- Lim (5/5): - Masa hubungi staff A,sudah bagitahu mahu awal 2jam masuk(pukul 2 petang,cakap ok) Bila sampai tempat ambil kunci,staf melayu B (or indonesia) lelaki cakap kalau awal masuk kena bayar RM50. Masa minta awal masuk tak cakap kena bayar lebih.bila bagitahu Staff A masalah staf B minta bayar lebih,lebih kurang 20minit,ambil kumci sama staff B,tidak perlu bayar RM50. Dari carpark sampai bilik kena naik 3 lift yang tak sama. penghawa dingin ada masalah,sayap tidak berfungsi,sentiasa ada bunyi yang pelik,malam susah nak tidur. Tv tidak dapat tengok,sebab control tidak dapat tekan. Katil tidak bersih. Ada serangga terbang di bilik.
- Benjamin (1/5): - Nothing. I would have checked out if i could get a refund. Have to wait 45 minutes to get enough warm water for 1 ONE person to bathe. What rubbish. I need to wake up 2 hours earlier before leaving the place and sleep 2 hours later after reaching back just so that we can bathe with warm water. This is the most unacceptable rubbish. Toilet smelled of sewerage and was disgusting. Provided 1 miserable roll of terribly low-quality toilet paper. Previous guest clothes were left in the toilet, which simply prove no housekeeping was done. Bed linen was stained. Pillows seem to be charity pieces, each of different size. Walls and countertop had coffee stains, which again prove no housekeeping was done. Sound proofing was so bad, both nights, we had to ask the next unit to lower their volume, it was not their fault, there is literally no soundproofing. I can hear every single conversation from the next unit. Carpark is very difficult to get. Had to park along the carpark lane as carpark was full every night. Not even a bottle of water provided. Avoid this.

- Ling Ling (5/5): 就很普通 - 酒店有泳池，房间有厨房 床有点点黑黑的，地上打扫不干净，已经通知4个人入住可是浴巾提供3个而已。浴室也没有提供沐浴用品。入住2天厕纸给一卷而已，还有垃圾袋就给2个，房价外面也没有垃圾桶可以丢垃圾。2天的垃圾都放在房间里面满满的。

- Laura (6/5): Pleasant - Once we moved rooms it was clean and comfortable. The staff always got back to us quickly and sorted any problems for us as fast as they could. Our original room wasn't ready at check-in as it hadn't been cleaned. However we were quickly moved to a different room. I didn't realise we had booked a room where we would be sleeping on thin fold out mattresses on the floor. But I spoke to a member of staff and they got us a new room the next day for RM150 so we were happy with that.

- Kelvin (9/5): Well-equipped room, but just need a little walking. - The room is nice and cosy. Very near to the Genting Skyworld. The room is well equipped with whatever i needed for a comfortable stay. The room we stay is bit far from the parking lot. Required to take 3 different lift to reach the room from parking lot. Did notice some stains on the curtain. The bathroom shower hot water turns cold whenever we turn on the tap from the bathroom sink.

- Nurzi (10/5): Cosy and chill - The key collection process is smooth. Owner whatsapp the guideline prior checkin. The person incharge for the key also provide clear instructions. He even shared where to eat. Thank uu! The room is spacious for 4 of us. 2 adults 2 kids Room was equipped with kitchen necessities. They have like coway. So easy to make milk for my baby. They provide also like cooker so you can bring oden and cook in the room. Hehe as during my stay the weather is so cold 14celcius. So cold until we didnt on the aircond. Toilet all ok. But you can bring your own toiletries and i bring my own towel as well even though towel provided. Overall recommended Parking quite far but its fine as i just waited at the lobby.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We had an issue with the blanket and bedsheet, but the staff reacted immediately, which we really appreciated. The only downside was the parking. It would be better if parking were closer to the accommodation, as walking from Tower 1 to Tower 4 with kids and luggage was a bit challenging.
