• Angela (1/5): Left Stranded Without Access To Property! - Nothing to like as we could not access the property and were left stranded late at night. We booked The Studio, Felpham, from 1-5 May (Bank Holiday weekend) but we couldn't even access the property on arrival! The whole experience has been horrendous and very stressful. The owners had messaged us to say that they were going away for a few days, they gave us a keysafe code and said to contact them if we needed to. We had confirmed a later arrival and on arrival, we could not open the keysafe. We tried over and over again (I even took video footage of our efforts). I sent the owners several messages via the booking.com app and rang their direct phone number several times but it just rang and went to voicemail, where I left several messages. By midnight we were still stuck outside after having driven for hours, in an unfamiliar place, with no one to help us. It was an awful situation to be in and I'm disabled. We were forced to start looking for alternative accommodation at that late hour, on a busy bank holiday weekend. By sheer luck, we found a hotel that still had a room that was accessible enough for me for the next several days, but I obviously had to pay all over again. We didn't hear from The Studio owners until 8am! They initially left a voicemail saying that they were basically in a location with no signal but said the keycode was correct. I received a unapologetic text a few minutes later stating that the cleaner had changed the code to something else! There was no concern that we could've slept in our car all night and no mention of whether we had or had not managed to make any alternative arrangements! They offered a refund on Saturday (which we still have not received several days later) and said they'd still honour the booking but this offer was ridiculous because we couldn't sleep in our car all night, so we had to try to find alternative accommodation and fortunately checked into a hotel that had to be booked for the duration of the stay whilst they had availability.

The hosts had thought of every supply for the kitchen and bathroom you could have needed. The choices for breakfast, coffees, bread, butter and marmalade were a lovely touch. Better quality bathroom towels.

Location excellent & very quiet. Hosts were very friendly. The bed was a little uncomfortable for my tall partner. However this would not put us off returning.

The well thought out provisions meant we didn’t need to take anything with us and it made our visit very easy indeed. We like all of it - only issue was the temperature of the shower but once we’d mastered that - it was great!

Very quiet location. Nothing. We knew it would be a small room with shower room and kitchenette, but the small space was used very well and we didn't feel cramped at all.

• Anna (10/5): Delightful peaceful stay - A really lovely little studio, in a quiet cul-de-sac but close to the bus route and only a short walk to pubs/shops/the beach. The friendly hosts live next door and happened to meet me on arrival - but there is also a key locker - but otherwise left me to myself. The studio is comfortable and has a very well kitted out kitchen, given the size. The range of tea and coffee available was very welcome, and the hosts had left bread etc for breakfast. It is quiet and is a separate part of the family's home, so would not be good for people who want to be rowdy. But if you want a peaceful, cosy stay close to sea, it's highly recommended.

It is very compact and spotlessly clean with all that is necessary for a short holiday. We also liked the fact that as the accommodation is an annex of the owners house so the money paid stays in the local community and it doesn't deprive potential local house buyers.

• Amanda (10/5): Good location for Goodwood FOS - The location was excellent for travelling to and from Goodwood FOS event. The location was very close to the beach so you could have a walk around. Plenty of local amenities for shopping etc. The room was very clean with all the crockery & cutlery you would need for a short stay. The host provided bread and milk on arrival and left jams and cereals too. The bottle of fizz was a very nice touch. Access to the property was easy and there were clear instructions on rules and helpful hints waiting for us. It would have been nice to have had terrestial TV but we used iPlayer as an alternative.
• Rakowski (9/5): Superb - The studio was exceptionally clean. Lovely hosts who went above and beyond in providing items that were well considered and made our stay comfortable, including breakfast items. It was a quiet residential neighbourhood and although the studio was attached to the host's main residence, it was still very quiet. The studio is a little small and doesn't have much room for suitcases or perosnal belongings (there is a wardrobe and hangers provided, which should be more than enough for short stays). We did end up accidentally kicking the table legs or the bed in the middle of the night, as everything is quite compact. However, this is very minor, especially for short stays.

The property was perfect for our stay. It was very modern and clean and we both loved all of the little extras in the room. It was good value for money and about a 20 minute walk to the seafront. It has all of the necessities you need. Would definitely stay again when visiting and would recommend Nothing

Towels and toiletries in the bathroom and even a hairdryer and electric toothbrush charger. The bed is really comfy, and there's even free WiFi, so you can access your favourite streamed TV channels. The kitchenette was well stocked with a variety of breakfast items and the local shop is close by for any other needs. The Studio was very clean, comfortable and affordable and I would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

• Richard (8/5): Cosy, Quiet space with easy access to all the area hads - The property fit the description perfectly, the hosts were welcoming and offered assistance all the time. Despite not having cooking facilities in a stove or oven there were a number of lovely options close by and in walking distance to Felpham. I stayed for 5 days and found the space cosy and fit for purpose with easy access with my car. I worked a little, rested and overall really enjoyed my stay. Very little, it did exactly what the description said and fitted perfectly to my schedule.

• Alan (9/5): Everyones is different but I was very comfortable and relaxed there. - Generous selection of breakfast items which I combined with produce i bought. It is a lovely quiet area with lots of bird life. The thing I liked so much was the lovely easy walk to the Felpham beach front,there you could have a coffee, breakfast or lunch. Taxi service is good If you don't have a car some people may find the distance from shops for buying food a prolem. I like walking and could easily walk to Bognor Regis and back to shop. Taxi's are easily available.
• Carla (10/5): Amazing little gem, highly recommended - The host vert extremely friendly and attentive, lots of small touches like toothbrushes, jams, milk and bread on arrival, charging cables and lots of little things you might forget. Accommodating as smokers with chairs and ashtray outside, taxi company easy to access. Quiet at night, very peaceful. Place was clean and tidy, microwave a fridge came in very handy. Close to shops approx 15mins to shops and local restaurants. Nothing everything was there that was needed. Only recommendion would be a halogen cooker or similar as ample space for food storage in fridge and cupboards.

• David (8/5): Very relaxing and excellent value for money - Self contained, can come and go as you please. Nice quiet area away from all noise of traffic. Everything was supplied from bread and milk, coffee, tea, cereal and bathroom. Everything was very clean and well presented. The only thing I would say is the bed size, I would of liked the bed to be slightly bigger and the drawers smaller.

The studio was very clean,it is small but big enough for a break. The tv as Wi-Fi wasn't good I took my fire stick but forgot control.

The host had left lots of little extra's like milk, coffee and tea which was appreciated. Highly recommend this property and will be booking it in the future.
