• Luka (10/5): We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated Elma’s kindness and hospitality. - The host, Elma, was very helpful and caring. For example, she bought aquarium tickets for us at a lower price than we could get ourselves, and she even helped us find a free parking space. She also recommended places to eat, and we had a wonderful experience at the local restaurant she suggested. The apartment was very clean, well furnished, and the public transport to the city center was very close to the apartment.

A very clean, well-furnished apartment with easy access to all you want to see in Genoa and only 5 minutes walk from Brignole station which is VERY handy!

• stephane (7/5): Une très belle semaine dans une ville magnifique - Emplacement central loin de la foule et proche de la gare et de tous les points forts de Gênes. L’hôte et son conjoint sont disponibles, très gentils. Une bonne literie, la clim… Hélas l’appartement est sombre, souplex et rez-de-chaussée, aucune lumière de l’extérieur, c’est dommage ce n’était pas précisé dans l’annonce je crois. Avec une forte odeur d’humidité dans le sous-sol.
• Bruno (7/5): Alma was a very nice host! - We liked the location, the host Alma was very nice and attentive. Clean. 1st thing is that the booking never mentioned 2 levels. To go down to the bath and kitchen was truly an inconvenience especially with a young child. The lower level is rid with mold. She keeps the windows open along with the AC constantly running so you don’t continually smell the mold. There needs to be a dehumidifier and she must address the mold behind the walls that must be there for a very long time. It can be a health hazard. Unfortunately!

• Carrie (10/5): PERFECT! - Great place close to train station & so much more. It is clean, modern, nicely equipped & decorated, with comfortable beds. Alma was available & super helpful. I highly recommend this apartment!
• Ross (8/5): Very good - The the main entrance area of the building is undergoing some renovation but it, no doubt, will look amazing by the end of summer 2024. While it is on a busy street and conveniently close to Brignole Train Station, as long as the windows are closed it's not really noisy even during the daytime. The apartment is clean, centrally located, with good bus/rail transportation links, pretty well stocked, and there is a small Basko nearby. The host is responsive, but not intrusive, and permitted a later departure time that was much appreciated. A desk/chair, coatrack, a chef's knife or two, & recycling cans - in addition to a couple of garbage cans on the bedroom level - would be helpful.

• Carlijn (9/5): Big comfortable apartment in a supercool city - Alma is a great host who is always willing to help with anything you ask. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and we got lots of free coffee and water. Genova is a really cool city with lots to do and see and explore. One evening we took bus 31 from Brignole to Boccadasse, very nice little neighborhood on the beach. Great for cocktails and dinner in a romantic environment. The location is very very close to the Genova Brignole train station and walking distance from the big shopping street XX Settembre, but not right in the city centre, so not everything is very close by. But it’s a very quiet and comfortable area.
