• Guest (10/5): En romslig leilighet som ligger sentralt. Passer til alle som ønsker å besøke og oppleve byen. - Beliggenheten var topp. Sentralt med gåavstand både til gamlebyen, butikker og restauranter.

• Marta (5/5): - Ubicación y muy cómodo. El número que hay puesto en booking no corresponde al anfitrión, llamamos y nos contestó otro hombre. El anfitrión nos tendría que haber contactado por whatsap y no lo hizo. No nos iba el wifi y solo se preocupaba por el dinero de la tasa turística.
• Damien (8/5): - Location was excellent and the host was very responsive and very helpful. Nothing really, the stairs to enter were a bit steep, not so bad for us as we had only hand luggage and are fit. If you were a little older or had heavy luggage it could be difficult. It would be better to highlight this more directly. However for us not a big problem.

• Kinga (10/5): - Bardzo ładny, czysty pokój. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia i łazienka. Świetna lokalizacja, w nocy nie słychać hałasów z ulicy. Bardzo miły i pomocny właściciel. Duże i wygodne łóżko
• Maarit (8/5): Centralt läge. - Centralt läge, nära till sevärdheter. Vänlig och trevlig hyresvärd. Väldigt varm lägenhet.
• Aleksandra (5/5): Fajna okolica, ale apartamentu nie polecam. - Apartament na ostatnim piętrze bez klimatyzacji, zaniedbany i niezbyt czysty. Ciemny i duszny, pościel byle jaka. Na właściciela czekałam prawie godzinę, koszmar.
• Wioleta (10/5): - Dobra lokalizacja. Obok kafejki, puby, sklepy. Miły właściciel Dobra komunikacja Wanna była zatkana, nie schodziła woda co przy 4 osobach było dosyć kłopotliwe. Bardzo gorąco na mieszkaniu. Przydał by się drugi wiatrak do sypialni.

• Graeme (10/5): Exceptional - Handy location, midway between train station and upper (old) town so easily walkable. Old town is amazing, well worth a visit. A choice of restaurants & shopping nearby. Andre was a fabulous host, friendly, helpful and always replied promptly. The apartment is in an historic building with character, renovated with all we needed. Great to have a kitchen to cook our dinner. Very spacious and very clean. Highly recommended. Nothing not to like
• Jan (4/5): Below expectations - Good location near restaurants/bars and in walking distance to train/bus station. 3rd floor without elevator, clogged drain in the bathroom (owner unable to fix)
• Kamil (9/5): Superb - A truly wonderful stay! The owner, Mr. Andrea, was incredibly kind, helpful, communicative — and also had a great sense of humor. He explained everything in detail and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was spacious, clean, well-maintained, and full of character. It’s located practically in the city center, so everything was within walking distance. We’ll definitely come back someday! The only minor downsides were the bathtub drain, which seemed a bit clogged, and the lack of an iron — but those were just small details. Thank you for the stay, Mr. Andrea. Greetings from Poland!

• Zoi (9/5): Very good option ! - Very big,clean and comfortable apartment, in the city centre. It is in the 3rd floor but it hasn’t a lot of stairs. Also a little bit cold🙂

• Marian (8/5): Nice - Good location, close of nice restaurants and bars We were end of Nov 24 and it was quite cold in the flat, but Andreea, the owner has adjusted for the second night
• Birutė (10/5): Comfortable apartments and friendly host - The apartments are quiet, spacious, with a kitchen. Windows go to the old town street. The host is friendly and flexible. And Bergamo is very worth visiting. After visiting Milan, where we stayed for a few nights, I can say, that these apartments are comfortable and pleasant to stay.

• Aisling (8/5): Lovely, would recommend :) - The apartment was spacious and nice and the location was perfect. The host Andrea is very helpful and easy to communicate with! There’s no air conditioning so it was quite warm inside.

• Péter (10/5): Great apartment, friendly host - Short but sweet stay in L’incontro. Historic apartment with charming wooden beams. Quiet bedroom, relaxing bathroom, well equipped kitchen, dining/living room with a sofa bed. Pizzeria just across the street. Lovely area of the city. Our host Andrea was great to interact with, welcoming, friendly and funny. We would love to return! None of these were an issue for us, but might be useful to know: - The apartment is located on the third floor with no elevator. - The bedroom window faces the glassed-in corridor, so there's less air circulation. The area with the sofa bed faces the street, so can be less quiet. - The bath tub seemed a bit shorter and narrower than what I'm used to, but still, I found it very comfortable.
• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - All good, excellent location in the heart of the city centre, spacious, clean, with all basics you need.
• Gabriel (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment has a perfect location. Walking distance to funiculars and the old city. The neighborhood has a lot of bars and restaurants but the apartment is very quiet. There is a fully equipped kitchen ( we did not use it), bathroom with towels and shampoo. The host is very friendly and responsive.
