Guest Reviews
- Wendy (2/5): Awkward heel awkward - De locatie is echt super.

- Peggy (7/5): Disconnected terrace door handle locked us out - Location was great - close to bus and tram for visits to Antwerp and for extra convenience there was a supermarket and bakery close by.
Lovely Duplex with all comforts and good sized bedrooms. The big disappointment was that we were locked out of the property on the first night due to the spindle on the terrace door handle which seemed to be disconnected — the outside handle turns freely without moving the latch, though the inside handle still engages it. We had to call and pay for a locksmith and the owner - who had been responsive before we reported this problem - stopped replying to our messages when we asked for a refund for the locksmith. The door handle was not repaired before we left and the owner refused to refund us so we had to file a complaint with booking.com. So please do not close the kitchen terrace door when you eat outside because you will be locked out and I would hate it if this stressful situation happened again to other people. In addition, I noticed there was often an awful sewage smell in the bathroom. Curtains were difficult to close because they were really high up and the curtain rail was not even.
- Ivelin (10/5): "Feels like home" level of comfort - Excellent communication, calm neighbourhood, comfortable parking, the apartment was of good size for 5. Price is well balanced for what we got and the place excelled many other options in the "looks like home" criterion. We may have to visit Antwerp again next year and the place would definitely be on the shortlist. We missed some education on trivial issues like - finding how to throw away garbage, which is natural for a 2-weeks stay. Probably every place we needed to go, including shops, required a car.
- David (9/5): Superb - Nice location for supermarket, restaurants etc Nothing really
