The apartment had lovely decor and we loved the little touches ie little Christmas tree/ choccies and bottle of wine! The place was very clean. • Pauline (1/5): Awful - Property was absolutely filthy, bed was not made, no bedding or towels, dividing door to private area of house was unlocked and could not be locked from the guest side. Mouldy banana in fruit bowl. Property was in a terrible area . Garden unkept . To get in property you had to use a dingy alley way. We never stayed, walked in, turned around and found a decent hotel to stay in. Photos on booking.com must have been taken when the property was first up and running, looks nothing like the photos now . My advice is don’t bother!

Property had lovely garden space with quiet neighbours. Easy access to local shops, supermarkets and bus links. Good Vibes had plenty of facilities for cooking and a cosy night in. TV in living room and bedroom. The bed (super king) is very comfortable. Jo the owner was easy to contact and quick to respond. Would definitely stay again. The shower pressure is the only issue at the property.
• Mark (10/5): Exceptionally nice place to stay - Exceptionally nice place to stay for me and an old friend. Perfect for our needs after a long day cycling through the New Forest. Nice area to sit outside too in the last of the sunshine. Really good communication from Jo - very helpful and attentive. My mate enjoyed the place so much he will be coming back next year with his wife. So, if you are looking for a nice, comfortable place to stay which is only 20 minutes walk from the high street near a Lidl with a great host then look no further. Thanks Jo :) Nothing

• helen (10/5): Modern, clean and very comfortable. - It was very modern, with every conceivable thing that you might need, even milk/beer& biscuits provided. Which was such a lovely extra. If you need to stay in that area for a few days it would be great, the little garden was lovely as well. There’s nothing I didn’t like about the location, apart from after seeing the log cabins on the beech with the photos, I actually thought that’s what I was staying in, instead of the middle of a housing estate. But that was my mistake. Might be worth removing the photo of the cabin on the beech as the photo is right next to the photos of the inside of the property. But as stated, my mistake, either blonde or menopause lol. The only negative was that my son was going to sleep for one night on the bed settee and when I let the host know, I was invoiced for £50.00, which I felt was extreme, but he didn’t stay in the end.

• Sarah (10/5): Very impressive, well equipped and spotless. Highly recommend - Very clear instructions from owner about collecting keys, parking and entry. When we drove up, the surrounding area is very built up and I was worried it would be noisy, but it was the opposite, it was very quiet even in the heat of summer with windows open.

• Linda (10/5): It was perfectly situated for getting out and about using local transport, and it is a short walk into Christchurch itse - It was very well equipped, especially in the kitchen, but one of the main things for us was that although it was only a one bedroom property, it had the capability of being a double or two singles - quite a rare option. Jo had left us a lovely welcome pack of all the essentials, and was only a call away if needed. A perfect host. The garden was a lovely bonus too. No information pack, so we had to contact Jo for WiFi details, and information on how to work the tv, as well places to visit, bus times etc. However, before we left Jo was back with a folder which she had put together, so hopefully future visitors will benefit.

• Paul (9/5): Really comfortable, convenient and easy stay - Well furnished for its size, comfortable beds, has a dishwasher (don’t like washing up on holiday…), good blackout curtains in bedroom and lounge, lots of suitably placed plug sockets, everything just felt easy. Not much really.

• Christine (9/5): We had a very enjoyable holiday in a pleasant location. The little garden is lovely. - This was a self-catering apartment. The location was very good, sheltered from the main road so was very quiet. There were bus stops just a short walk away so we could access Christchurch town centre and Bournemouth without having to use the car. Just a minor niggle, we would have liked a shelf or small mobile storage trolley in the shower room as we had to leave our washbags on the floor.

It was really clean and smelt very fresh The only issue I had was the shower … it was very low pressure and went scolding to freezing . Managed to steady the heat but the pressure was extremely low

• Trevor (9/5): Fantastic location. Cozy and luxurious feel to the place. Everything thought of. Great host. Good vibes indeed! - Location is great. Excellent jumping off point for 4 beach’s. The New forest 30 mins away. 2 supermarkets less than 5 minutes from the door. Local shops and restaurants a short walk. Fish and Chips also not far. Inside the property small but very cosy and comfortable. Everything thought of for self catering with 2 TVs in separate rooms and welcome beer. Whats not to like?! Good Vibes indeed! Not much to not like. Sofa bed was a bit cumbersome to breakdown and put back together. But bed was comfy. Lawn could have been mowed?! Surrounding area is a bit at odds with the luxurious feel of the property? Minor points. Clutching at straws really.

Perfect for us. - Travelled with my Mum - the host Jo was super helpful - we requested the beds to be made into singles which she did and she left milk and a couple of beers in the fridge. Jo sent easy directions and instructions how to get in. Very clean with everything you need. A good base for us - you do need a car.

Jo was really helpful at sending me instructions beforehand and really friendly. The only thing was that the grass could have been cut before we arrived. My daughter wanted to put the blanket out on the grass but it was too long.

