Guest Reviews
- Paul (8/5): - Clean, well appointed, close to the attractions Nothing
- Jennifer (10/5): Exceptionally beautiful and comfortable apartment in a gorgeous building and very central location. - The location was exceptional: central, walking distance to everything but still very quiet. The building was gorgeous. And the apartment was beautiful, spacious (much more spacious than we expected) and well air-conditioned. We were visting Rome in August and returned to our beautiful, air-conditioned apartment several times during the day just to cool off. Because the apartment is so centrally located, we were never more than 15 minutes away. Can't think of anything.
- Brent (10/5): GOLD! - 1.5 blocks from the Piazza Pantheon. 15min walk to Forum/coliseum. 10min cab ride to Vatican City.
In the middle of everything!!! Amazing apartment. Marco and Masha are great; Excellent communication and service. We will return and wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Nothing not to like. 3 flights of stairs, but there is an elevator for those who can’t do stairs.
- Mangawang (7/5): Overall, it was a comfortable stay with good-sized rooms and enough facilities. - Good facilities with good wifi coverage and large rooms. Very comfortable except for the very claustrophobic lift. The washing machine was definitely a big welcome since we travelled from north of Italy. The furnitures were dusty and not entirely cleaned. The floor is a bit sticky in some areas. The cuttlery were not clean (dusty) and had to be washed. The bathrooms were not exactly clean with molds at the floor mat. Noisy at night because of the bars at the street level. I wish the windows were noise proofed. My son who slept at the living room was bothered by the party noise at night.

- Liliana (6/5): - A localização central. Localizado num terceiro andar, com um pequeno elevador. Audível muito ruído da rua, com discoteca e restaurantes próximos, pelo que o ruído se prolonga até às 5h da manhã.

- Laura (10/5): - The address on booking.com was incorrect. It caused problems for the taxi driver when we arrived & also the taxi i had booked when leaving as I used the address on the website. Other than that everything was perfect. Location is brilliant, within a 10/15 min walking distance with Vatican, colleseum, Trevi, piazza navona. Great restaurants right on the doorstep. Franco in the Trattoria on the corner was so friendly
- Leila (8/5): - Great location And the size of the apartment is very good . The apartment was on the third floor and the stairs were very difficult and high. The elevator was very small and old.
- Edgar (10/5): Exceptional -
- Matilde (8/5): Great location - The location is fabulous. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with fabulous air-conditioning which was needed as Rome was in the middle of a heatwave. The woman who met me at the apartment to let me in was surly and couldn't be bothered with the niceties of a simple hello. I don't expect to be best friends but I do expect a simple hello upon arrival. I struggled with 3 bags and no simple offer of help even with the lightest of bags was made. Hosts - you are competing with hotels! Also i find it utterly offensive and controlling that the rules when i arrived stated that no one was allowed to enter the apartment who wasn't registered. Seriously? I'm paying significant amounts of money to stay and if I meet friends and ask them to come back for a drink or coffee you're telling me I can't? This is overreach.
- Jehangir (9/5): Amidst these ancient echoes, we raise a glass to the owner of a truly beautiful home, a modern marvel harmoniously situa - It’s decor makes you feel as if your are a guest of a friend , the building too is welll maintained. Just some suggestions :
- shelves or ikea style shower caddy’s for shampoos and soaps would be help
- one of the windows could have a mosquito runner as the evenings are stunning , flies etc do find their way in if the windows are open
- shower mats in shower could be replaced I
- would guests to have single duvets with white sheet covers .
- Acharya (9/5): Superb -
- Lexie (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location near the Pantheon. Restaurant next door was good. Convenient grocery store. Great host
- Rhys (9/5): Superb - Located 200m from the Pantheon. Most of Rome's most famous sites are an easy walk. Only very minor issues. No kettle for the tea drinkers..
- Chuhan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Diva (10/5): Beautiful comfortable and perfect location -
- Patricia (9/5): Superb -
- Eyal (10/5): Exceptional - The location of the apartment is excellent, very close to all the attractions. The apartment is a little outdated but well equipped.
