Altansukh (10/5): Very good service, want to go there with more friends and stay in Dijaya Villa again. - We checked in directly from our villa, and the staff came to us — it was incredibly convenient. They explained everything we needed to know and guided us through all the important details, so we felt well informed from the start. Contacting reception was also very easy since we used WhatsApp. We requested buggy service for rides to the nearest beach, restaurants, and other areas. For me, WhatsApp was much easier than calling, and their responses were always quick. Truly the best service I’ve experienced. Breakfast was included, which made starting the day so much easier—no need to search for places to eat. We also arrived earlier than the check‑in time and were prepared to wait, but our room was already ready. That completely made my day, especially since I was very tired.
Catherine (3/5): Overpriced and Average - for the money you could find something better - Close to the airport The property was worn out and only passably clean with an extremely strong smell of urinal cakes. It is not part of a resort and to get to the "beach club" which is only a pool with some sand on the edge, restaurant or reception you needed to walk 5-10 minutes to an adjacent property or call them to bring a buggy. The windows were west facing so unbearably hot without the blinds down so we were sitting in the dark most of the time which is a shame.

Salon tv, salon pour s’installer, des chambres et mobilier magnifique, je recommande vivement ! La réception est éloignée, le beach club est à quelques kilomètres et pas en face de l’hôtel c’est dommage mais ils ne doivent pas avoir le choix et tu dois traverser un marché aux poissons aux odeurs pestilentielles… Cela étant s’il y’a besoin de se déplacer, le buggy est la :)
Vibushan (3/5): FALSE ADVERTISING: NOT HOLIDAY FRIENDLY, NOT CHILD FRIENDLY & NOT A "SHORT" WALK TO THE BEACH - Local customer service staff did everything within their reach to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Good villas but far away from everything including their own reception and in-house restaurant. FALSE ADVERTISING. Their beach restaurant, the wonderful picture with tables on the beach front, is not even on the property and is 2km away and needs a buggy ride. The beach is a buggy ride away. The in-house restaurant is a buggy ride away as well and room service food gets served cold in takeaway containers, in extremely small portions and needs reheating. Room service also closes at 730pm. Forget the night cocktails and chilling by the pool when the sun goes down. Not many breakfast options either and NOT CHILD FRIENDLY. Only coffee for drinks at breakfast. No juice. We had to escalate to the manager for fruit juice atleast for the kids and they said sure but strictly only watermelon juice. Everything else you pay extra.Their restaurant only serves "health food". Get ready for some zucchini noodles instead of spaghetti. We mentioned we were vegetarian and it took 3 days for them to even share a vegetarian friendly menu which was actually better than their standard menu. None of the above is disclosed and booking.com did very little to help us.They ended up giving a 280$ refund when I had spent close to $1900 on this stay. They call it a fitness resort but Gym was marred in rust risking a tetanus shot if you got a scratch. Weirdly enough, the place was also deserted despite being Easter. I wonder why. We had to find alternatives to stay out late with kids and enjoy or bring packed food from elsewhere and pre-order drinks before room service closed down to enjoy a reasonable holiday at this place. Avoid if possible. Go ahead if you enjoy being on a strict schedule and enjoy only health food in small portions even on holidays. And do not rely on booking.com to take any reasonable steps should you feel cheated (even though the property is advertised here)

Łukasz (3/5): - Śniadania były bardzo dobre. Apartament niestety nie spełnił naszych oczekiwań. Pościel na poduszkach w obu sypialniach była dziurawa, a lustro w łazience brudne już od momentu przyjazdu. Okna w łazience również bardzo zaniedbane – wyglądały, jakby nie były myte od lat. Dodatkowo łazienki były bardzo ciemne, co utrudniało codzienną higienę. Uszkodzona deszczownica, brudna kamienna wanna, zakamienione baterie łazienkowe. Brak większościowego oświetlenia w basenie pomimo wielokrotnych zgłoszeń, a główne drzwi blokowały się tak często, że musieliśmy wzywać serwis, aby uniknąć złamania klucza. Sam serwis był miły, jednak kontakt był problematyczny, gdy pojawiały się kłopoty. Na wyposażeniu bardzo stara suszarka do włosów, praktycznie niesprawna. Zdjęcia obiektu są mylące – prezentują basen na plaży, który w rzeczywistości należy do innego obiektu oddalonego o około 2 km. Niestety, całość pozostawiła spory niedosyt.