• Jd (9/5): Well equipped self contained apartment in the ground floor of a house. Large, soft bed and friendly host available if ne - Lovely place with everything needed for a short stay. Great communication and location, ideal for my work trip, with the facilities to work and rest in a comfortable environment. Close to shops and a short drive to several beaches and attractions. Could not get the bathroom door to lock, and there is a small gap through one side with it being a sliding door. Parked car not visible in a walled area away from the property which is a public walkway.

• Jennifer (9/5): We had a lovely stay at Good Vibes, the property exceeded our expectations. - We were really impressed with how much space there was in the property, it was much bigger in person than it looked in the photos. The garden was an added bonus, especially with the warm sunny weather. The bed was absolutely brilliant, really comfortable. We had a great night's sleep on both nights. The hosts left us some milk in the fridge as well as some beers which was a lovely touch. Christchurch is a lovely area, we were able to walk to the beach on one day, then drive into the New Forest on another. The water pressure in the shower was poor.

Jo is good with communication when we have any questions. Good weather was an unexpected bonus as was finding just how close to the town centre it was on foot. We will return....🙂 Only downside was a struggle to open the door. Might just be us.🙃

• Wendy (10/5): Clean, comfortable, wheelchair accessible - Spotlessly clean, pleasant modern decor, comfortable bed and sofa. Very well equipped kitchen. Lovely well-kept garden with seating area which would be lovely in summer. My partner uses an electric wheelchair and we found this property was ideal for his needs. Level access throughout, with double doors to enter, that offer wider than usual access. It was easy to get round the flat in a wheelchair. Solid arms on the sofa helped with wheelchair transfers. The dining table was easy to use with a wheelchair. Free parking was very close to the property, and there is plenty of space for anyone using a wheelchair ramp to a vehicle. The bathroom is not huge, but well laid out and big enough to accommodate a wheelchair. The sink height is good for both a wheelchair user and a person standing up. The owner is adding grab rails in the bathroom. Lots of small touches make this property stand out and make it feel like a home from home. Plenty of shops and places to eat are a couple of minutes walk away, and the high street is only a 15 minute walk away. There are lots of car parks in Christchurch centre if you prefer to drive. We enjoyed our stay here and hope to be back before too long. Many thanks Jo for providing such a lovely and fully accessible property. There wasn't really anything to dislike

• Graeme (8/5): A one night stop in a convenient location - This property is very close to my mother's home and so ideal for visiting her. The bed and sofa bed are both very comfortable and the property is in a very quiet location. Everything was spotless and the property is well equipped with plenty of kitchen equipment. The bathroom is a little small, but the shower was good and everything was spotless.

• Ellie (9/5): A lovely stay in a very nice apartment - Host provided me with instructions on how to get into the property which were very useful. The instructions were clear and easy to understand. Well-maintained apartment with good facilities. Good location and easy to walk into town. Plenty of parking spaces available. Host was very attentive and friendly. The property appears to be an extension, I found this out when opening a door and realising renovation work was going on upstairs and in the rest of the downstairs rooms (separate to the apartment). If this door had been locked, I wouldn't have known and in terms of safety, I would have felt more comfortable if this door had been locked. The host did not provide bedding for the sofa bed, I asked when I had arrived. I presumed that it would have already been at the property but it wasn't. The host very kindly dropped more bedding over and was attentive to our needs.

We loved our stay in Good Vibes but arriving in the dark it would have been good to have a little more info before our arrival on where to find the actual property once we turned in to Park Gardens. For example: Turn to the left at the junction on entering and filter round to the right to reach the parking area and access to enter the apartment.

Kitchen extremely well equipped. Bedroom large with very comfortable bed. Good wifi and connections, 2 very modern tvs. Nicely laid out garden. Host was very active in communicating with me to ensure I could get in, where to park etc. I was at a sailing event at Mudeford Quay, apartment was 5 minutes drive or 25 minutes' walk away. Located in a residential area rather than directly on the beach but location was perfect forvwhat I wanted
• E (7/5): Good - Good location, near but not on main road. Arrival instructions poor. Address 36 is the front of the property. Access is via a passageway alongside number 32 which leads to the back garden gate, clearly signed.

We really appreciated all of the thought and effort that had gone into preparing for our stay. We didn't need to go out and get anything when we got there as Jo had thought about it all. • Jan (10/5): Fantastic apartment - Fantastic location. Short distance to beach, shops, restaurants. Well decorated with beautiful dark, relaxing bedroom. Lovely garden. Very peaceful and quiet. Parking on doorstep. Would go back in a heartbeat.
• Yantha (9/5): Peaceful, comfortable and everything needed for a short stay. - Nice private outdoor space, ample parking. Very comfortable and large bed, slept really well. The room darkens well too. Very well equipped kitchen. Pleasantly surprised to have a dishwasher. Bathroom clean and modern. Decent water pressure in shower. Good internet. Would be nice to have a surface for putting personal items on in the bedroom other than the bedside table along with a few drawers but not sure where they would fit in. Some additional lighting for the kitchen work-bench would be welcome eg under lights with the shelves, as once standing at the kitchen the ceiling light in the area is shadowed. There was a glitch with instructions for key collection and access, but that was the only negative thing about the whole stay, and I understand this was to do with teething issues between host and booking.com, so unlikely to be a issue in the future.
