• Anita (1/5): Mais aparência do que qualidade: uma estadia frustrante - Apartamento visualmente bonito A nossa estadia neste alojamento ficou muito aquém das expectativas pelo que, irei iluminar alguns pontos: 1. Check-in desorganizado: O anúncio indicava check-in a partir das 10h. Avisámos com 3 dias de antecedência que chegaríamos entre as 11h e as 12h, no entanto, só quando aterrámos e ligámos o telemóvel recebemos a mensagem da anfitriã a dizer que afinal só podíamos entrar às 14h. Tivemos que ficar com as malas a fazer tempo durante 3 horas para podermos entrar no apartamento.... uma forma de proceder nada profissional. 2. Taxa turística incorreta: Reservámos pela Booking.com, onde está indicado 2€/pessoa/noite. Fomos obrigadas a pagar 3€/pessoa/noite sem aviso prévio. Mesmo que tenha havido alteração, o mínimo seria informar antes. 3. Casa de banho mal equipada: Há avaliações com 3 meses a reportar problemas com o chuveiro, e nada foi resolvido. Apenas o chuveiro superior funciona, mas com pressão tão fraca que é difícil tomar banho e lavar o cabelo. 4. Cozinha praticamente inutilizável: Optámos por este apartamento por anunciar cozinha equipada, mas na prática isso não corresponde. Compramos uma pizza e para nosso espanto o forno não funcionava, contactamos a anfitriã que apenas respondeu: "não funciona, desculpe". Quase não existem utensílios básicos. 5. Limpeza: reparamos que a anfitriã antes de nos receber esteve a fazer uma limpeza no apartamento, mas foi algo muito básico, por exemplo: O chão não viu a esfregona, a banca não estava limpa e tinha um pano encharcado com mau cheiro.. 6. Comunicação muito limitada: Os anfitriões não falam outra língua além do italiano, o que dificulta muito para quem vem de fora. No nosso ponto de vista não faz sentido ter um apartamento que aluga a turistas e não saber falar o mínimo de inglês. É verdade que o alojamento é visualmente bonito, mas no que realmente importa - funcionalidade e condições para uma estadia confortável -fica muito aquém do esperado.

• Federica (4/5): - Sebbene l’appartamento sia moderno e in una posizione molto comoda di Palermo, di tutti i servizi che sono elencati su booking, solo pochi erano veramente presenti. Lo stendibiancheria è in realtà un misero filo di ferro fuori dalla finestra, non regge più di due asciugamani ed è privo di mollette. La lavatrice in realtà non può essere utilizzata perché ci potrebbero essere problemi con lo scarico, infatti siamo stati costretti ad utilizzare una lavanderia automatica per lavare la nostra biancheria. Il piano ad induzione non funziona, quindi ci è stato impossibile cucinare. Dulcis in fundo, lo scarico del wc si è “bloccato”, rendendolo inagibile. A detta della proprietaria, la quale ci ha dato degli incivili, dovevamo essere più attenti, però a mio avviso, la carta sporca (secondo le norme igieniche) dovrebbe essere gettata nel wc piuttosto che in un semplice cestino riposto nel bagno, in modo tale da non far ristagnare i cattivi odori. La signora si è “offerta” di risolvere il problema 12 ore prima della nostra partenza, ma in realtà non è stato risolto nulla. A fronte di tutto, non ci tornerei.

• Marta (10/5): Excelente estancia - Me encantó el alojamiento, era como estar en casa, tiene de todo, desde productos de aseo hasta desayuno, el trato fue excelente, llegamos tarde porque tuvimos problemas con el vuelo y el chico nos estuvo esperando para darnos la llave y enseñarnos el apartamento, algo que se agradece ya que en una semana en Italia y pasando por varios apartamentos no habíamos tenido ese trato y habíamos estado tan bien, volveremos 100%

Ho apprezzato anche la possibilità di autogestire la colazione utilizzando quanto la struttura ci ha messo a disposizione. La sig.ra Francesca si è dimostrata disponibile quando ne ho avuto bisogno. Sono soddisfatto praticamente in tutto. Tanto che sicuramente terrò in considerazione Dedé Dream per i miei prossimi viaggi a Palermo.

• Marko (8/5): Overall, a stylish and thoughtful place with great potential, but a few improvements are needed to make it truly comfort - We had a pleasant stay at Dede Dream in Palermo. The apartment is beautiful, recently renovated, and a lot of care has been put into the details. You can really see the effort the hosts made to make guests feel welcome. We were greeted with a fridge full of food and many useful toiletries in the bathroom. There’s also a coffee machine with plenty of capsules and everything you might need for a short stay. The neighborhood is quiet, and it’s usually possible to find parking on the street right in front of the apartment. Overall, a stylish and thoughtful place with great potential, but a few improvements are needed to make it truly comfortable and convenient. However, there are a few downsides that should be mentioned. The shower is not working properly – the water pressure is very low and it’s difficult to set the right temperature. Apparently, previous guests have also reported this issue, but it still hasn’t been fixed. The kitchen is also lacking some basic items: there’s no kitchen knife and only minimal cooking equipment. There are just two small glasses in the entire apartment, which is not ideal if you’re more than one person. Another issue is the location. While it’s not far from the city center (about 2 km), the bus that should connect you there is highly unreliable – during our 4-day stay, we never once saw it. So unless you plan to walk a fair distance or pay for taxis (which aren’t very cheap), this can be inconvenient.
• Berchie (9/5): Superb - The house is good. The room smell good. Everything is on point. Very nice but please I have a little problem about your shower change it. I enjoy everything in the room. Everything is good my place change your shower.
• Arne (2/5): Very poor - The only positive thing about this stay was the actual location and how close it was to the city center. This was an absolutely terrible experience, and I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this location at all costs. Dishonest about amenities: They outright lied about the water cooker and electric stove being non-functional, just to prevent us from using them. Broken coffee machine: It was completely unusable. Freezing cold in winter: The apartment is poorly insulated, making it an icebox during winter. Shower disaster: The water temperature in the shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold—no in-between. No guidance on trash: The trash disposal situation wasn’t explained at all, leaving us to guess what to do. Horrible host: The person who showed us the apartment was outright rude, unprofessional, and shockingly homophobic. She even considered not renting it to us without providing any valid reason. We had to escalate the issue with Booking.com. She didn’t bother explaining anything, including how to connect to the Wi-Fi, so we had to search for the Wi-Fi box ourselves. Non-responsive: After all this, the host completely ignored our messages on Booking.com. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. This isn’t just bad hospitality—it’s actively hostile.

• Andreea (9/5): Totally recommend 👌 - Appartement was super nice and clean. Has everything you need from toiletries. It's quite close to the centre and you find what you need nearby. Breakfast is poor and a bit noisy outside.
