• Francisco (8/5): FIn de semana en Colonia - El apartamento es amplio, luminoso, limpio y el menaje suficiente para las personas para las que lo ofrecen, está al lado del aeropuerto y con buena comunicación para el centro en coche. No se hizo la entrega de llaves a la hora acordada, aunque la limpieza fue muy amable y nos dejó acceder mientras se adecuaba el apartamento para dejar el equipaje y poder hacer una comida. Tampoco funciona el wifi.

• Claudia Sofia (8/5): Apartament propre, accueillant et confortable - Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement pendant deux nuits et notre expérience a été globalement très positive. Points positifs : l’appartement bénéficie d’un accès rapide aux stations-service et se situe à environ 15–20 minutes du centre de Cologne. La cuisine était bien équipée, avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner — il serait simplement utile d’ajouter des bols pour que les enfants puissent manger leurs céréales. En termes de propreté, l’appartement était très propre. Les propriétaires de l’appartement 2 étaient très sympathiques, la communication entre nous a été excellente. Le check-in est super facile : il y a des boîtes à clés à l’entrée, il suffit d’entrer le code fourni pour que la boîte s’ouvre. Malgré ces petits points, nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour et, si nous revenons un jour visiter Cologne, nous choisirons sans hésiter le même endroit Points négatifs : l’appartement ne dispose ni de climatisation ni de chauffage, et il faisait froid à l’intérieur. Au moment de sortir les poubelles, nous n’avons pas trouvé l’endroit où les déposer, ce qui nous a fait perdre environ 20 minutes à chercher.

• Ma (6/5): Verbesserungsbedürftig - - Die Lage der Wohnung ist okay, nicht mitten in der Stadt sondern etwas außerhalb, was ich ganz gut fand. - Man fährt nur 5 Minuten zur Heide, wo man sehr schön spazieren kann. - Ausstattung ist eigentlich ganz gut mit Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und Trockner. Sogar ein Föhn ist vorhanden. Es gibt auch ein Bügeleisen aber der wäscheständer steht wohl unter Verschluss, macht keinen Sinn - Ich schlafe grundsätzlich mit offenem Fenster, das war an einigen wenigen Tagen leider nicht möglich aufgrund des Flugverkehrs aber so ist das halt nah am Flughafen - Kann ehrlich gesagt diese guten Bewertungen hier nicht so hundertprozentig nachvollziehen… an sich macht die Wohnung einen guten Eindruck ABER wenn man genauer hinsieht: - es gibt keine kleinen Schüsseln - Zig Gewürze aber kein Zucker und Pfeffer - Wichtig zum Punkt Sauberkeit: Man sollte die Toilette auch mal von außen putzen, es pinkeln leider viele Männer nicht im Sitzen ! - der Backofen ist absolut verdreckt, nicht benutzbar. Mikrowelle ebenfalls -Töpfe und Pfannen alle beschichtet und die Beschichtung ist absolut zerkratzt, nur ein Topf ist intakt - da war ich froh zumindest meine edelstahlpfanne beigehabt zu haben - vielleicht mal über edelstahl Pfannen und Töpfe nachdenken -Die Duschkabine ist eine sehr interessante Konstruktion… Leider gab es an mehreren Tagen an denen wir da waren relativ viel Krach im Haus. Es wurde rungebollert in der Wohnung neben uns (ich glaube die Ist fest vermietet) und auch unten aus dem Hausflur war geboller zu hören Die Beschreibung des Weges zu den Mülltonnen Ist zu unpräzise, stehen offenbar hinter einem anderen Haus Vielleicht hatten wir auch einfach Pech und die Wohnung wurde nach unseren Vorgängern nicht gut geputzt
• Zeynep Irmak (8/5): Güzeldi - +Eve girerken çok rahat ulaştık anahtarlara ve giriş yaptık. +Hemen 2 dakikalık mesafede şehir merkezine giden toplu taşımalar geçiyordu. +Ev güzel ve moderndi. +Mutfakta kullanmak için yağ baharatlar tabak çanak vs yeterliydi +Çamaşır makinesi, kurutma makinesi, bulaşık makinesinin olması avantaj. - Isıtmayı açmaya çalıştırdık ama olmadı ısınamadık. Şansımıza çok çok soğuk değildi kaldığımız günlerde. -Tavalar tencereler inanılmaz çizikti!! Bir tanesinde az çizik var diye onu kullandım normalde onu da hayatta kullanmazdım ama mecburiyetten kullandım. Acilen yenilenmeli
