Nous sommes reconnaissantes envers cette jeune femme pleine d’attention, d’empathie et de bonne humeur, qui a su transformer la seconde partie de notre séjour en un souvenir inoubliable.Le petit déjeuner est très bon, servi dans une belle salle et avec le sourire. La bonne note est uniquement due à la deuxième nuit, après le changement de chambre. Première nuit passée dans la chambre n°7 : sans fenêtre, avec un petit lit peu adapté pour deux amies de 70 ans. La chambre sentait le moisi, la salle de bain était inconfortable et la chasse d’eau se déclenchait toute la nuit. Bref, une chambre à éviter absolument.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the location is perfect for exploring the city on foot. The house is beautifully and lovingly decorated with great attention to detail — a real gem. We stayed in the Junior Suite and can highly recommend it. Check-in was smooth and easy, and we felt welcome from the very beginning. We would definitely come back anytime!

The suite common areas were beautiful and very well maintained. The staff was excellent and breakfast was hardy. The room itself was well appointed and beds were comfortable. The bathroom and tub were modern and great water pressure. Excellent stay all around.
• Debra (10/5): 3 Night Break In Granada - We stayed in a spacious suite with a large bed and bathroom, which felt really comfortable. There was also a large freestanding bath — we didn’t use it, but it added a quirky touch to the room. There aren't many sunbeds around the pool but it was fine for us in May. Breakfast was simple but plentiful for us: tostadas, yoghurt and fruit, and croissants. The instructions from the manager for finding and accessing Candil Suites were really clear, which made arrival stress‑free. The location is excellent too — easy walking distance to bars and restaurants, and around 20–25 minutes on foot to both the Alhambra and Mirador de San Nicolás for the most amazing views.. A great base for exploring Granada. Accessibility could be difficult for anyone with mobility problems, as you need to climb steps with suitcases, and the nearest parking is around a 10‑minute walk away.

• Lysandra Oliver (10/5): - We loved our short stay in this wonderfully charming historic house. The location was perfect, within easy reach of everything this lovely city has to offer. Candil Suite is full of character and really very comfortable. Our suite overlooked the city’s rooftops which was picturesque especially so when the sun was setting. The pool and garden area looked inviting although we didn’t use the facility. Breakfast was particularly good with a great choice, well presented and delicious. Thank you to all the staff who were friendly and made sure that our stay at Candil Suite was comfortable and memorable.

• Thomas (6/5): Déception - l’emplacement à quelques minutes de marche des ruelles animées et à quelques centaines de marches de l’Alhambra. La piscine est également agréable pour se rafraîchir après une journée de visites. Les avis ultra positifs sur la plate-forme de réservation nous ont incités à privilégier cet établissements et malheureusement le résultat n’était pas à la hauteur. Nous avions une chambre au rez de chaussée, avec une seule fenêtre donnant à même les escaliers de la rue , et la porte sur le hall principal. Ajoutez à cela une très mauvaise insonorisation et un petit déjeuner en musique à partir de 8h , difficile de passer un nuit tranquille. Le petit déjeuner a le mérite d’être inclus, mais il est très simple et sans saveur.

Die Hotelangestellten super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer gut ausgestattet und sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Das ganze Haus, Frühstücksraum wirklich wunderbar hergericht. Ich würde dieses Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen und freu mich schon aufs nächste Mal! Nur eini einzige Kritik: Das Frühstück ist wirklichverbesserungswürdig. Der Kaffe war zwarsehr gut, aber das restliche Angebot nicht sehr einladend. Tipp: Es braucht definitv bessere Qualität von: Brot: weisser Toast, und aufgebackenes Croissants-ich meine, es hat eine Bäckerei gleich unter dem Hotel, da sollte täglich frisches Brot vorhanden sein. Konfitüre war nicht gut, industrielle Portion, so etwas ist nicht teuer und: bitte einfache Eierspeisen anbieten, das gehört zum Standard eines Boutique Hotels. Es gab im Hotel keine Möglichkeit ausser zum Frühstück einen Kaffee zu bestellen, weil niemand war. Ev. eine Kaffeemaschine hinstellen?

• Vicky (10/5): This is one of the loveliest places we have ever stayed - This is an absolutely charming hotel in the most perfect location. It was a haven of peace and tranquility in the hustle and bustle of Granada. Comms were excellent ahead of our visit, and we were greeted by such a friendly smile and welcome. The suite was ideal for our party, it was so spacious and comfortable, and while very well appointed we also felt very at home as were so comfortable there. The breakfast is great and again staff were so friendly. Chilling under the lemon tree by the pool is one of my favourite memories. Thank you

The hotel is a beautiful heritage property and our suite was spacious and had a tiny balcony overlooking the street . The staff were absolutely lovely- very helpful and efficient. The claw foot bathtub on the deck was a treat! Very nice Spanish breakfast. There is no access by car/taxi. It has 30 stairs to the entrance, then 50+ stairs up to our rooftop suite. The bed was only a small double bed, with a twin sofa bed tucked behind the bathroom. There were steep steps between the sitting room to the bedroom to the bathroom- a challenge for us.

