Отель находится в 20 метрах от канала, где припаркованы яхты и катера. Вид из окна или балкона придает яроксти антуражу. Рядом с ресепшеном есть всегда фрукты и круасаны, которые можно брать не только на завтрак, но и в процессе дня. Номера светлые, новые. Все понравилось.

Telita (7/5): Nice stay for a quiet getaway - Loveeee the bedrooms, only negative is the sliding door between the toilet and shower so you couldn’t do both at the same time. Location is decent if you like quiet vacations. View of the marina is lovely, close to various restaurants. I think the pool is badly positioned if you wanted sun. Better breakfast options would be a good sell! No onsite bar (I’m sure I saw a rooftop one in photos). The WiFi was terrible! Lack of luggage storage rooms especially if your flight is later than check out.

Andres (9/5): Very convenient and clean hotel. Perfect for your stay without overpricing - Honestly, a 5-stars review for Zenza. TCI is an extremely overpriced island. Most hotels go for +$1.2k per night up to +$12k per night, which does not make sense at all. However, Zenza offers high quality rooms at a great location for less that $500 / night. They provide sun umbrellas, snorkel masks, beach towels, rides to the beach (great by the way), all day water, fruits and pastries for FREE. The Baci Restaurant is right there, serving great italian food. People at the hotel are super friendly at all time. I do recommend to have a car to move around the island and get to know all the beaches. There is plenty of free parking space at the hotel!! -

It was quiet with great views and waling distance to a good selection of bars and restaurants. Waling distance to a quiet beach which had minimal other folks on it. Fun for snorkeling as well. Zero complaints or criticisms.

There are zero Amenities. There is No Gym. The pool looked as if it no one ever got in it! It wasn’t necessarily dirty but the water in the pool wasn’t clear! It wasn’t inviting at all. The breakfast they served was horrible. That’s for kids maybe. The danishes don’t look appealing at all. Thankful for the water and apples through the day was nice.

StephTheo20 (10/5): Heavenly - Just came back for a week in TCI, can't thank Booking enough to put Zenza on the top list when I was looking for a place to stay there. The hotel is perfect, the location, the staff from the ones in the lobby to the cleaning staff everyone makes sure you definitely have a good time. The room was always clean and fill with everything. I had a beautiful view to the marina. There are two restaurants/bar in the same complex, if you don't want to go far away. They have fresh pastries and fruits everyday, they even have a fridge with water and a bottle-filling station next to the lobby if it's close after 10 pm. The beach is a 5mins walk from the hotel, if you rent a car everything is 10 or 15 mins max, go visit TCI if you can it's worth it. Don't think twice book Zenza you won't be disappointed. A big thank you to Mario for always giving tips about place to visit and always asking if everything is okay with a big smile. Thank you again for making that place more magical than it is. Merci Can't think of anything.

The Italian restaurant next door called Baci was excellent. It’s in a secluded area by the marina and you either need to rent a car, take a taxi or bike to get into downtown or Grace Bay Beach.

Provision of free drinks, fruit and pastries for breakfast much appreciated. The room itself needs better provision for bath / swim towel and clothes drying (swimming stuff needs rinsing in fresh water after salt water swimming). For example, only one hook beside the shower to hang and dry two large bath towels...

Restaurants steps away, supermarket 5 mins away and multiple beaches just a short drive for variety (10mins) They have golf carts to take you the the closest beach if you didn’t drive or wherever else you want to go close. I visited places like ritz Carlton hotel and some fine dining restaurants for breakfast and lunch and dinner so I rented a car because I would be moving around a lot but it’s not necessary, everything is close even airport, no more than 15mins to get anywhere and you can taxi if you don’t want to drive. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The view of the marina was nice if you don’t pay for ocean view. Nice quiet rooftop deck to watch the sunset. Perfect stay if you don’t want to deal with a bunch a people at a resort. I was there to relax so it was perfect.

Gail (1/5): The staff leaves at 10pm nightly. So what happens if you need them overnight. This issue needs to be addressed. - The elevator was broken when we got there. We had to walk up and down 3 flight of stairs. We got locked out of our room because the staff only activated our key to stay downstairs for 1 night. No one is on the property overnight. This is a safety concern. We had to wait for someone to open our door to get in our room.

Richard (7/5): I would prefer an all -inclusive resort next time where there is a beach very close by to use - The asian people at the front desk were very accommodating. The mini breakfast was ok, not very healthy. No yogurt. Most pastries and few bananas & apples which went fast. Had to get breakfast by 9-9:30 at the latest. It was usually put out at 8:30 am.

Kelly (8/5): We had an enjoyable stay at Zenza Boutique. - Mario was exceptional at the front desk. He was friendly and extremely helpful. The room was perfect and very spacious. The pool was cleaned everyday. The restaurants on site were very good. Plenty of towels were available. The bathroom towel holder and toilet roll holder were broken but the staff fixed them immediately. The safe was not operating properly when we first arrived, but again the staff corrected this immediately. The water for the showers could have been hotter-it was warm but not hot. It would have been nice if our catamaran excursions could have picked us right up at the marina; instead we had to go to a different resort to meet the catamarans.
James (5/5): Disappointing - Some of the staff were friendly The hotel felt terrible value for money as it seemed more like a 3 star. The towel rail in the bathroom was broken, the room didn’t feel totally clean and the blind to one of the bedrooms was not suitable for a bedroom and let in so much daylight. The pool area wasn’t clean ans some of the sunbeds were torn.
