Important Information

We require that the lead guest be at least 25 years old, and that most members of the group are also over the age of 25. As we are a family-oriented holiday park, we may reach out if your booking does not appear to be from a family group. In some cases, this could result in cancellation. As we operate a Secure Entry Automatic Number Plate Recognition Barrier, we will require some further information for access to the park in a vehicle to be advised This property is unable to accommodate hen or stag parties, or similar group celebrations. Each accommodation can host up to 3 pets. If you plan to bring pets, please let us know by messaging after you have completed your booking. Please be aware that check-in is available until 20:00. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate arrivals after this time. Please be advised that cots may not be suitable for placement within the bedrooms and may need to be positioned in the living area instead. Gazebos, jet skis and trailers are not permitted on the premises. Commercial vehicles and vans, with or without sign writing, are not permitted to be parked alongside the booked accommodation but can be parked in our reception car park subject to availability. Smoking is not permitted at the property. Guests found violating this rule will be charged GBP 50 for cleaning costs. While bed linen and towels are provided, you will be required make up the beds in the Camping Pods and En-Suite Glamping Pods. WiFi is available throughout the park; however as provided by a third party, coverage cannot be guaranteed in every unit, and signal strength may vary. Please note WiFi is for light usage only and not suitable for streaming or gaming All pictures are for illustration purposes only; makes and models can vary. Unfortunately, as you have booked via a third party, you are unable to amend your booking. Allocation of unit is automatic and cannot be moved If you book an accommodation with a hot tub, this will be checked daily, and if you are in for more than 7 nights, the hot tub will require to be drained down and cleaned. Not noisy or over busy but lovely to see other people enjoying their holiday. We came because it was dog friendly, excellent to have decking fenced in. Much better than previous pods we have stayed in. We will e back for sure. Excellent location too with Deeside on your doorstep. Loved it ❤️ It was perfect.

Joan (10/5): Happy upgrade - Loved this place but had to upgrade to ensuite cabin as small pods don't have a toilet and being registered disabled i myself and having my Autistic Grandaughter with me we definitely couldn't go without a toilet so what was £72 a night turned into £178.31 for a night as had to pay an extra £106.31 to upgrade anyway was well worth the upgrade will know better the next time. DON'T BOOK SMALL PODS IF YOU NEED A TOILET IN POD. Nothing

A few parts of the site full of old bits of wood for example lying about. Accommodation listed at self catering but lacked the very basics. Kettle, microwave, toaster and fridge/freezer but no cups or teaspoons for making a hot drink doesn’t really make sense to me. Kettle was filthy had an old teabag inside it from previous occupants also full of dirt and slime which smelt like off fish. Was changed for a new one went taken to reception.

Felt like there was loads of space even with it being small. There was only 3 or us, I think 6 peoples stuff would have been hard to squeeze it all in, but yeah it was perfect for us! Staff were really helpful and communication on checking in made it all very easy
Sarah (8/5): Very good - The location was lovely and view from pod was stunning. It was absolutely perfect for taking 2 dogs, plenty of space for them and there was a very handy cut grass field where we could walk them first and last thing. The pod was very clean and modern, shower was brilliant...big plus! The sofa was big and comfy to chill and plenty space in kitchen area. Where it was located on the park was fabulous as we weren't even aware we were on a park (well apart from the neighbouring pod playing dance music loudly into the small hrs..thankfully I took earplugs!! Not the parks fault, I guess not everyone is considerate of others) I would absolutely love to stay in this pod again so even tho I have put some things i didn't like it was more feedback. The gas oven worked fine but honestly an airfryer would be so much easier to use and clean as i like to do as little cooking and cleaning when away..but that is a tiny issue. The tv was old (it played dvds!!) and the remote didn't work, so when it was raining and we wanted to chill it was very limited. An up to date smart tv would offer options. From the pictures I thought there was a main double bedroom but there isn't. We opted for the twin mattress on the mezzanine, which was very comfortable. Our friends tried the sofa bed, which was very uncomfortable. We obviously never tried the pull-down bed, which I think is the main one but was so close to the toilet we didn't want to use it with another couple staying. So yes it can sleep 6 people but honestly for me it is for 2 to3 people. I also thought it was a very late check-in time and early checkout, which I felt robbed me of a day if I am paying for 2 nights.