The staff were really welcoming and spoke excellent English. They welcomed us via WhatsApp which meant it was really easy to get in touch for any queries. Breakfast was generous and delicious. The property is accessed via lots of steps, which was fine, but difficult for people with limited mobility.

Rue piétonne calme bordant la maison. Salle de bains très belle et de belle qualité. Petit déjeuner à la demande, qui est excellent. Nous avions la chambre 3 et 4. Celle-ci est très grande avec une baignoire. Ces chambres sont à l’étage donc très lumineuses. Volets pour occulter de la lumière. La piscine n’est pas extraordinaire, les feuilles des arbres tombe tombent dedans mais les transats autour sont très agréables pour se poser tranquillement. Die liebenswürdigen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter sorgen für eine sehr freundliche Atmosphäre. Das leckere Frühstück wird in einem sehr schönen Frühstücksraum serviert und die gebuchte Suite mit Terrasse bot einen fantastischen Blick auf die Sierra Nevada. Ein kurzer Spaziergang führt ins Zentrum und die Alhambra liegt direkt oberhalb und ist in ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen.
• ebde1db06a6d72618b6460c1ecabe05e (10/5): una hermosa experiencia! - Mi experiencia en Candil Suite en Granada ha sido simplemente maravillosa. Desde el primer momento, el hotel me enamoró: es un lugar hermoso, cuidado en cada detalle, con unas vistas a Granada realmente increíbles. Me alojé en una habitación bellísima con terraza privada, desde donde se disfrutan panorámicas espectaculares que hacen que cada momento sea especial. Además, quiero destacar especialmente la atención del personal: todas las chicas fueron siempre cálidas, atentas y cercanas, logrando que me sintiera cómoda y bienvenida en todo momento. Incluso cuando me equivoqué al elegir la habitación, no dudaron en cambiarla de inmediato por una aún mejor, demostrando que su prioridad es que el huésped tenga una experiencia excelente. El desayuno es otro punto fuerte: delicioso y servido en un espacio encantador que invita a empezar el día con tranquilidad. La piscina, ubicada en un jardín divino, es perfecta para relajarse y disfrutar del entorno en total calma. Todo el hotel transmite silencio, armonía y la sensación de estar en una casa acogedora con todo lo necesario para vivir unos días inolvidables. La ubicación también es ideal: muy cerca de la Alhambra y del centro, lo que permite moverse fácilmente y disfrutar al máximo de Granada. Sin duda, es un lugar al que volveré… y la próxima vez me quedaré más días, porque alojarse aquí es un verdadero regalo.

Good quality products, especially the fruit juice, yogurt and fresh fruit salad. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Only one minor thing. The shower didn’t have a fixing for the small shower attachment.

• ming (9/5): great location and stay - after frustration of trying to get to the place with a car, then you arrive and get to the room. its a fabulous room, huge! about 10 min walk to the alhambra. so convenient. about 10 imn walk to centro down town too!. showers were great, and breakfast was very tasty. selection of fruits, granola and yogurt and toast with different toppings. great coffee too. staff super friendly. thumbs up for loraina for helping me with purchasing my bus tickets after i bought them for the wrong date! she also helped my plan my days there. property has fruite to eat during the day and a nice pool an huge lemon tree in the back. we felt very at home at this property and highly recommend. its a love hate for me. we were going to drop off our luggage at the hotel and then return the rental car at the train station. its not very easy since they are on a pedestrian road on a hill with stairs. they are located alittle more towards the bottom of the stairs. not difficult to carry luggage, but hard to find. unfortunately i tried to load from the one way street on the top end,. don't do this as you will find out that its a dead end. then you have to drive backwards for a long time to get out of that street! best and easy way is to drop off at the bottom where the taxi stand is. we took a taxi back and it cost about 7.3 euros.

