• Kamau (10/5): AWESOME!!!! Thank you Kiteme. - The location is a bit hidden but once you get to the premises you realize that you made the right decision. The staff were very friendly, the room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. the breakfast was great but would have loved a bit more variety. I will definitely be going back if i would need to stay in a hotel. i pretty much loved and enjoyed my stay. the variety on the breakfast menu might require some attention.

• Clarisse (8/5): Good hotel for a night before safari - Very nice people very kind and welcoming. They did their best to satisfy us. Good breakfast good dinner. Room are big and same for the bathroom. The price for the quality is perfect. It was on our way before the safari so that was perfect for us. A little bit difficult to access but it will be easy to improve

• Dunia (7/5): Good value for money - The guy in the evening who checked us in was the most friendly person we have encountered in all of Arusha. Thx again for the quick reaction to our booking. Room was clean, so was the overall house. Price was very good for what you get. No trash bins in the room, breakfast was non existent other than plain toast and margarine and tea. Female staff from reception needs serious training in hospitality. They were blank staring at us, no friendly good morning, no smile.

• Sam (10/5): Exceptional - We had a lovely stay, and Agnes and Subira were wonderful. I enjoyed my stay at the lodge, but we never had the chance to shower in hot water. Despite being advised to let the water run for 10 minutes, it never warmed up. Perhaps the manager could consider installing instant showers to improve the experience.

• Wanjiku (6/5): Arusha experience - We were warmly received by Ms Subira, and our housekeeper, Ms Agnes, made our rooms super clean and comfortable to say in. Generally, the staff at Kiteme are kind and helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Mary, who went above and beyond to make our stay and Arusha experience magical!! Wonderful staff, 👍 great service. Kiteme is located closer to the road, which eased our movement The hotel should consider upgrading the WIFI infrastructure. We had a lot of downtime in our room, even though the router was on the same floor we were in. Secondly, check out time should be adjusted or made flexible since the mode of travel from Arusha to other countries is mostly very early in the morning or late in the evening.

• Georgia (8/5): Will come back again! - Super friendly staff and nice big room with cosy bed. The fan on the roof was perfect for august as it wasn’t too hot. The breakfast was okay, plenty of food and small variety each day. The area is a local area and there’s plenty of kids around who love to chat and say hi :) it’s only a short tuk tuk ride to the center for about 2000/3000 shillings, you just have to walk out to the paved road. The shower pressure in our room was pretty bad however that’s because we were on the top floor I think… we were offered to change to a smaller room but I preferred the big room with bad shower.
• Lorraine (8/5): Great deal with all the essentials - Despite the very low cost our rooms had everything we needed and were very comfortable, staff was super friendly, breakfast was large and very tasty. The location wasn’t an area to stroll around in, very poor, but we felt safe and secure.
• Marketa (7/5): I would recommend this acommodation if you need to stay in Arusha for a short time. - This acommodation is good if you need a short stay in Arusha. It is close to the airport and the facility was new and clean. The surrounding of the hotel is not so nice, but we felt safe here anyway. We have to wait for the dinner for a really long time.

• David (10/5): Perfect, clean, onsite food and drinks, no need to leave for that. Food good to great (didn’t get sick, etc😉). Great val - Located in west side of Arusha, near SIM Mall and the airport. Nothing was negative, if you’re new to Arusha ( and Tanzania) there might be an adjustment to local scene, but safe location and facilities are clean and convenient.

The electric, went off the first day, it was off for quite a while, so had no internet connection, and could not charge appliances.

• Ryan (10/5): Exceptional service. Above and beyond my expectations. - One of the owners, Erasmi, really made me feel welcome and at home here. He took me around town, and we ate some Nyama Choma at a local eatery, and we had some beers with his friend one night. We got along great. He also took me into town and helped arrange a bus to Nairobi for me. AMAZING service and hospitality. It's not something you get at most places. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The on-site staff were always very pleasant and helpful, and we had some good laughs when we talked. The food and drinks were very well priced, though it did take some time to prepare. The only recommendation is to poke your head around in the restaurant and kitchen. There is not always someone tending the counter. So just waiting there hoping someone will show up may take time. It's best to go look for someone.
• Parmitag (8/5): Quick transit for airport - New clean lodge close to Arusha airport. Great for a transit, hot shower and a good night's sleep. The staff and faciilities need improvement, but the owner is excellent. He went above and beyond and dropped us at the airport at short notice which is very much appreciated. Area a bit rundown, staff communication and motivation, no proper breakfast e.g. basics like milk, juice, fruits, etc. not there.

Not much to write home about. The staff were always there to serve with a smile The view from my room overlooked a cemetary. Hardly inspirational

• Luise (7/5): Great value lodge near city center - Nice affordable lodge near the city center. The room was very comfortable and clean and was big enough for all our luggage. The staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast was nice as well. The area didn't feel particularly safe so we stayed in the hotel for dinner rather than go out. We waited quite long for dinner and the food was unfortunately not very good but it was cheap so absolutely acceptable.
