• VIrginie (7/5): Il s’agit d’un pseudo hôtel, il n’y a pas de personnel sur place - Chambre et salle de bain très spacieuses. Pas de personnel sur place, joignable par WhatsApp. Nous n’avions pas de sachet de café ou thé (alors qu’il y a des tasses et une bouilloire). Quand je l’ai évoqué par WhatsApp on m’a répondu que la livraison avait pris du retard. Après plusieurs échanges on m’a tout simplement dit que ce n’était pas mentionné dans les conditions de l’hôtel. Et j’ai vu que d’autres clients avaient mentionné les mêmes remarques. La porte d’entrée de l’immeuble et de l’hôtel qui est au 1 er étage ne fermaient pas. Espérons que les réparations seront faites rapidement.

Cela gâche un peu l’expérience quand on vient en vacances ou pour se détendre à San Remo. Peut-être que ce problème concerne surtout la chambre où j’ai séjourné (la 305). • Maria (5/5): It’s fine for a one-night stay, but I wouldn’t want to stay longer than that. - The hotel and the apartments are overall very nice – centrally located, close to the sea, clean, and well-secured. The location is definitely a highlight. However, I have to say that the place feels a bit impersonal and minimalistic, almost as if everything was done on “budget mode.” There is barely any storage space – just a small table where hardly anything fits. There’s no proper coffee machine and the fridge is built into the wall, which makes it almost unusable (you can’t even fit a large bottle inside). In the bathroom, there isn’t a cabinet or shelf to put your things on, which is inconvenient. Another downside is the lack of basic furniture: there isn’t even a chair in the room, so apart from the bed, there’s nowhere to sit. In short, the hotel is clean, central, and safe, but the rooms could be made much more comfortable with just a few simple additions.
• Elena (9/5): Ottima struttura in pieno centro a Sanremo - La posizione è davvero ottima, in pieno centro a 2 passi da tutto, ristrutturato 2 anni fa, arredamento nuovissimo, inoltre la possibilità di poter portare il cane senza costo aggiuntivo è davvero degna di lode e non è così facile da trovare ovunque Camera piccolina, nella doccia non ci sono mensoline per appoggiare i prodotti da bagno e questo risulta molto scomodo così come anche i portasciugamani... i teli doccia umidi si possono solo appoggiare sul termoarredo...la pulizia per i miei standard potrebbe essere migliorata, trovato il pavimento non lavato

I would not recommend t - the location in the centre of Sanremo The check in was really long, we had to wait 30 minutes to get the room. The room was dirty, we found some plastic bags for dogs under the bed. They were stains on the walls, spider nets on the chandelier. There was moisture stains and shrooms on the ceiling. In the bathroom, there were no shower gel or shampoo in the shower. The TV in the room was old, a smart TV is the minimum for a 4 stars hotel.

La stanza è più piccola di quanto indicato su Booking. Il nome 'Boutique Luxury' non riflette affatto la realtà di questo luogo. Inoltre, il rumore è insopportabile; nonostante sia sorda, a una certa ora ho trovato difficile dormire. Assolutamente sconsigliata.

Att det inte fanns någon som alltid jobbade i receptionen vilket gjorde att incheckningen tog längre tid då vi fick först ringa och sen stå och vänta 20 minuter. Rummen är EXTREMT lyhörda ! Utanför går en stor gata så ALLT hörs. Öronproppar är ett måste !

No parking space, you have to find place at the street to park. 100-200 meters walking to the beach side there is a parking. No drinking water in the room. It is mandatory in the hotel. Few bottles is not expensive. Receptionist is not available at the hotel, you have to wait outside 10-15 mins after coming to the hotel. Access and codes only after checkin.
