• Michaela (9/5): Prachtig verblijf in Blue Ocean! - Mooi appartement met balkon. Prachtige locatie, heel schoon overal. Verzorgd complex ook. Via de boulevard ben je zo in het centrum. Ook buiten op straat veel restaurants en ook niet onbelangrijk de supermarkt direct voor de deur. Veel plek rond het zwembad qua ligbedden. Maar het was ook februari natuurlijk. Weet niet hoe dat in de zomer is. Serena is echt een schat, heeft alles voor ons geregeld en geen vraag was haar teveel. Ze heeft een taxi voor ons geregeld die ons van de luchthaven ophaalde en ook weer weggebracht heeft. Het apartment is wel heel erg gehorig. Ik hoorde de buurman s nachts snurken en s morgens om half 7 praten in bed. Links naast ons kwamen op de dag voor ons vertrek nieuwe mensen aan of mensen die daar zelf wonen (geen idee), die had de playstation of tv mega hard aanstaan. Maar dat was dan wel overmacht. Ik had het al aangegeven, een grote braadpan en een paar meer messen zouden ideaal zijn. Er is wel een oven, airfryer en magnetron, dat is wel top! Wat nog tegenviel? Dat we weer naar huis moesten!

Odledłość do basenu okolo 15m, w okresie zimowym drugi basen z podgrzewaną wodą zlokalizowany troszke dalej. Lokal posiada wszystko to co do życia potrzebne. Kiedyś tam wrócimy. Wspaniały kontakt z Sereną. Polecamy :) Brak uwag.

• Ariadna (6/5): Hay cosas que podrían mejorar para que la estancia sea la esperada - Estaba limpio Una de las cosas por las que pagas ese precio es por sus instalaciones las cuales estaban fuera de servicio como la piscina grande que me engañaron y me dijeron que iba a ser un día y no pudimos ni entrar en ella. Otra cosa es que la cama es muy incomoda y dura. Y algo que como huésped me molesto mucho es q q las 11 en punto ya estaban tocando en la puerta para que nos fuéramos para limpiar. No nos dieron un mínimo de tiempo para coger nuestras cosas tranquilos que a las 11 estaban tocando y no una vez si no tres veces tocaron

Appartement très bien équipé avec balcon, agréable pour prendre les repas à l'extérieur. Nos hôtes sont très sympathiques et ont été réactifs à toutes nos demandes. Il y a un bar et billard disponibles près de la piscine. Si on revient sur l'ïle, on choisira de nouveau cette résidence RAS

• Rosamond (10/5): Absolutely blissful. - Central for all amenities great pool bar staff friendly. Serena that owns the property kept in touch to make sure everything was ok . Friendly and very accommodating. Nothing very peaceful relaxing and quiet. Well equipped.

• terence (9/5): Excellent stay great position very well maintained property. - Serena our host was fantastic the apartment was ready 5 hours before our normal check-in time thanks to Serena and her team. The directions to find the apartment were clear and precise. The communication was first class. A small jug or tea pot would be helpful for us tea drinkers but that was a very small issue and tea bag in a cup for one week was not a game changer.No shade from the morning sun for breakfast on the patio.

The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and the terrace with its chairs was perfect for relaxing. The location is ideal: quiet, yet close to plenty of bars and restaurants. Communication with the host was excellent; Serena always responded very quickly. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back. Everything ok.

• Alan (10/5): A relaxing family holiday in the perfect location, with fantastic host and everything nearby. - We had a fantastic stay at Blue Ocean Apartment. The location was absolutely ideal, just a short stroll to the beach, with plenty of great local bars and restaurants nearby. Public transport was also easily accessible, making it really convenient to explore the area. Serena, our host, was brilliant from start to finish. She was always on hand to help and provided exceptional service throughout our stay, which made everything feel even more relaxed and enjoyable. The apartment itself was perfectly situated right next to the pool area, which was great for us and the kids. The whole complex had a lovely, friendly atmosphere and was nice and quiet, ideal for a peaceful family break. Me and my family absolutely loved our time here and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended!

• Phil (8/5): Smart apartment, good location. - A spacious apartment with a south facing balcony which is superb for sitting out from breakfast time onwards with a view of the sea and other smartly kept apartments. There are 3 pools including 1 with a pool bar and a good choice restaurants nearby including good tapas, a 10 minute walk away is a square with multiple bars and eateries and of course the sea with good coastal walks. Plenty of buses are flying around to other resorts such as Puerto Carmen or Playa Blanca for only a few euros. I would book this apartment again and would pay special thanks to host Serena who is an enthusiastically happy and helpful person with good communication. No washing up liquid, sponges or cloths were supplied for the kitchen and perhaps a couple more bathroom towels and a better choice of pillows would have been good, couldn't find any half pint drinks glasses which I thought unusual.
• Lynn (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic 3 weeks staying here. Serena the host went above and beyond and the apartment had everything we needed, lovely welcome pack which was greatly appreciated. Lovely quiet complex with super restaurants nearby and a few minutes walk to the beach. Easy access for the main area with a 10 min walk. Will definitely return here it has everything. Thank you Serena for being a lovely accommodating host.

• Barry (7/5): Not the worst for what we paid - Good size terrace, reasonably modern but tiring a little , on the Ground floor No drawers for clothing, poor drainage in shower, flooded constantly even after attempted fix. Ironing board too small and iron was not the best. Requires a hoover and not a kids pan and brush set as provided . Gave up trying to brush the floors with it. Had to remove numerous items of leftover toiletries from bathroom drawers to find space in a sink area with already limited space for toiletries. Mattress very hard , bed very creaky , but bearable. Terrace gets little sun due to location. Tv was not a Smart TV so limited chanel’s . Decent pool area with a nice little bar from 12. Overall if they can address a few of the issues it would be a reasonable stay.

Apt was very clean, well equipped & Serena who looks after the Apt very helpful. The mattress on the bed was very hard so not a great nights sleep. That's the only fault I had with apt.

Welcome pack on arrival. 1 minute walk to the supermarket and 3 minute walk to the beach. By far, the best apartment we’ve stayed in and we’re coming here every year since 1995. Needs Air conditioning. A fan was provided but too noisy to have on at night.

• Terence (8/5): Enjoyed our stay and the communication and directions with Serena the host was 10/10 - Entrance door had to be physically locked with the key including when to where sitting on the balcony etc. Suggest front door locks on a latch also no security peep hole in the door. A small jug and a tea pot for us Brits would be good.

The apartment is modern, quiet, super clean, complete with everything you might need in the kitchen, beach towels, washing machine, plug adaptors, clean blankets, large terrace and even welcoming drinks! • John (7/5): Good - Apartment was nice and the complex was good. Quiet and relaxing, close to shops and restaurants/bars. Apartment was well equipped with iron hairdryer etc. Also provided a bottle of wine, couple of beers and water for arrival. Tasteful decor. No air conditioning, no pressure in the shower unless you had a cool/cold shower. Not a sea view as quoted, very small glimpse of the sea between buildings and palm tree. Electricity tripped when you were using the iron.
