• Celine (3/5): Problématique - Je ne peux pas donner mon avis, je n’ai jamais pu accéder à la chambre. Hôtel réservé pour escale entre 2 vols, via booking et avec Cb Arrive sur place in me demande de payer la chambre. AUCUNE des 5 CB (Gold Mastercards, VisaPremier françaises) n’ont fonctionné !! La personne à l’accueil finit par me dire que c’est parfois le cas avec les CB étrangères…) Heureusement le service téléphonique de booking a répondu à mon appel et a demandé à l’établissement d’annuler ma réservation sans frais (non annulable à la base). Ce serait bien de préciser au moment de la réservation cette histoire de Cb ou de pouvoir régler en ligne

I was in room 237 so may have been on the edge of their wifi setup. I had to go to the office to get my ice from staff. Room I had was non smoking and smelled clean. It had a small fridge and microwave in the room. Shower great, water hot.

• Stephen (4/5): - The first TV remote they gave me (yes, they hand you remotes at the desk) did not work. So...back to the front desk I went to exchange remotes. No big deal. I get the TV working...then...5 minutes later, a power outage. It only lasted 10 minutes. Again, no big deal. After the power came back on, the TV signal was lost...and the mesaage was to press *input* on the remote. There is no input selection (I tried every button just in case). So, back to the front desk I went. Apparently they only have a couple of master remotes...and a poor housekeeper had to go room to room to reset the TVs. However...she couldn't figure mine out and left saying she would get somone. All of the above in the first 40 minutes of checking in, as I sat there waiting for someone to stop by to fix the TV. [15 minutes later] Nobody stopped by. I go back to the front desk and ask for one of the master remotes because I think I know how to fix the TV. They give one to me, I go to my room and, voila, I have a working TV. (Note...I had to go back to the front desk to drop off the master remote...I've lost count). Back in my room...lying down...watching TV, about to doze off for a nap after a long drive...then...the phone rings! The front desk says they have another room with a working TV. I tell them I'm good where I am (my TV was working and I had unpacked everything). Front desk said OK. Back to bed to try to nap. 10 minutes later...the phone rings AGAIN!?! • Martin (4/5): - Very basic hotel, lacking some of the very basics that you would expect from a motel of any standard: cloth hangers, shower cream / shampoo, coffee maker, iron ironing board. But clean and ok for an overnight stay.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Bad location - noisy!! - I don’t think I’ll be staying here again. The front desk lady was lovely and check-in was fine. I don’t think our sheets were changed, as there was hair all over the pillows. The sheets had cigarette burn holes and looked stain. The bathroom was pleasantly clean, so that was nice. However, I just couldn’t deal with the noisy street traffic. Thankfully I was only there for one night, but it was the worst sleep I’ve ever had in a motel.

• Jamie (10/5): - I absolutely will book again. Staff was super friendly room and bathroom inside the room was impeccable. Bed was so comfortable room smelled great it was clean. They obviously upgraded and updated the place. If I could give this place 10 stars I would.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Fine for one night stay - Fine for a one night stay. Not the cleanest, and not sure that anyone would feel particularly safe here, but fine for one night. My husband and I had an overnight layover in Newark and this was not far from the airport.

• Imelda (8/5): - Staff was very nice. Clean rooms and facilities, close to everything you need. No luggage cart but I was given room on the lower floor. No coffee, shampoo, conditioner or even bottled water. Was disturbed during sleep by a luggage wheels rolling in the upstair room.

It was staffed with a late night attendant and we were thankful as we arrived just before midnight. Free parking and cheap rates. Also location was convenient for the seaport and the airport.

• Jonathan (2/5): God awful. Never again. - A dump. Tired furnishings. The rooms had no place to store or hang your clothes - not a dresser not an armoire; nothing. Walls are paper thin so I was woken throughout the night by phones ringing IN OTHER ROOMS! The area is terrible also--no food options and right on the interstate so there's plenty of noise. And the office had 3 inch glass so you felt like you were checking into a county jail.

On Expedia website mentioned that parking included so if you not allow box truck say it on a website. Even if this happened, it would be fair to return the money and not yell that I have no right to be here and point her finger at the writing on the wall. That writing supposed to be on website not only at reception. Very poor business and service. She spoiled my mood for the evening

• Rebecca (8/5): - Room was clean and newly redecorated. Very small space. Neighborhood felt a bit unsafe. TV controls were literally handed to you through a box in the wall upon checking in. Condom dispenser in the vestibule in front of the front desk was interesting addition! Protective glass on front of desk did appear to have bullet holes in it. We needed a reasonably priced play to stay for one night on our way to NYC. This fit the bill. Would not have stayed longer.

• Casper (5/5): Passable - The lady at reception was very kind and very helpful. After a long flight I was very tired and she was very happy to help me. That experience alone made this a very good budget motel The room felt quite hot and damp, and as a result I had difficulty sleeping.
