- Namgyal (1/5): Will not recommend - Extremely disappointing experience. The owner was completely unresponsive despite multiple emails and messages. The bathroom flooded every time the sink was used, making it practically unusable. On top of that, the bathroom smelled strongly of fresh paint, and the fumes constantly spread into my room — it was overwhelming and very uncomfortable to stay in. This place felt neglected and poorly maintained. Definitely would not recommend .
- Damien (3/5): Good location but not good to live in. At least not good to stay inside - Great location, near GT TOWER, near Gangnam and ever station. A lot of streets arround. Easy to acess. Lightning in the room is good. Fridge Works. And door is easy to use. The is very not clean. The bathroom is not usable, I avoided the toilets as much as possible because it's in the bathroom which is not clean and water splashs. Walls are cracked, beds are just right to sleep on but I didn't tried to sleep under the sheets. I didn't bath in the appartment at all. I used kitchen's sink.

- Mei (8/5): Fantastic location. Terrible towels. - Location is absolutely fabulous. There are some soft toys in the property which is cute. Cooking facilities work well. Lots of things provided even moisturiser, toothbrushes, many shampoo/conditioner options… No elevator so carrying bags up stairs is difficult. The towels are exceptionally bad - they are polyester so completely no absorbent. Lots of mosquitoes inside & we got lots of bites. The wifi stopped working a lot & it used my travel mobile data by mistake which cost SO much money. Most nights after 8pm the wifi doesn’t work at all. There is a washing machine but no dryer. The floor is very very dirty which is uncomfortable if you don’t like wearing shoes indoors.
