• Layali (1/5): صراصير في كل مكان - موقع الشقة اعجبني الشقة غير نظيفة وفيها الكثير من الصراصير الصغيرة احيانا نكون نكون نائمين ونستيقظ على صرصور يمشي على يدينا او وجهنا هذا مقرف. اداوات المطبخ لا يمكن استخدامها وسخة وثقت كل شيئ بالصور والفيديوهات اقفال الابواب متعطلة وقد بقي زوجي محجوز لساعات حتى اتى شخص كسر القفل واخرج زوجي من الغرفة وترك كل شيئ مكسور هذة الشقة تحتاج للكثير من النظافة .الحشرات والصراصير في كل مكان لايمكننا ان نأكل في الشقة بسبب القذارة .شيئ مقزز واسضا هناك غرفة مغلقة في الشقة يقول لك المضيف هذه مقفلة وفي احد الايام نتفاجأ برجل في شقتنا يخرج من باب الغرفة المقفلة بدن اذن منا نتفاجأ ونحن في اسرتنا برجل في الشقة يريد رش المبيدات الحشرية بوجودنا وعندما غضبت من تصرفه قال ان هذه الغرفة مثل مكتب هههههه مكتب في شقتنا ويستخدم مفتاحه الخاص مهزلة

• Abdul Majed (2/5): ‏Overall, the place needs renovation, but it could be okay for a short stay. - Spacious place, good facilities We found many cockroaches in the bedroom and kitchen. The fridge was making loud noises at night, which forced us to unplug it. There was a lot of noise, especially in the bedroom facing the street (you can’t sleep without earplugs). The shower drain was clogged, but the host fixed it. The municipality also cut off the water for an entire day without prior notice. We felt cold at night and couldn’t find any thick blankets in the apartment. Some of the lights in the apartment were not working and need fixing. The couches were not clean. Overall, the place needs renovation, but it could be okay for a short stay. However, our stay was for twelve days.

• Yerkebulan Dauletbayev (1/5): - Ничего. Останавливались в этой квартире на несколько дней. К сожалению, условия проживания не соответствовали заявленным. В квартире был сильный запах сигарет, везде грязно, сантехника старая, местами разваливается, наблюдается плесень. Ванная и туалет очень маленькие, пользоваться раковиной крайне неудобно из-за её миниатюрного размера. Спальная комната одновременно используется как прачечная — там размещены две стиральные машины, присутствует сырость. Постельное бельё старое и с неприятным запахом. Мы хотели съехать досрочно, но хозяин отказался возвращать деньги. Учитывая всё вышеперечисленное, не рекомендуем арендовать это жильё.

• Alia (7/5): Comfortable and clean; a good size for families with small children. - The property was very clean. The location is excellent: around the corner from the bus stops and tram stop. The property owner was extremely helpful; he came just after we arrived to make sure we had got in and were comfortable. Also, I messaged him when my son became unwell and he sent a health professional to the door to help. It’s quite run down. Especially the shower and toilet.

From start to finish, the experience was a disaster, and I strongly ad - Nothing - No one was present to greet us despite prior communication. - Locked out of the property for hours with no response from the owner. - Owner claimed they were unaware of the booking, despite prior communication. - Misleading address—provided location was not the actual property. - Forced to walk a long distance up a steep hill with heavy luggage. - Accommodation was unsuitable for five people (one double bed and one single bed). - Horrible facilities: toilet wouldn’t flush, poor overall condition. - The place felt unsafe and unsettling. - Complete lack of responsibility and accountability from the owner.