• Nieves (1/5): - La verdad que me gustó muchísimo el sitio y también me gustó mucho como estaba ubicada la habitación la forma que tenía La verdad que lo que no me gustó fue que la habitación a simple vista parecía que estaba muy bien diseñada pero cuando estabas en ella y empezabas a tocar cosas y a moverte por el sitio la habitación parecía que se caía a trozos estaba muy antigua y algunas cosas estaban en muy mal estado y bastante sucias. Lo hablé todo con las recepcionista que había allí en el hotel y la verdad que su respuesta fue un poco desafortunada ya que me dijo que había cosas que no se podían tocar por la estética del edificio y mi respuesta fue que una cosa es la estética y las cosas antiguas que entiendo que no se pudieran modificar y otra cosa era que el plato de ducha estaba eh la parte de donde entra el agua estaba toda oxidada podría que a junto fotos y luego había objetos punzantes que también se lo comenté a ella le dije que esas cosas eran menester de arreglarlas por si alguien se rozaba y se cortaba y ella me comentó que que esas cosas eran parte de la estética de y del hotel entonces pues la verdad que eso fue un la verdad una respuesta muy desafortunada por su parte no me gustó ese comentario. Luego es verdad que accedieron a devolvernos el dinero de la habitación porque la verdad que es que las condiciones no eran las más apropiadas ella estaba un poco reacia a devolver el dinero pero creo que cuando nos fuimos y le dije que que no quedaría sin la cosa y que y que intentaría poner una reseña con todo lo ocurrido al final accedieron a devolverme el dinero pero la verdad que la respuesta de ella ante el tipo de situación que me encontré fue un poco inmadura

• Sylvia (9/5): Prachtig boutique hotel op toplocatie - Mooi boutique hotel met fijn zwembad en tuin midden in het centrum van Granada, op loopafstand van de Alhambra en het centrum. Goede communicatie van de host vooraf via whatsapp en goede informatie over de route en parkeren. Heerlijk ontbijt. Fijne ruime badkamer. Het bed was vrij hard en daardoor hebben wij minder goed geslapen. Een topper op het bed zou ik zeker aanraden, dat maakt het bed veel comfortabeler.

The breakfasts were very good and set us up for a days sightseeing. They ebbed let us stay on on departure day until we were ready to go to the airport and kept our bags secure. • JAHYEN (10/5): 아름다운 그라나다의 멋을 제대로 느끼게 해준 숙소 - 숙소는 그라나다의 아름다운 레알레호 지역에 위치해 있었고, 오래된 집을 현대적으로 세련되게 개조해 고풍스러우면서도 고급스러운 분위기를 잘 살린 곳이었습니다. 사진으로 보았을 때도 멋졌지만, 실제로는 훨씬 더 고급스럽고 방도 넓어서 더욱 만족스러웠습니다. 욕실 시설도 매우 깔끔하고 고급스러웠으며, 침구 상태도 청결해 편안하게 머물 수 있었습니다. 식사도 만족스러웠는데, 아침식사는 뷔페식이 아니라 주문하면 가져다주는 방식이어서 더 여유롭고 좋았습니다. 요거트, 과일, 샌드위치 등 메뉴도 다양했고, 특히 아보카도 토스트는 정말 인상적일 만큼 맛있었습니다. 도착 전에는 미리 대문 출입 비밀번호와 객실 비밀번호를 안내받을 수 있어 편리했고, 냉장고에 물과 무료 맥주가 준비되어 있어 환영받는 기분이 들었습니다. 거실 창문을 열면 그라나다 구시가지가 내려다보였는데, 마치 중세 시대로 순간 이동한 듯한 매력적인 분위기를 느낄 수 있었습니다. 마당에 있는 수영장과 레몬 트리도 숙소의 아름다움을 한층 더해주었습니다. 밤에는 반짝이는 야경이 무척 아름다웠고, 아침에는 새소리를 들으며 눈을 뜰 수 있어 평화롭고 특별한 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 또한 알함브라 궁전까지 도보로 이동할 수 있다는 점도 매우 큰 장점이었습니다. 체크아웃 후 짐 보관 서비스도 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 알함브라 궁전 예약 시간이 오전 10시였는데, 8시쯤 조식을 먹고 9시쯤 체크아웃한 뒤 짐을 맡기고 바로 궁전을 관람할 수 있어 일정 짜기에도 매우 편리했습니다. 관람을 마친 뒤 1시쯤 짐을 찾아 이동할 수 있어 여행 동선이 아주 좋았습니다. 호스트도 친절하게 응대해 주셨고, 숙소는 아름답고 평화로우면서도 위치까지 편리해 그라나다에서 정말 만족스러운 숙박 경험을 할 수 있었습니다. 그라나다에서는 주차가 가능한 숙소를 찾기 쉽지 않아 렌터카 여행자에게 주차가 큰 고민인데, 이 숙소는 그 점에서 매우 좋았습니다. 숙소에서 추천해준 근처 주차장(Parking Ave María Vistillas Realejo)은 24시간 관리자가 있어 안전했고, 하루 종일 주차해도 15유로 정도로 합리적이었습니다. 주차 후 숙소까지는 도보로 약 7분 정도 걸리며, 마지막 구간에 계단이 있어 짐은 꼭 필요한 것만 나눠서 가져가면 훨씬 편합니다. 이런 점이 조금 아쉽기는 했지만, 아름다운 전망과 고풍스러운 숙소 분위기, 그리고 알함브라 궁전과 가까운 위치 덕분에 충분히 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 주차장 정보: https://maps.app.goo.gl/JF1RFNXJ2uK2YKfD7
