The villa itself is very spacious, which made our stay extremely comfortable. It is fully equipped with everything necessary for long-term living, from kitchen appliances to everyday essentials, so we felt at home from the very first day. We also appreciated the security system, which gave us a great sense of safety and peace of mind throughout our stay. We arrived late in the evening, and there was a wonderful basket of coffee, cream, biscuits, basically everything we needed to get us started at the next day. The location was very walkable, clean, comfortable and homey!! We wish we had stayed longer😊

• Erik (9/5): Heerlijk! - Locatie, veilig gevoel, hulp van Kathy, eigen overdekt terras en zwembad. Ik las in een eerdere recensie dat mensen het zwembad vies vonden, maar het water was heel schoon. Alleen door slijtage van de bodem en wanden lijkt het alsof er vlekken/viezigheid in zit. Alleen cosmetisch dus. -
• Eva (8/5): Sehr zu empfehlen - Sehr schönes Haus, tolle Betten, tolle Ausstattung, tolle Lage, ruhig. Der Pool ist nicht nutzbar, er ist trüb. Leider gibt es keine Liegen um im Garten zu chillen.
• Amber (10/5): Feeling at home in Cape Town - We spend a wonderful time here at this house. Everything felt supersafe. I arrived myself earlier than the rest but late at night and there was extra security for me to arrive safely. We enjoyed spending time at the house a lot too. Our friend who lives in Capetown was able to park his car safely in the carpark driveway. The kitchen has all the right tools to also cook at home a lot and the rooms are so beautiful. Also the beds are very comfortable to sleep in and our host Kathy was very welcoming and making sure we had everything we needed. If we come back in the future we will def be staying here again
• Ramon (10/5): Lovely large and comfortable home. Very comfy and close to main attractions. - Great big and roomy warm house. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two dining areas, huge living room and a kitchen. Lots of closet space and room to separate. Welcome basket added to the welcoming feel. Multiple outdoor sitting areas both by the pool and under the porch. Short walk to Signal Hill hikes and a few blocks to the main shopping and dining areas. Twenty-minute walk to either the seaside or the V&A Waterfront with its selection of restaurants, bars and pubs. Kathy the housekeeper is very friendly and right next door.
• Gary (9/5): Excellent location and comfortable sleeping, for Greenpoint stadium and surrounds - They were very accommodating with early arrival. There was a welcome pack with wine, coffee and rusks. the house had DSTV stream, so we could watch sports too. Lock up and go convenience. Excellent supply of towels and toilet paper. So often this is an annoyance in hosted units. Housekeeper on site but not in the way. No accessible salt and pepper on the one morning where we needed to make a 4am breakfast (before a marathon). Something I am sure they will easily fix. But that is nitpicking. A bit of road noise from HIGH LEVEL ROAD. But the proximity also made getting Ubers a doddle.
