• Shapland (1/5): Terrible - There nothing nice about villa except quiet area. The villa should be rated 1 star, villa smelted mouldy, fridge too small, no hot water in kitchen, no cold filtered water, air conditioners struggled, rooms very hot as curtains that were dirty were too thin, dining chairs were very stained and dirty we couldn't sit on them, didn't eat in villa. Broken wood in pool decking husband broke his toe, broken tile in pool granddaughter cut foot. Toilet blocked up twice. Young man came with 2 fans and microwave to use. Couldn't watch any TV's as only Indonesian channels.

We had my son’s birthday party here and there was enough space for all of us. The kitchen had everything expected to cook meals. The owner and staff were very nice and accommodating to let us release baby sea turtles into the bay. We recommend to anyone visiting Bali to come stay at this villa.

You need to walk 7 minutes to find shops or restaurants or 2 minutes drives. The rest is fine Street is very small and narrow, you need to drive slowly and carefully.

There are many decent restaurants within a 15-minute walk on the main street, and a little before reaching the main street you can order fish and have it cooked in front of you in the local canteens (warungs) - it will be delicious and the prices are very cheap. -

• Delwyn (9/5): Wonderful experience, staying amid locals home as well as some resorts. Nusa Dua is quiet part of Bali worth visiting - Lovely pool , very private. Our host was lovely, friendly but not at all intrusive. Aircon in bedrooms and lounge area. Beds were comfortable Initially felt very isolated but when we walked to main road it wasn’t too far (10minute) 2 bedroom upstairs but one was only accessible by going through other bedroom onto deck. Cooking facilities were available and large water container, but fridge didn’t have working icebox.
• Fleck (9/5): Amazing villa - The location was great, plenty of Warungs, Spas and adventure activities close by. The staff were very friendly and unobtrusive. Pool was lovely. Better than the photos show. The villa was very warm when we arrived and the upstairs air-conditioner didn't work very well, it was better after my partner cleaned the filters but the rooms upstairs just don't seal the best so didn't get very cool upstairs.
• Dan (9/5): Superb - The villa was huge. 3 bedrooms 4 bathrooms and its own pool. A massage table with masseuse available at short notice. Host could not have been more obliging. A microwave would have been useful. The villa is in an isolated spot so you can’t walk to shops or restaurants. Thank God for GRAB delivery service.

• Prasad (8/5): Nice place - Nice property, specially "Ramu". He is very accomodating and supportive. It was a bit of walk to the main road but he was kind enough to lend us a motorcycle.
• Jessica (8/5): Beautiful, quiet, family stay - the owners were so lovely and helpful. - Perfect for a family escape. It is quiet and private about 10- 15 minutes walk to the main street. We would get a taxi though as we had 4 children and a toddler. It took a little to organise food but after getting supplies we were sorted. You would just need to plan, walk or drive to get what you want. We often got grab go delivery.

It also has a spacious kitchen and a private swimming pool. The only issue is that the house is at a dead end, and the walk to the beach is about 1.5 km.

• Alex (9/5): Beautiful villa, beautiful setting - The sounds of local birdlife are all around this lovely quiet villa, nestled between jungle and sea. The outdoor dining area and shaded pool are perfect to cool off after a hot day. It's a 15 minute walk to the main road or you can hire scooters from your hosts.

• Dragan (9/5): Lovely place in a lovely location with excellent hosts. - The location was tucked away in a quiet street, not too far from the main street. We loved walking, and getting a Grab motorcycle ride was easy. Taxi service may have been challenging sometimes, but it wasn't too bad. The hosts were great, always available to help and made us feel welcome. WiFi could have been better, but it's not an issue overall. If you don't like to walk or rent a scooter, you may find a 15-20 minute walk to the main street an issue. It wasn't a problem for us at all; we loved our walks. The bathrooms could use extraction fans.

• Amelia (9/5): Wonderful stay at a beautiful vila - A very kind and helpful family. The property is clean and beautiful, and according to the photos. We very much enjoyed it. The 3 bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom are very nice, and the kitchen/swimming pool/living room were ideal for a family to dine and talk. The ceiling isn't ideal because there's a gap where animals can nest, and you can hear them at night.

• Harrington (10/5): Excellent - The family that run this villa are beautiful people. Mr Rama was very accommodating and the young man (Koman) that drove us around is extremely knowledgeable about Turtle Conservation in Bali. There is nothing these people would not do for you.
• Ac (10/5): Village vibes with hotel comforts - The location was very green and quiet . About 15 mins walk to the main road but accessible by car or bike, also a lovely walk . The hosts were very friendly and shared their coffee and snacks with us. They were also very helpful.
• Cheryl (9/5): thank you for our amazing holiday it was a fabulous getaway - perfect for a family with children who know about water safety. our girls loved the pool access and where in it morning and night. the rooms where spacious and the ends where very comfortable. we had enough amenities to do basic cooking. all the rooms had their own private bathroom. the property location was great and we got to experience the real Bali. Nyoman was amazing and always on hand to offer assistance and was very knowledgeable about where we should go and explore, organised us a driver to take us where we wanted even lifts to restaurants wasn’t an issue
