- peter (9/5): Nice cosy place. - Host Anne was very helpful. She arranged a taxi from and back to the airport. Simon the co-host is also very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and everything worked like a fan and hot water. Breakfast was fresh and generous. Very poor road condition to the place but that's nothing to do with the comfort haven.

- Olyimpia Gift (10/5): A must place to stay when your in Mwanza, especially if you want to see the other side of the city - the room was spacious, water had a very good pressure, and facilities were top notch I didn't have any hard time navigating myself during my stay. Nothing at all

- Guest (3/5): It was a pity what happened to me. - With the help of the driver from the Airport I was able to find the location after several calls. It was a new compound quite nice. The owner spoke to me on the phone through the person who gave me the keys. She tried to solve issues I raised like the need for a fridge in the room and told me me to let her know if I needed anything. I paid upon arrival and even gave them 90$USD so they could pay the 25000TSH (10$USD) to the Taxi driver for me as I had no local money. The studio I saw oline was not like the real thing I saw in reality. I was not expecting what I saw but was prepared to manage. I paid the person who handed the keys to me. Then when the person for whom I travelled to the country came to pick me and saw the place he said to follow him to his home. The owner was called and she refused to refund the money for the whole period of stay I had paid less than an hour before. I therefore paid 80$USd for a place where I did not even sleep one night. It's a pity. I had thought at least she would just maybe take one night and refund the money to me. This experience really shocked me. Especially as they do not ask for a credit card or prepayment and I did not use the vicinity. This has taught me a great lesson for next time; to be more cautiopus and wait to see my host in the country I am going to before making hasty decisions.

- Henry (10/5): First night in Mwanza - The owner is very nice though did not see her she was very kind on phone. Then Simon who cares for thr place was good. It location is a little off the tarmac road but there motorcycles to ease transportation
