytystilaa on kiitettävästi ja keittiö on toimiva kokkaajille. Asunnon ikkunassa oli hyönteisverkot, joten tuulettaminen sujui ihanan lämpimänä päivänä. Merenrantaan oli lyhyt kävelymatka, samoin sillan lähellä olevaan ranskalaiseen leipomoon, metroon ja ostoskeskukseen. Viehättävät piha-istutukset ilahduttivat. Wc-tilassa oli ajoittain tunkkainen haju, vaikka tila oli hyvin siisti. Olisiko syynä vanha rakennus?

• Andrea (10/5): Exceptional - Very cosy little apartment with everything you need - and very quiet and sunny. Great location on an island with some nice coastal walks nearby, At the same time, the center is only at 3 stops by metro. A real recommendation! Nothing.

Will definitely keep this in my favourite list when I come back to Helsinki I really have no negative points to give.. it's not really something negative but a small washing machine would be nice to have.
• Marcospem (9/5): Excellent service. Nice place - Kati's service is exceptional. Very attentive and helpful. The apartment met our needs and is a 15 minute walk from the Metro. It is a simple, small apartment with a sofa bed that can be adapted for one or two people. The bathroom is small and the elevator is old. It is far from the center of Helsinki, but you can get there by metro, which is just a few minutes away from the apartment. Honestly, I don't think these points disqualify the apartment, because I booked it knowing that it was something simple and they don't take away from the value of the service provided by Kati. I have much more to be thankful for than to complain about.

It's easy to get there by underground. 700 metres from the apartment you can find a shopping mall with all the necessary you need for your stay
