Washrooms are not clean and all tap leakage issue The staff is rude, there is always a party till early morning due to that you can't sleep properly even after requesting hotel management their rudeness and misbehaviour make your life hell. Hotel owner ensure you leave the hotel without refounding money and create trouble for you

- Alphool (9/5): A beautiful property with spacious rooms and great value, but management should ensure basic amenities like towels are r - Positives: The property is absolutely beautiful, with well-designed and spacious rooms. Excellent value for the price considering the comfort and ambiance. Interiors and overall environment make the stay memorable. Areas for Improvement: No towel was provided in the room upon arrival. It took nearly five hours and a follow-up call to receive a towel. For a property of this standard, basic amenities like towels should always be ready. The service lane leading to the property is a drawback — cab drivers often refuse to come directly to the location, causing inconvenience. Overall Rating: ⭐ 9/10 — A stunning property with great rooms and ambiance, but management needs to improve attention to basic hospitality essentials and accessibility. Anyways, the people were very good