- Gorski (9/5): Superb -
- Luigi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Grzegorz (8/5): Very good - Ok, clean
- Vaughn (7/5): Good -
- Cheryl (7/5): Beautiful apartment and great location but due to the noise and hot water issue I probably wouldn’t book again. - It was conveniently located, and the apartment was lovely. There was no hot water the first day and the noise at night on the street below was loud until approximately 4:00 am.
- Sean (9/5): Superb - Very clean, well equipped, fantastic location. It could be loud at night but maybe everywhere is like that with how compact everything is and how lively it is. We used foam earplugs we had from the flight and that helped a lot.
- Leanne (10/5): Wonderfu, we saw a different side to Rome, we soaked up the atmosphere. - Very spacious and comfortable. Great location. Some nights the bar downstairs was a little noisy. The apartment was lovely.
- Charles (8/5): Great location, comfortable and large apartment - Location, size, comfort Kitchen is very old and worn. Had problems with hot water but was because water heater was turned down but we had to find it
- Giuliana (6/5): We assumed the total price was what booking.com stated. Upon our arrival the apt manager requested “$150 euros” for city - It was very spacious and accommodating First night there after 3 showers the other 2 showered with frozen water and one had to boil water to shower. First night was a nightmare!! No one informed us about “resetting” broiler.
- Deirdre (10/5): Exceptional - Very centrally located and very clean. The lift accommodates one person at a time. However, we got fit using the stairs.
- Anna (10/5): We loved the apartment very comfortable and spacious . The location was great easy access to restaurants and transport a - Very spacious, two bathrooms. The stairs
- Michael (6/5): Pleasant - Location, space Needs cleaning, maintenance and upkeep.
- Denise (7/5): Loved the central location, spacious home and air conditioning - Very central to everything great restaurants nearby, spacious, washing machine air conditioning was great Very noisy at night and shutters didn’t block out noise, bring ear plugs. Some PowerPoints not functional. No dryer, but you could hang out your clothes on the balcony. Stairs up 4 floors, small elevator was used after long days walking.
- Frederic (10/5): Enjoy Rome from a perfect location - Everything was great : perfect location , very good communication, in person check-in and appreciate the gift.
It's a large and nice apartement with high ceiling, well equipped.
We really enjoyed the location and could go everywhere from walking distance.
Restaurants just next door, even for diner if late arriving (11pm).
- Yhin (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was great. We were pretty much satisfied with most of the stuff around. We especially loved its location as most of the restaurants, bus stops, shops, and tourist attractions are within its vicinity, so it was easy to get around the area.
It was also huge, good enough for us (5 pax). The beds were comfortable to lie on, including the sofa bed. The living room had a lot of space to lounge around.
The apartment is complete — they even provided bath and face towels, bath soap, and shampoo. Their kitchen utensils and appliances were readily available and accessible at any time when needed. They also provided a clearbook containing not only house rules but also a list of restaurants and hotline numbers. There wasn't much to dislike as the place was pretty good. However, there were a few things that could be improved better.
The elevator was too small and cramped and sat on the middle of each floor. So if you go to the apartment, you have to either get off the elevator at the 4th floor and go down the stairs or get off at the 3rd floor and go up the stairs. This could be a little problem for those travelling with kids and/or elderly.
During our stay, the shower in the main bedroom only has cold water, so we've only ever had cold showers.
- Monique (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful apartment in the center of everything! Highly recommend.
- Csaba (10/5): The perfect apartment for a family at the center of Rome. - Perfect location, beautiful, spacious apartment. Most major points of interests are in a 15m walking distance.
- Brian (10/5): Exceptional - Host was on time, lovely appartment, great location
- Piotr (10/5): City center apartament - Very clean and spacious apartment. Two bathrooms.Perfect location, close to main Rome's tourist atraction. You can get everywhere on foot.Highly recomend.