Marcos (3/5): This was a 5-star years ago. If you dont mind sleeping with frogs, crocks and tarantulas, go for it. - 1. Crew were very friendly. Our host, Anis, were very helpful and patient 2. The Villa project is amazing. It´s big, spacious and very well decorated. 1. Manteinance: The property needs urgent renovation. The bathtub in the master suite is old and has a cracked bottom, looking old and dirty. The bathroom door of the master suite is old, and my wife got trapped inside because it simply jammed, and I had to rescue her twice by pulling the door very hard. There are torn cushions and other decorative parts looks dirty. We couldn't use the TV room due to the heat, as there was no air conditioning in that area of the house, only a ceiling fan that did not solve the problem. There is water leakage in the walls of the living room and the bathrooms, giving an unkempt appearance. The main problem for me was the presence of unwanted animals. At night, we counted 5 small frogs in the kitchen area, bedroom, and bathroom. Additionally, we killed 2 cockroaches in the bathroom. But the worst of all was noticing the presence of 2 huge tarantula spiders crawling on the ceiling of the master suite’s bedroom, right above the bed, directly over our heads. Animals are ok, but this was too much for us, as it looks like the property did not care about controlling those unwanted visitors. Serious cleaning problems. Lots of dust, parts of insects and chocolate package under the beds of the kid´s room. "Told the girls: do not look under your beds." After the first night, we were very disappointed. But when we saw the spiders on the roof, we decided to abandon the property and look for another hotel for the rest of our stay (we had 2 more nights). The gym is a separate chapter - obsolete equipments, tarnished parts and a terrible rubber floor, with lots of water infiltration. The crew justified that this is an open space, and water is expected. We´ve spoken to our guest, made the check out and leave to another hotel. The property also refused to reimburse us for the next 2 nights we had. I had to pay for the new hotel and had no help from Pronoia. In summary, pictures, project are great.

Have stayed in lots of luxury places in Bali and thought the actual villa - The actual Villa Was beautiful but it’s further out from the main reception/reception. We had 2 bedroom villa, great size and nice courtyard with pool. The reception area is basic and you walk through the gym To restaurant/pool. Gym Was flooded and not overly inviting. We walked to Main Street on the beach, was really dirty and lots of stray dogs. It has been raining a lot so perhaps extra dirty due to rain down pour.

Centrally located to take advantage of the Jimbaran beach and restaurants. Good breakfast. Very reactive and proactive staff. All in all very well managed. A bit weathered outside furniture but this is a minor detail.

Sandra (8/5): Our Villa Dharma far exceeded our expectations,it was breathtaking. - Everything. Loved the breakfasts. The atmosphere was great where we had breakfast also. There’s only a couple of things that I could really comment on but didn’t hinder our stay whatsoever, was the lighting in the main bedroom and bathroom. And would have been great to have a table and chairs around the pool to eat out there, but nevertheless we may do as it was absolutely breathtaking.

Although the duration of my stay was just 8 hours because of the delay in flight, we enjoyed our stay here. The rescheduling policy of the resort was a bit complicated and we couldn't reschedule it and thus had to stay for a very limited time in the resort. The complimentary breakfast menu was also limited. They could have more items on the menu to choose from.

As we stepped through the main door of the villa, the beauty truly left us amazed, from the high thatched ceilings and views of the magical garden and private pool resembled a serene tropical paradise straight from a magazine. And if you should grow weary of that magnificent view, the besch is only a short walking distance away from local cafes and Warungs. The staff's friendliness and efforts to make our final days in Bali special were commendable, adding a memorable touch to our stay. It was a little further away from supplies that we anticipated, but only a short scooter ride to the local grocery store.
Sonali (8/5): Very good - Beautiful home away from home. Massage services at the villa Lighting in the entire house although designed was not practical. Very hard to see. Some of the lights did not work and that did not help. Bathroom without any windows was very very dark. Pillows, if you like giant pillows then all good otherwise bring your own for longer stay. There were 2 cups and we never got extra when asked 😒 Toaster did not work 😐
Maxat (7/5): Overall good value for money. But with little investments and effort villa could be perfect! - Good facility, nice pool and great location (5 min to the beach and a 7-8 min drive to good restaurants and cafes) In my opinion there are two major problems with this villa: 1.Mosquitos. They ate us alive. It was hard to sleep, especially for the kids. We changed 5 or 6 villas around the iland and never so so many of them. I do understand that it might be hard for owners to solve the problem. I would recommend adding bad canopies. 2.Cleanliness. Little investments will freshen up the building. The cleaning team doing their best to keep it clean, but some parts of the villa need to be changed (smell inside kitchen capboads is awful) or renovated.

Maria (1/5): Bad - We were not picked up from the airport despite arranging it days in advance & could not get a response from the hotel at the airport. It is now 11:00pm at night & there is a full blown concert happening at the pier & it is impossible to sleep. At least a mention of this when we checked in would have been good!! Disgraceful Noise !!! Full blown concert happening it is like having a band in the room and no advance warning. I am in shock how loud it is at after 11 when people have to leave early for boats.
