• Sanjay (10/5): Exceptional - Chauhan ji is very nice host. Everything from check in to room service to check out and arranging transport went very well. You ask and we deliver type of service level. For those who gonna be booking for future. Make sure you tell your transport guy that landmark to reach here is Baba Balaknath temple. So it will be hassle free for you to locate hotel or you can call Chauhan ji and he wlll send hotel staff to take you to right address. As address mention in property is old and not yet corrected by booking.com. So ask for hotel location once you booked and it will be sent by host. I will definitely book with them whenever I m coming next. 👍🏼 All was good

Stay Location is Very convenient and the staff behaviour is very polite and one of the staff member name is Ravinder,, A Big Thanks to him for a Helpful and friendly Gesture. Just needed little more cleaning (Specially in washroom area).
• Aurélie (9/5): Great stay and nice host ! - The host was reeally nice !! I really liked his kind energy and that he came with us to the rafting! That was so cool !! Some other person sleeping at the hotel were really loud during one night but thats not the fault of the hotel.

• Veronika (5/5): Passable - Harsh and Dinesh are great, location is fab Bathroom had a bed smell; when we arrived the pillows were mouldy (although they were exchanged for fresh ones immediately). Whilst our stay they changed the boiler in the bathroom, although the current one was still working. After the boiler was changed the bathroom was full of dirt and debris from drilling and the bathroom wasn't cleaned afterwards. At the time of booking, the room description and pictures were completely different, so not sure what happened since as the pics on Booking.com now actually match the property. Overall room wasn't very clean.

• Monika (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed here one night, the staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel is in the center of Tapovan. Would recommend!
• Sonia (6/5): Pleasant - I liked the size of the room and that one of the bunk beds had a view of the mountains Staff would talk behind my back make me feel uncomfortable, when confronted lie saying they never did that. There was a spider in the bed, cockroaches in the floor. Once the manager knows something he does his best to have his staff correct the situation. The manager treats his staff in a loving caring manner. At some point the staff called me a gundi aarat and touched their dick making me feel uncomfortable and strange about being in India. The manager had very sharp eyes when asked what I had problems with and would not let me feel free to discuss these problems. If you are a female traveller from another country please O advise do not stay here. People will make you feel uncomfortable and if you look Indian like me it’s even worse.

• Shrestha (1/5): Very bad - They are thugs..they show you the different image of room when you where booking and then if you arrive at the property they will give you the small room it doesn't matter that you booked for the delux or super delux as well as room has a Terrible smell and they even gonna charge you for the small water bottle more then the MRP

• Sloanie (9/5): Thanks Sam and team for great stay - Sam was great. He personally came to get me from airport because of the holiday going on. I had a slight issue in bottom room travelling with my baby and he swapped the rooms straight away. The guys there are sweet and were playful and kind with my baby who was 11months. The room was nice. Clean. Shower was good. I'd recommend this place 💛💛💛 thank you Sam!!!! I had a great stay and tbh, can't really complain to much.

• Genevieve (5/5): Not worth it - Decent location and nice to have a free breaky :) One of our least enjoyable stays in India so far. Our fan was hanging from the roof to the point where you could see the cords and it was swaying like it might break - when I told the staff they said it was fine. There was no fan in the bathroom or adequate drainage system and no window in the room so after 2 days here (plus no room fan as we were scared to use it) the room became incredibly stuffy and smelly from sitting water. There was also a lot of mold throughout the room and bathroom which added to the smell. We requested to move rooms at 5.40pm on our third day as the room had become quite unliveable with the smell and dampness (sheets felt wet etc) but were told it wasn’t possible until the following day. We then moved the following day into the room next door which had been available the whole time. The staff seemed friendly but not overly helpful throughout our stay.
• Camille (10/5): I will never forget this amazing place <3 - - Staff were extremely nice: I arrived crying because exhausted of the trip, and they really took care of me :) They gave me a bed in a beddorm as booked, but where I was alone to relax. I had the best sleep in several weeks - huge thank you for the care <3 - Very calm area and calm hostel - Very clean - Bedsheets smelled very good - Hot water in the washroom - Nothing

• Doug (8/5): Excellent stay. Quiet and confortable. - The room was good, very comfortable bed, the batroom was large with hot water. I liked that there was a hand towel and large towel. Convenient plugs to charge phones. A kettle to make tea was also provided :) not much of a view as the hotel was tucked in between other tall buildings, better than some though and can see the mountains. Breakfast was very good and tastey as was the thali I had for dinner. The staff were freindly and smiling. Ask them about the short cut to the main road. The hotel was away from tbe main road in a quiet area but with in walling distance to most things locally and down to the Ganga. Minor issues really: roof top would be nice. More signage on the side roads on the way to the hotel. A squeegy would be nice in the bathroom.

• Rachel (6/5): OK budget option - Nicely decorated and clean rooms I first booked the standard room and found that it does not have a window which was not clear from the advert. This meant the room smelled quite bad from the damp in the bathroom. Also from the downstairs standard room you can hear everything from the reception. I also found it odd that breakfast isn't served until 9am. Once when I pre-ordered at 8 it came on time, 2 other times the cook was still asleep. Eventually the staff moved me to another room (I paid the increased price) but overall I didn't love this place :(
• Yenaka (1/5): Not a responsible hotel - I kept calling the hotel but wasn’t contactable. We kept waiting on the road with my 2 year kid in rain for good 1 hour. Such irresponsible staff n management. Roads were horrifying and I felt unsafe.

• Parull (9/5): Superb - Staff was really helpful in guiding us around the city and providing us scooty on rent. Room were clean and nice, spacious almirah and bathroom was exceptionally good as they hanged 2 air freshener pockets which provided fragrance everytime you enter. Hot water was available which is a must in winters There were only 2 options in complimentary breakfast - aloo parantha and omelette. Considering we were fully vegetarian we were left with aloo Paratha and tea for all 3 days. I was disappointed so i skipped my breakfast on 3rd day, they should include more options in complimentary breakfast.

Every kontakt to the stuff and later to manager was horrible. They not really interested in your comfort, trying their own interests even if in the booking confirmation written what exactly you ve booked. Horrible location near the building construction. Never again.

Right from the check in process to check out it was very smooth. The rooms were neat and had tidy. The property is no exactly on the main road so will need to walk for 500m.