Rosalind (7/5): Clean well run site but too big to feel you were in countryside. - Spacious pod with little table and chairs. View of duckpond and lots of wild rabbits. Games room was useful. Reasonable price. The table tennis net was broken and the electronic darts board didn't seem to work. Didn't get the impression it would be checked even after reporting it. Personally prefer smaller sites and hadn't realised how big it would be. It was a long way to the toilets from our pod which didn't have one. Being toward the middle the view was mainly of canper vans and caravans with little scenery visible.

Madeleine (9/5): We came to Scotland for a wedding . Had a good time. - Location lovely and quiet. Ducks and rabbits. Very clean and had a washer. NO tea pot and or coffee filter jug No bus service nearby Broken swings on playground Bottle bank full No paper or plastic/can recycling.

Cerys (8/5): Great stay - I would definitely come back here. There are a few minor things I didn't like about my stay such as some dirty dishes, the lack of a tea towel or cleaning cloth in the kitchen, the tiny shower, the uncomfortable moving couch cushions and the tiny free view tv. But overall, the ease of entry when we first arrived, the facilities available. There are a lot of minor things like i listed above that i would sort out but overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back, maybe with friends to one of the deluxe lodges.

Fiona (8/5): Lovely setting, but needs some TLC - We liked the location, out in the country, yet close to the city. Thanks to Jock who helped us with our heating, my husband’s fault as he turned the thermostat up instead of off 😫 We liked our caravan but feel that they need a bit of tlc, the sofa and foot stools are very stained, the mattress in double room was really uncomfortable as it dipped in the middle. The duvet cover had a stain on it and one of the towels had a hole in it. It didn’t stop us enjoying our stay though.
Jan (9/5): Peaceful and relaxing. - Comfortable and spacious. Nicely designed. Nothing really. Perhaps a small shop on-site with basics like sugar/milk/bread etc would help.

James (7/5): Good - Park is situated in a great area for exploring, the van was spotless and the park is well kept. The van had nearly everything you needed. WiFi poor, kids play park is very basic and apart from that there was nothing on site in the way of entertainment, for 468 for the 3 nights I felt it really expensive for what was in offer.
Summers (10/5): Exceptional - What a lovely wee park. We had a caravan opposite the duck pond. So peaceful and quiet. A hidden gem.what I loved the most was the ducks they waddled around the park like a wee army. There was nothing I didn't like about it.
Mia (9/5): Lovely week in spacious lodge - Great sized lodge for a family of 4 with a dog. Utility area with washing machine. Great kitchen. Large bathrooms. Comfy beds with nice bed linen. High quality accommodation. No coat rack or hooks for coats and jackets in utility room/entrance.

Stewart (10/5): We loved it and will be back - The location was perfect for the grandkids, the ducks came over from the pond for breakfast in the morning, it’s a caravan space was a bit tight but was very comfortable.have booked again for next year The WiFi was poor, I know we were on holiday but it could have been a bit faster.

Grace (9/5): Great location, quiet and safe - The property was lovely and warm, clean and comfortable, big plus it being dog friendly, Great having the large table for our Christmas dinner. We only had one problem, the terrible smell from the bathroom drains after it was very windy . There was only 6 of us staying it would have been very cozy for 8 😬

Staff very friendly and helpful, will be back - Lovely setting and well kept, quiet, nice mix of statics, pods and touring pitches. Our pod slept 6 and felt really roomy, everything you needed was included, very comfortable. Loved it! Absolutely nothing not to like!
